Rooms amazing except economy they have no windows
Service 11/10 everyone was doing their job + being super nice especially the cleaner I had.
Location was good enough with lots of tourist attractions. The shopping center nearby has terrible people that just basically beg + at the end of the beach on the left there are guys that give u rides on things. Don't get the parachute boat thingy it's boring in air. Get the jet skis instead (they are quite expensive tho)

An hour away from the airport but all worth it! The hotel is stunning as your walk into the lobby there are plenty of seating area and the interior is really beautiful with a stunning chandelier. There is a pianist who plays every evening.

The staff at check in were very friendly, we were given wristbands for the duration of our trip. We went all inclusive and Granada didn’t disappoint! There are fridges stocked with chilled bottle waters around the hotel, coffee machines and x2 bars. The is a good variety of food and the private beach is just a minute walk away. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool which was fun for the whole family. The massage and hammam was 10/10 will leave you feeling relaxed! This is at an extra charge, but worth doing. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone. There is a gym.

There is Children’s entertainment of dancing and arts and crafts. You will need to check the timetable. We had booked a family duplex room and it was really big over two floors situated on the 8th floor. I would recommend for anyone with children as there are two bathrooms.

This is the cleanest hotel with so many staff who are very attentive. We were so impressed with the attention to detail which you can tell the staff took so much pride in.

I miss the desserts they were amazing!

I would recommend this hotel and we would visit again! We love Granada!

First of all, a big thank you to Muslum (waiter), Hasan (chef lobby bar), Youssef (Picollo with dark curls) and the housekeeping ladies. They made our holiday! The food and beverage was on point, great friendly service, enough food and drinks to choose from and very clean. Serving food and drinks for +-1400 people can be very challenging but they did so good! Front office team can learn alot from the Food & Beverage team, especially friendliness and guest service. They ruined our first day because of their bad unfriendly service, we booked (without knowing) an economy room, a small room without balcony at the end of the hotel. We requested for another room with balcony on the pool side (ofcourse willing to pay extra). Unfriendly guy from the reception was not really willing to help us. He told us he had only one room available and that one was on land side, not pool side. We were about to take it, till Yousef (Picollo) showed up and managed to get a room on the pool side! Why was the front office team not able to do this? The people from front office just looked so bored and not interested, like everything was just to much for them. Just laziness i guess. We are so greatful for Youssef who saved us on the first day! The housekeeping ladies are lovely and very friendly, they decorated our room beautiful on my girlfriends birthday and kept our room spotless everyday. Hasan did a fantastic job and celebrated my girlfriends birthday together in the bar. He provided excellent service and was so friendly! Last but not least, Muslum did really everything in his power to made our stay unforgettable. He is top notch in terms of hospitality. He’s running for every guest and does everything to make everybody happy. His passion, friendliness and hospitality is one if a kind and even inspires us. A big thank you to you Muslum! For your entertainment and info, see Eddie from animation team, also a very friendly person who is willing to help and entertain the guests of the hotel in a great way. It is very special when the food and drinks staff made your stay perfect and not in general the hotel or its location.

To all future guests, treat the hotel staff nice and be friendly to them, they are working hard to make your holiday perfect. They deserve it.

It is our First time in Turkey, the 5 * is really a 5 star. From the time we got off the bus and up to the last day, Service was amazing- we've been to different places but we never had that kind of service . The food - lots to choose, snack bars are amazing!!! and the hotel is spotless - super clean and fabulous. To the great bartender too Sadet and the night Manger. you guys are amazing. We will definitely going back.

Sune as you got in hotel there is ESRA waiting with lovely smile and respect. All staff is great friendly. For DJ is there DJ LEMON. One of the best . Animation team is amazing. IREM and SU are the best off the best. They are really good so professional. Im really amazingly happy with the service from them. Thank you so much for great time you spent with us.

Excellent hotel with plenty of pools and food is delicious. Rooms are nice and clean.
All of the hotel staff is very friendly waiters was so helpful kind and always smiling.Miss Umran on reception has given us a very warm welcome and provided us with plenty of information. Overall very pleased with our family holiday here.

