Food and service was impeccable! Every dish was amazing and freshly cooked on the spot. Definitely visit this restaurant when you pass by Pamukkale! Also generous portions and very delicious.

Amazing lamb chop, chicken pan, potatoes wedges, pomegranate juice and apple tea!!! Also surprisingly many dipping sauces ;)

I don’t have the words to express how incredible everything was. We didn’t have a reservation as we are ill prepared but they thankfully could get us in. The service was excellent some of the best I’ve received in my life, the food was excellent. The portions are huge and everything was delicious, their pomegranate dressing they make in house is the perfect addition to the large salad that comes with your entree and the myriad of sauces they provide you’ll be sure to find something you enjoy. Incredible if I could rate it higher I would. The hospitality is beyond anything you could ever hope for, you’ll feel right at home. Make a reservation when you are in town for an experience you won’t forget. We left with some chocolates, nuts, water and croissants all as a gift and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I only wish my husband and I weren’t so tired so we could have eaten and drank here longer. We had a great time in this restaurant. The environment is amazing and the service is unbeatable. We would recommend this to anyone. The best food in Turkey and maybe all of Europe. They provided many complimentary items like tea and chocolates. You can feel the passion in the cooking. Genuinely perfect in every way!

A marvelous place. We had a wonderful meal and a great experience. The food and services are outstanding, a nice family run restaurant. It is a reservation only, we were lucky enough to get an outside table while walking in. The owner provided a blanket for all four of us. We were also invited to have tea inside on the house at the end as the table became available. The teas came with complementary candies and nuts. Through our conversation, the owner learned that it was a birthday of one of us, they also gave us a surprise cake. The restaurant is very cozy and the attention to details was amazing.

This is truly an amazing place. The food is delicious, the open kitchen is hygienic, and the restaurant is pretty. And the family is so friendly. They gave us free chai before the meal, and apple tea, chocolate, and nuts after the meal. Before leaving the restaurant, they brought me water to drink while looking at Pamukkale. The warm consideration and kindness of your entire family made me happy. Thank you for creating unforgettable memories in Türkiye.

My boyfriend and I spent over night at Pamukkale (28/02/2024) and went to Hira Caoffee& Tea House Restaurant. We both were impressed with great foods lovely complimentary snacks with hot tea. Perfect service from Super nice server. Good caring. Cozy place. Cooks were friendly. We were so happy with incredible service here. We definitely come back here in the next visit.

The experience from start to finish was professional, accommodating, and very welcoming. Even though we have booked during the kitchen closing, still all the staff welcomed us with open arms, and they did not hesitate to show their Turkish Family run hospitality, we had almost all sauces on earth put on our table, and each sauce was described to us and with the recommended pair, that's only for ordering fries.

As a group of 3 we ordered, pan lamb meat that's already included rice and a huge plate of salad, a vegetable pasta (all fresh and locally produced), yabrak sarma (turkish style grapevine leaves filled with rice), turkish potato fries and wedges that was extremely tasty and soft but crispy on the outside. Lastly for drinks we order sahleb and latte.

The food was cooked by a major league professional, or it is someone who knew what does it means to cook food with love.

Our stay is short otherwise we would have had all our daily meals here 🥰

Reviews are spot on, this is real!! I’m only sorry we did not come our first night so we could just eat here every night. The food was delicious. The main dishes come with a large salad, the hottest freshest moist but perfect on the outside French fries, rice, roaster small red and green pepper and good flat bread. The service is amazing. They are very professional and extremely generous with service, water, tea and tasty nuts and little chocolates. We had one main meal and the green beans. They brought out pickles and a couple of other things and so many condiments/sauces. I have never seen that many!! We had a coffee or latte cake, it was very good. I’m very picky so when I give a good review, believe me it’s was so worth it. We were very lucky to have come.
I thought it was very odd that you have to reserve but I say before you get here do yourself a favor and reserve, eat here and don’t go anywhere else. It also has the best prices for the portions and quality of what you get. We did two other places and I can say don’t bother this is by far the best price and best food and service. Look at the photos posted here and that is what you get. Don’t be scared of the prices because it worked out to be less expensive than anywhere else at the end of the day. I have not been impressed with the restaurants in Pamukkale but Hiera was very good. It’s our first stop in Turkey so I am hoping the food vs price and quality gets better. Easily one of the most memorable meals (or experience) during my 2 week turkiye trip. When I remember Pamukkale in the future, i will think of this restaurant more than the Travertines.

