Just returned from this hotel after a weeks holiday. Its a fantastic place with plenty to do. Pools are great, there is loads of choice of food for all. Kids clubs are great with loads of entertainment. The hotel sits on its own with nothing round it but the town is only a short taxi ride away so don't let that put you off. The hotel has its own private beach which is pebbles but still a relaxing place. Don't let negative reviews put you off, this was our first time in Turkey and would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Hotel is almost overall perfect. Staff is always smiling, helpfull and polite, despite working very hard. Not everyone is speaking English very well but hey! it's digital era so use translator in your phone. Food is PLENTY and really good, from meats to salads, dairy and sweets. There are multiple points in the entire hotel area serving foods and drinks. Rooms are tidy, with nice views on both sea and the mountains. Entertainment is provided throughout entire day; games in the pool, water slides, activities for kids, and shows in the evening, live music and dances. There is also game room, disco, a lot of stuff. The only real issue is localisation, because it is remote place, so if you want to go shopping to the city, be prepared to pay for bus/taxi or rent a car, which will cost you around 15€/$ anyway, or you can shop in the hotel, but prices are naturally higher than in the city. Anyway being here is a pleasure.

I wanted to make a special mention of the mini club for children in this hotel. mini club with entertainers who are always on top, smiling, in a good mood and offering top activities

without the presence of excellent animators, my daughter would not have wanted to go back. they adapt to each child so that they are comfortable despite the diversity and that's what I appreciated.

I thank them for these good times. Children are also safe thanks to traceability to your child's deposit and increased surveillance and vigilance on the part of the team. I recommend the mini club without hesitation. thanks to the team once again!!😍

I was there for a week with my family and we were very happy with almost everything. There was a good combination between relaxation and activities for every age. I would for sure come back again with hopefully seeing again the great polite service, the good food and the nice activities. Thank you to the organisation team and the management!

I recently embarked on a four-day holiday at the Crystal Admiran Hotel in Analyia, Turkey, booked through easyJet Holidays in September. My stay at this hotel was truly amazing, and I'd like to share my experience and feedback.

The Good:

- Food: Undoubtedly, the highlight of my stay was the incredible food. From breakfast to lunch, dinner, and even afternoon and midnight snacks, the hotel offered a free buffet with 24-hour access to a wide array of delicious dishes. The quality and diversity of the food were outstanding, with options ranging from main courses to salads and desserts. Each item was expertly prepared, and the overall quality was superb.

- Swimming Pools: The hotel's pool area was a major attraction. It was impeccably clean, not too crowded, and offered ample space for swimming and relaxation. The presence of different pools catering to both relaxation seekers and those looking for fun and entertainment was a bonus. The small water park with various slides added to the enjoyment.

- Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable and maintained on a daily basis.

- Friendly Staff: The hotel staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout my stay, enhancing the overall experience.

- Shopping: The presence of on-site shops, including a US-Polo store and a local market, provided guests with a diverse range of items. The local market was particularly handy for purchasing essentials and souvenirs. The shopkeepers were friendly and accommodating.

- Private Beach: The hotel also boasted a private beach that was clean and well-maintained. The availability of a free food buffet on the beach ensured that guests never ran out of refreshments.

- Activities: Additionally, the Crystal Admiran Hotel offered a vibrant nightlife scene that added to the overall entertainment value of my stay. Each night, during the duration of my trip, there were exciting activities to enjoy. I had the pleasure of attending a concert, dancing to the tunes of a talented DJ, and even watching a captivating kids' show featuring beloved superheroes. Moreover, the hotel featured a private dance club that was exclusive to its guests. It was a lively hub of activity, drawing a crowd of enthusiastic partygoers. The energetic atmosphere and diverse entertainment options ensured that guests had ample opportunities to make the most of their evenings and create unforgettable memories during their stay.

The Not So Good:

- Bars and Drinks: Unfortunately, the experience at the hotel's bars was a letdown. The bar staff's training seemed questionable, as they struggled to prepare even the simplest drinks and often ended up making something entirely different from what was ordered. Consistency was lacking, and the quality of cocktails left much to be desired.