Where do I begin.. First of all, the place was amazing, starting from the hotel, we had a beautiful sea view room, the room was great, the bed was super comfortable, the whole vibe was very cozy, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The service, staff were super friendly, kind and very eager to help, especially the staff on the beach that helped with umbrellas and sunbeds and the staff that worked at the beach bar. Food was super tasty and there was so many choices that we didn’t get to try half of the food that was there and everything we ate was delicious. Everyone who says that food is repetitive is being arrogant and pretentious because you have to stay about 3 weeks in the hotel to try everything and complain that the food is repetitive. And may i not forget the beach and the sea! It was a beautiful sandy beach and the sea was very calm and warm, i can easily say it was the most beautiful sea experience me and my fiancé have ever had. And to add to that, we were listening to the cool music at the beach the hotel was playing at the pool place, it gave the perfect beach mood. The view from the beach was also very pleasant, it had an urban touch because this hotel looks amazing and there are also hotels you can see from the sea that are nearby that look pretty cool too. The program with the shows and the night clubs was perfectly timed and we had a great time at night as well as during the day. We were never thirsty, hungry nor bored. Our vacation flew by so quickly at this hotel that it seemed like we were there only 2 days or so. This hotel is very welcoming and has a warm atmosphere and the aesthetics are also luxurious and amazing. Me and my fiancé are very thankful to everyone that works in this hotel. The hotel design and architecture is mind blowing! 💝
It's a pretty busy resort.
You will not be able to relax at the pool as DJ Is shouting there all the time and loud music is blaring for most of the day.
The beach is nice and quiet though.
Plenty of sunbeds for everyone. No need to wake up early to book the spot)).
The guest relation department is willing to accommodate and Made my stay enjoyable, so I would like to thank Atekin for doing a great job!💗🌸🌹

It seemed like there was shortage of staff, but I think it's totally acceptable during the pandemic, as alot changes had to be made by all resorts.

Nice cocktails are only available in the lobby bar, so I had to stick to a champagne option on the beach😜🤭👌🥂.

Loads of food choices in the restaurant , so you will definitely not be hungry.

The entertainment was good and I loved the disco on the pier.

There's nice separate beach for families with small kids .

Great resort for families and young people.

Absolutely adore this hotel . The staff are friendly and welcoming, great food and such an interesting building. The gym is OK but needs plates for the leg press and bars ?
The sea front area is spectacular and great for viewing fish down below.
Evening entertainment is great.
Rooms are superb we paid to upgrade road premium room with a sea view as we are staying for two weeks so far worth every penny.
We will stay here again for sure.

I visit over 70 different hotels in my life. Granada luxury is in my top 3. amazing service nice food very pleasant people, everything I wanted was emediatly there. Very clean and a beatiful view. This hotel worth every Euro you pay, thank you very much

It’s a great hotel and architectures are amazing. Rooms are clean, foods are perfect and activities are so nice. We went to for honeymoon with my wife and we are missing place so much. Granada <3 thanks..

We spent our honeymoon to this resort 4 years ago and was the best holiday ever. The staff are very friendly, always smiling and very welcoming. The food is fantastic and you have a very vast selection of dishes. You can get bored. Definitely we will go back or maybe visit the other Granada resorts in Turkey.

This hotel is beautiful in every way possible. Staff are so polite and make you feel wanted and welcome as a guest.. cleanliness is unbelievable not 1 single bit if litter or dirt. I'm booking again for 12weeks I like it that much and booking the kings suite next year with family. We had a pavilion on the pier for 7days and we'll worth it for €350.

It is the best 5 stars hotel in Alanya we have ever been (previously we were at Meryan and Saphir resort and spa). If you do not want to read this long review, you should know that it is great value for money and really recommend it.

Rooms are not new, but pretty clean. Beds were confortable. We got better room for free, it is twice bigger comparing to standard. It cost additional 30 euros per night, but it's worth. Free mini bar with beer, coco cola, fanta, sprite, juice and water refilled each day. Also, tea is available in a room. The only thing missing is iron, but you can use hotel service.

