Amazing hotel, they have got excellent service. Staff are really friendly. The foods are 10/10. They have different activities in the hotel every day. So you don’t even need to go out of the hotel for anything. Bars are open 24/7. Lots of different choices of food. Two swimming pool. The rooms are really clean.

The hotel is overall great! A bit small, but the fun entertainment team makes up for it. I enjoyed playing beach volleyball and going clubbing an Alanya. The animation team is great!

We were satisfied. The hotel has great animators who make a program for children as well as for adults. The food is excellent and a large selection. Super bar outside as well as inside. The animators also give out free tickets to the party club where a DJ plays who is an animator in the hotel. Great experiences at this hotel. The shuttle service is also excellent and precise. Beautifully cleaned every day. The rooms are large and have a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea.👍😉

Very nice place for sun & relax vacation. Hotel is very clean, people very friendly and helpful. Meal fresh and good. The hotel has 2 big swimming pools which is a great place for cooling when the temperature is over 30 degrees 😉 We like very much the pool bar where lunch was served. Chef of this place is amazing person😉😉Sea is great in this place, but the beach does not encourage because of little stones. We can strongly recommend the Spa in this hotel. Islam and his people did everything to recover our bodies and give us great relaxation. We had 90 minutes massage every day and hammam 2 times as special bonus mifterm and bukuroshe are the best for massage 😊 We spent here very nice and sunny week 😊

Great hotel with many amenities. My family and o had lots of fun. We played many games, beach volleyball, beach sports, excursions, fun parties!

The Hall in Hotel is very nice And elegant. Working people are very politely friendly And pleasant. The room iš Big And clean but almost all rooms are with view in other Hotels. Animator are fantastic!!! All day activities, they become like a friends. In night they takeing people for clubs. HOTEL quite small but its enought if you are without child.

We had a dream stay at the hotel. While the weather was perfect to enjoy the sun during the daytime, the evenings were pleasant which made the perfect combination to enjoy the twin swimming pools, the beach, the sports facilities, and elegant evening cocktails/tea followed by dinner. The hotel is well-equipped to entertain adults and children alike. The choice of good quality food is vast with cuisine from different countries on offer on different days. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a nice view. The multilingual staff was well-trained, friendly, and helpful. The view of the Mediterranean Sea is breath-taking and soothing to help you forget about your worries, especially with a drink in hand while sitting on the balcony. This was our second visit to the hotel and we hope to visit it again in the future. Full kudos to the owners/managers of the hotel for maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction as their goal!

I stayed a week and i enjoyed at this hotel the animation team!!! Everyday shows are funny, cool, interactive and various different shows/animation.
We will come back at this hotel only to join again to their shows!

This is the best holliday I ever had. Lucifer is the best DJ in whole Turkey! I loved the music, the parties are so funny and enjoyable!!😁😁

Good hotel in overall. We really enjoyed the animation team, especially Suha he made sure we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The service were very nice and they were very helpful and there were a lot of activities and you had also got to do somithe every day somthing new and exciting and the food was qute good and you had a lot to chose from

We arrived at 4 am at night our flight was delayed but we mixed our luggage with somebody and we took the wrong one thanks to the receptionist he contacted the travel agency and spoke with a Turkish guy. After a couple of hours, the bus returned and we took our luggage. In general, the hotel was good rooms are neat. Minibar has just water. If you are not a peaky person you can find to eat something on all time. The frustrating thing is, it is 21 century on a street and in a five-star hotel, if you want WIFI in your room you should pay that's ridiculous. Overall for the price we paid for three people, it was a good and reasonable hotel to stay in.

Like our stay here even though I had to deal with some kind of food poisoning for a day, which the majority of our group experienced. The staff at the pool bar was very nice, we gave them some tipps of course but they treated us like kings. Very enjoyable in general.

From great food to Turkeys familiar pet faces, this hotel has it all. Let me start from the overall experience. The place is amazing, food which is all inclusive is great. You have the main restaurant which is open for all 3 big meals. They also have salads, deserts, fruits, almost anything you might desire. High amount of variety in food and there are Turkish special nights where they serve dishes exclusive to Turkish cuisine. Rooms are in good condition; the tv, minifridge and AC all work great. There is a spa if you want different packages of massages. They also have a great and young entertainment team to keep everybody entertained. They plan disco tours and activities within the hotel, and even great mini discos for kids. Great for everbody at every age. The pools are great for everyone, with even a sprinkle of children pools. There is even an aquapark for children who loves slides. The sea is also great for people every height. I am 1.8m tall and would hit rocks whenever I wanted to swim in other hotels. But the sea is great in Q premium as there are no rocks near the surface and there are even possible spots where you can dive on the dock(even thiugh it probably isnt recommended, people dived a lot). Overall, I had a great experience of 4 night 5 days for the price I paid for this hotel. Oh and the price, for the amount of food they serve you and the variety you have it still baffels me as to how they can afford to keep the business going.
Overall, thinking how the hotel was built in 2011 and there is an economic crisis in Turkey, the hotel looks great and is a great place to stay for its cost.