- Room Décor: The hotel rooms had a rather outdated appearance, with old-fashioned furnishings. While they were clean, they lacked some essential amenities and didn't meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. The rooms gave off a budget vibe rather than a luxurious one.

- Smoking Policy: A significant drawback was the absence of smoke-free areas near the pool, on the beach, and in the terrace where food was served. This meant that people could smoke freely in these areas, making it uncomfortable for non-smokers. Offering designated smoke-free spaces would be a welcome improvement.

In summary, my stay at the Crystal Admiran Hotel in Analyia, Turkey, was mostly delightful, thanks to the exceptional food, clean facilities, friendly staff, and the beautiful pool area. Despite the drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its many positive attributes and the memorable moments it offers to its guests.

It was fantastic. We liked the workers they are so kind. We liked the food so much. Animation team was the best. Always have night shows. In the day time you can enjoy the activities they made. The beach was wonderfall. Water was so clear. There is drinks for any age.

. Food’s great, lots of variety and vastly available throughout the day and into the night. Pools are well maintained and large. Water slides are amazing for both kids and adults. There is entertainment every night including live band performances and acrobatic shows, the atmosphere is always great. Standard rooms are standard. However the entertainment team are all great and very helpful especially eyalul who was very polite

Really nice big hotel. Had problems with beds on arrival, Was a family of 4 but only had 3 beds, was later given extra bed. Beautiful layout and always stuff to do for the children, food always available and drinks. Beach is a private beach with a lovely restaurant to eat with a view. Our room wasn't replenished daily in terms of shampoo and body wash but towels were. Hotel shopping mall is quite expensive but only around the corner is a market which sells products half the price. Great holiday overall. Water sports were cheap enough. Hotel is about 90-120mins from airport. Would recommend the Jeep safari day out, amazing!!! Would not swim with Dolphins as for the price, they don't do alot and spend little time with them. It cost £125 pp, maybe do it in another country.

First time in Turkey and at a crystal resort we came as a family of 5 and with friends another family of 4 and we’ve had a great time there is something for any age to keep you all entertained very friendly staff and they tried really hard to communicate well

I don’t really know where to start. This resort hotel is beyond my expectations. Starting from the staff who work extremely hard like bees just to give you the best experience ever. The cleaning staff deserves 5 stars. The restaurants staff welcome you as soon as u go inside the main restaurant with a smile. Ending to the variety of food, the endless activities on the two stages behind the swimming pools every night, Utku the DJ guy, the reception staff, especially Mehmet who speaks English fluently. He is really helpful & much more to say but there is no space to write about how every individual treats you as a customer. I love Turkey, I love Antalya & last but not least “Salute to the Turkish people”

We stayed in hotel for 5 days as a family and we really pleasured about everything. Hotel staff was very kind and involved. Foods were amazing, i really didnt expect that much! I can totally recommend this hotel. I hope next year we will come again.

Great hotel for family holiday. Amazing whole package for small kids.

Recently stayed here for 10 nights (13 people including two under 3’s) and we have had a great time.

Rooms were clean and tidy and the mini bar was restocked every day.

I am vegetarian and always found something to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner which was a relief after poor experiences elsewhere.

The bar staff were great and there was plenty of activities to do. The animation team were brilliant, especially Rabia who took the time to get to know us and speak with us daily.

Would love to return.

We have been to Turkey before but haven’t stayed in such a great place. Fantastic hotel, lovely bar and staff are amazing - particularly Rabia and the rest of the entertainment crew! Entertainment is so great - there’s night shows, live music and games throughout the day! Plenty for all ages and 100% would come back again.

Entertainment team are incredible, best holiday I’ve ever been on. Great pool activities. Always amazing water polo.

Excellent hotel with excellent hygiene, helpful staff available at any time and for any information. The food is great and varied for every taste. Throughout the day, the animation team makes your stay at the hotel unforgettable. Lots of activities for kids too. Great spa (greetings to Mehmet and the staff). For all lovers of good massage in traditional Turkish style, we highly recommend the spa.