The restaurant has huge variety of food and it's really tasty. Pizza, spaghetti, kebab, fish, chicken, huge variety of vegetables, fruits and deserts. Thematic events with seafood, Turkish cuisine and sushi. You will find food all the day: burgers, fries, pizza, kebab, ice cream, waffles, fruits, etc. You will even get some food at 2 AM.

It has 6 bars: at the pool, at the sea, 2 inside, 2 outside next to discotheque. You will find alco and non alco cocktails in a menu. It’s UAI hotel with 3 bars that serve foreign alco: reception, atrium and outside (during night). Bartenders are great, they will make you any drinks you want and even make you laugh (make sure you have some tips). Water is bottled and you will find it everywhere, as well as, tea or coffee.

You will find a lot of entertainment here: yoga, Pilates, stretching, Zumba, step, aqua gym, aqua polo, volleyball, gym, mini golf, mini watermark, bowling (4 euros per person per game) and pool. It has a huge well-equipped stage  and each evening you will get top class performances: reggaeton, Latino dances, acrobatics, gymnastics, Turkish dances, magic shows. Performers come from all over the world, like Mongolia or Columbia. Also, you will find special drinks (cocktails, shots) next to the stage, in the restaurant or at the discotheque. Discotheque due to corona is outside on the pier and ends at 12 PM. In the lobby you can listen piano each evening.

I recommend visiting spa, take hamam or some massages. Personnel is very professional. The spa is managed by Turkish/English/Russian speaking medical sister who will suggest the best procedures for you. If you take more massages you will get 1 hour for 40 euros, free face masks, free entrance to a spa pool and maybe free fish therapy. Inside spa, you can use saunas or inside pool with Jacuzzi.

Staff is very friendly and professional, most speak a little English or Russian. This could be improvement for a hotel, as sometimes we had difficulties when talking to a staff.

The hotel celebrates all occasions, like weddings or birthdays. You will get a special package.

There are a lot of sunbeds next to the sea, however, there could be more sun umbrellas. Moreover, the hotel has paid sunbeds on the pier. It cost 100 euros for 6 people and 120 for 8 people. It includes your personal area, fruits, locker, mini bar full of drinks, champagne and personal waiter who will bring any drinks you want.

70% of tourist are from Turkey mainly with families, a little from Ukraine, Russia and Lithuania. Due to it almost all music at a discotheque is with Turkish motives. Could be more pop, club or salsa music. I love dancing, but this time we were not dancing, because of music.

And the most important - wifi was super fast comparing with other Turkish hotels and worked almost everythere including beach.

Definitely recommend this hotel, great experience for a reasonable price.

A wonderful hotel, various activities, diverse and tasty food, and wonderful staff.

We are currently here and really enjoying our stay! Delicious food from the grill, with a very nice chef. Lovely staff! Very childfriendly :) Rooms are spacious and the beds are actually quite comfortable.. We're in a family room (3840 - landview) and it is spacious and beautiful! Balcony, minibar refill once a day, two well equipped bathrooms and well working wifi throughout the hotel.

So far, we have enjoyed a few shows, some were so good, I can imagine paying to go see them (the Michael Jackson show for instance) some were less to our taste, but still entertaining.

Even though the food is in a buffet - they manage to change (parts of the) menu a few times a week. Sad to be leaving in a few days and hope to come back! We love the piano player in the lobby and the lobby bar terrace.

There are a few minor things that management could do to make it even better, but that would be nitpicking.

Great facilities, friendly, professional staff. Amazing place to stay, good food, beautiful setting, truly impressive architecture, night lighting spectacular (check out the pictures, real thing- no filters). We have stayed in the Seaview room on 7th floor, breathtaking view from the balcony!!! I can't think of any issues to be pointed out, full, genuinely 5 star experience, you will not be dissapointed!!!

A lovely place : modern rooms, good view, clean and cozy. The pier is amazing - you can swim in the Cristal clear waters. Good food, cold drinks and fun. The only downside is the distance to the airport, but this UAI resort is a great choice.

At the lobby bar, the best waiters are Aslihan and Omer Faruk AND HASSAN, and at Corner Caffe, the best bartender is Sadad.HAMID in restaurant.
