Seaden Sea World Resort & Spa

One of the best holidays we experienced in Turkey. We have been to this hotel twice, in 2014 and 2016. Even then, the services were at a high level, the environment was very nice, the rooms were spacious and modernly furnished. I believe that is the case so far. I recommend this hotel to everyone

Everything is very clean and in good condition, so are the beach and water quality. Many shops within walking distance.

Having read some of the previous comments, we were a bit worried about coming to this hotel . But as it turned out, we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms are nothing special but large enough , clean, and with nice walk-in showers. We were in the room overlooking outside, so there was no great view, but who stays in the hotel room. The food was good to excellent. Breakfast was OK with usual choices, and you were able to prepare something different each day. Lunch aa we never managed main restaurant I cannot comment we used outside barbecue. You had choice of chicken kebab , burgers , jacket potato pasta station , chicken from the oven and barbecue station to a side with freshly grill fish and kofta kebab. How can you complain? Evening main restaurant have plenty of choices the only complain was that sometimes the food was cold. You have to pick hot food when it was replenished. Try the a la carte restaurant Ottoman for local cuisine, excellent food. Bars plenty , beach bar , pool bar , outdoor bar , main reception bar , cafeteria , you spoil for choice. 2 large swimming pools , 1 smaller for little ones and small pool with about 4 slids to kip kids occupied. Indoor pool when the weather not so great. The hotel itself and grounds are vast so preper for lot of walking. Outside the hotel few local shops aiming at tourist and very good local spa but that's it. You need a taxi to go to any other town.
Overall I never go twice to the same place but would be happy to visit again.

The staff is very nice and kind. The hotel is clean and the food is very good.

However, many of the guests were extremely rude and bad to the staff. Typical rude, arrogant English, German and Dutch people (I’m Dutch myself and I was ashamed of that during my stay).

I really respect the staff a lot that they keep up with this kind of behavior of their guests.

So for all people thinking of going there, please respect the employees and don’t forget to leave some tip for the housekeeping :)

Great experience for the whole family.

Pros: great watersports and beach, though it is pebble not sand.
Cons: waterslides hurt the back and pool may not be deep enough to slow an adult before hitting the ground, Hamam was also a little in the expensive side

Overall, we were very happy with our time here and would be happy to visit again and would recommend for families of all ages. Really something for everyone

Always very polite staff. There is a lot of leisure activities on offer and we met a lot of new people and had fun every day. Greetings to the best staff Can, Santi, Abdul, Dodo and Batu they made our stay so much better.

We have always felt very comfortable and all the animators have always made a lot of effort so that we have fun and experience a lot. Greetings go out to Santi, Can, Abdul and the best DJ Batu

Great service, friendly and helpful staff... the hotel is modern, fabulous looking, huge, rooms are really big and comfortable... no problem with towels, water and etc... restaurants offer lots of different dishes, even hard to choose, fresh and tasty... special words about the Lobby with it great look, nice setting area and excellent bar. We also got like a treat voucher to Asian restaurant( had choice from three: Asian, Italian, Turkish)...

Great hotel, very good food and drinks. The lobby is impressive, well decorated. Great animators, smiling all the time. Johnny is the best animator! We will definitely come back to the hotel.

At the entrance in the sea there are many big enough stones. I recommend water slippers.
Also, the water is deep for small children.
Dishes are sometimes sticky, not very well washed.
The cooked food is very good. They don't go very well with cold meats (mezeluri), but there are many alternatives !
Otherwise, everything is ok compared to the price (2000 eur, all insclusive, 24-31 august, 2 adults, one child).
In front of the hotel there is a bazaar where you can find almost everything you want. Negotiate well!

Huge hotel and rooms. I searched a lot to choose this hotel and it was my right decision. A lot of greenery and 2 big pools making the yard feel like paradise. Beach is also great and the food top guality. They doing everything to make your vacation wonderfull. The partys are so detailled and well decorated. I just don't liked that everyone speak german first not english. But you can understand what's going on.

What did I read before going there:
- the stuff is rude, unfriendly and doesn't speak English at all
- it smells there because of the chickens, peacocks and etc.. Droppings are everywhere and chickens are walking on the tables
- the furnitures are old and rooms are not comfortable
- beach is uncomfortable to walk on
- pools are dirty
- animations for adults are nonexistent or boring
- food choice is repetitive

What do I know now after spending there 7 nights?

NOTHING MENTIONED ABOVE IS REALLY TRUE!