Food was served freshly cooked and well-plated (for this reason, please note the restaurant only accepts reservation - which u can do in Instgram). Reasonably priced for a very huge plate, including more than 20 sauces for chips/fries.

Host / owner was very friendly, and offered complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee and other items at that moment. I actually planned a quick lunch only, but ended up spending 4 hours with the owner and another foreigner visitor. It felt like staying / eating at a local turkish family home.

Tolga’s native language is not english, but he tries very hard to help. He has helped me book an airport shuttle to Denizli (when my hotel was not able to do so) - saving me €40 cost from taking private taxi.

If you are visiting Pamukkale, look no further and have all your meals here. It’s located in front of the Pamukkale travertines, and you can view them while having lunch outside. There is a reason why they have almost perfect ratings from thousands of reviewers.

Other than seeing the cotton castle itself which was exquisite, having dinner here was one of the best and most memorable experiences we have had!!

The waiter was warm and helped set up a variety of cutlery and 25 sauces just for fries.

The seller was the food for sure. The chicken plate with rice tasted like a Spanish paella, wet with tomato base and generous chunks of chicken. A definite favorite.

Lamb sish was well roasted as well with huge portions of vegetables. Overall, a memorable stop after traveling at the tourist attractions.

We came here on the off season, and we're lucky enough to not need a reservation. This family run restaurant has it all. Great food, great veggie options, unbeatable atmosphere and friendly, generous staff.

Great restaurant with nice ambience and very delicious food. Everything was so tasteful and big portions for the price. They gave us a large selection of Turkish sauces to try with the French fries and the homemade dressing for the salad. Also they gave us courtesy tea or coffee at the end of our meal. Highly recommended!

Me and My Husband really blown away with the services. All food are really Great, but our favourite is Yaprak Sarma and their fries.

The best dining experience in Turkey! The host was very attentive and friendly! We enjoyed cooling air on the very hot day. Special thanks for food quality and many complementaries on the house - it’s not often that the bill at the end is less than you expected 🙂

I was a bit reluctant to book this restaurant at first since its reservation only. Anyways we came The food and service is top notch! We had ordered Adana kebab and chicken wings. The portions are massive and there are many sauces with the chips. The food was great and the service is great. Definately recommended here if you had a bad experience with the other restaurants.

It was our best meal in Türkiye, and a must for everyone when visiting Pamukkale. It’s reservation only as the owner prioritize experience over profit. So don’t forget to book well in advance.

The price was affordable for a tourist town (halve the price compared to Cappadocia). The portion is huge, and the fries was incredibly good. We loved the amount of sauces they serve. Service was 6 stars, very attentive and keen. They even have chopstick for Asian customers.

I was initially skeptical about this place, thinking that it must be ‘too good to be true’. Every review I’ve read here is only positive, and I wasn’t sure about the need to reserve for a small restaurant.

But I was truly blown away. My dinner here was one of the most memorable experiences throughout my entire trip in Turkey.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Amazing friendly service, prices were low, and food came in big portions. I’d highly recommend anyone visiting Pammukkale that this is the only restaurant to try.

Adding to the comments below, experienced the same hospitality when we dined :) was also greeted with the selection of many sauces and we enjoyed eating our fries as every mouth could have a different dip!

They also kindly gave us free tea, chocolates and some snacks at the end. We left with full tummies and happy hearts :)

Glad we stopped by Hiera’s! One of the best service we experienced in our Turkey trip by far!