Stuff is friendly, most of them speaks basic English or German, or Polish, or Russian. There is no problem with communication at all.
Chickens and peacocks are an unusual addition but they were not interfering with people. There was no smell in any place.
This hotel is really clean, beautiful and quite big, rooms were cleaned daily, beds were comfortable and any small problems were fixed within minutes.
Beach is nice, sandy where the sunbeds are with a bar and many water attractions. There was never any problem with finding available sunbeds at any time of the day. You need water shoes to walk comfortably on the sea shore but I saw many people without it and they were not complaing much.
Pools were clean, water was pleasantly refreshing but not cold at all and those two pools are enormous. No bumping into other people while in the pool.
Each night had its own animation for adults and during the day there was water polo, volleyball, darts, chess and so on.
True, food was almost the same each day BUT the variety was huge! You could eat new things everyday, it was fresh, tasty and so much to choose from.

Last but not least, SPA deserves 11 out of 10!!! People working there are truly amazing! I will come back just for that one experience.

I was sceptical about this hotel but now I know that if I am to come back to Turkey I will choose this one to spend my vacation in.

Hotel is big and very nice. Everything was clean. Staff was very nice also and helpfull. Room was cleaning every day. Large selection of dishes. The most of them were changing every day. Only breakfasts were the same. A lot of animations for kids and adults all day and every evening. There are a lot of services: market, shops, doctor, spa, hairdresser etc. We spent a great vacation there
Only two negatives
- the staff speaks fluent german, very good in russian but don't know english. Only People on reception using english on comunicative level. Therefore if You know german or russian language you are better treated
- We are on holidays at september/october and water in pools was very cold.

Excellent hotel, friendly stuff and hotel is kids ready. Beatiful beach and perfect pools. Wifi works best at lobby and at some places around the hotel - but - you are on vacation, not on working trip. Try to speak people around you in person. We stayed at this hotel this and previous year and it was lovely holiday. If you are always humorless individuals, you should stay at home and don't try to spoil other people around.

We’ve spent 7 AMAZING days in a group of 11 people! The first impression - food - which we tried the first time during breakfast time was the first great surprise! The quality of dishes and whatever was served was JUST perfect! Excellent! Honeycomb, olives, cheeses, turkey, lamb… I could place everything here!

Another thing that surprised us nicely was the staff, that even if COVID-19 happens and they need to respect some even stupid rules placed by the government like not switching on air-condition in Lobby or in other public places, or that the waitress put any dish to your plate… once you learn how things are working in this terrible time, you can actually close your eyes for such a details.

Besides that, you can really find the staff nice here once you open yourself for getting in touch with them. I will always memories well @Velicanseher from Vitamine Bar, who is one of THE NICEST guys in the Seaden Sea World! His service is something more than just service. He’s truly passionate about his job and always he serves fresh fruit drinks with a smile!

More, don’t save money for local Hamam. It’s worth to visit Hamam here, at least once. However, for better relax, I recommend to follow more massage sessions so you can truly release from stress. Don’t hesitate to talk to the Manager (at the time I visited Seaden Sea World the manager was named Erkan) to find the best suitable option!

The last but not the least: Animations! Damn good and great fun! A lot of activities during the day and evening animations are always excellent! Both children and adults can enjoy :)

For sure someone can find always something ugly or what is not in his/hers type, but honestly, for such a big hotel with so many guests, you can be really satisfied with stay here. It also depends on your mindset :)

9.9.18 - 17.9.18 .. Perfect hotel, family-friendly, nice rooms, food is good and a lot for eating, swimming pools are ok, beach is cool, sea is great, the WiFi connection is GREAT in the lobby and rooms. Only animation team is poorly not that bad, but they're doing best of it, some techniques guy they needed to show them how can do better (from my view, because I'm technical guy). The staff is great and kindless! Turkey is top destination for family and for vacation so i recommend to anyone! The people who come to searching hair in egg, they can stay at home!

We were on family holiday at this place and we all enjoyed. This place was massive, amazing, clean and tidy.

Great 1st class 5 star hotel! Food is excellent, lots of variety, salads, vegetarian, pasta, fresh fruit and veggies, so many choices! Great bbqs by the pool at lunch time, chill out music, nice beach and pier! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience at this resort. Animation team are dedicated! Wide selection of food. Beach is basically there back garden. Lounge is unbelievable . Would stay again!

Its an amazing Resort to enjoy every moment with the loved ones and family. Great beach, pools, lovely gardens, awesome people, and mind blowing hammam and Spa. Very kids friendly environment. Animation team is superb.
