Amazing hotel! The restaurant, the rooms and the pools are magnificent. The restaurant buffet (dinner and breakfast) are amazing and so delicious. Really near from the cotton castle. Very friendly

We loved our stay! The hotel is clean and the staff was professional and kind. We had the larger room with a balcony, but I saw that the smaller rooms were also a good size for two people. The beds were cozy and our room had a bathtub. The spa was amazing! Natural thermal mud spa - outdoor and indoor. The spa also had a pool, steam room and sauna. The floor is slippery so I recommend wearing shower shoes. The meals were excellent! They had tons of options, from fresh salads to a hot buffet bar. The 24 hour front desk ensured we got to the bus station in time for our 6 am bus. Only wish was that it was a little easier to catch the mini bus from outside the hotel to Pammukale. But overall I highly recommend!

Lots of varieties of food. Taste very good. Dessert are plentiful but too sweet for me. May be the Turkish like sweet stuff.

Colossae Thermal Hotel ranks high on the hotels I visited in Turkey. The rooms are spacious and clean, the entertainment the best I encountered in my stay in Turkey. Everything from chill sessions in the multiple pools they have or jamming to music in the bar. The staff is absolutely fun and helpful. An absolute experience I'd recommend to any and everyone

Nice & comfort hotel during winter season in Pamukalle.

Best Hotel we stayed at during our 12 days in Turkey. Truly a 5 star establishment with everything that one could wish for including a fantastic spa. Dinner was superb with far too many dishes to choose from. This is a gem of a place. I highly recommend anybody visiting Pamukkale to stay at the Colossae - you will not find better!

The hotel was excellent and value for money you have the choice of BB and HF and we had half-board. The rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good pool out and indoor and very good Spa .

It's 5star rating hotel. Old building but the room is not bad at all. Most of the room refurbished and nice. The heater must be turn on during winter as it's super cold in this mountain area. Spacious for twin share room. Basic toilet in each room with important amenities. Hot water work well. OK enough about the room.... This is thermal hotel with sauna. Must try and this is the best place to enjoy their Pamukale famous healing water. Besides, massage services are available too. Spacious parking space enough for big groups. The food.... Heaven. Their buffet breakfast and dinner are amazing. Don't diet if you are here OK. Huge dining hall, super fast and good service staff. Excellent services. I absolutely will come again soon

While booking here, hesitated a little bit of quality however once I've seen facilities, it changed my mind. It's not super ultra luxury 5 star hotel but I'm fully satisfied with activities, facilities, food quality, room and behavior of staff. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel and enjoyed every single minute. Spa and thermal facilities are great. Rooms are clean. Small issues fixed quickly as soon as we asked room service. Breakfast and dinner was included. We had wide range of delicious food option. Most of all hotel staff was very polite and helpful. We definetly come back. It is highly recommended

The hotel was like 5 minutes from Pamukkale. We were informed by our tour guide that this place was a big. The elevators are above the stairs so the luggage boys had to lift all our luggage which was great rather than ourselves. Small walk to get to your room. We were in a room good for 3 people and we each had a separate bed. The bathroom was good and spacious. They had a thermal pool which we tried and it was amazing. A small fee of 5 Lira for a cap is needed(women and men) and would be provided by the person on the desk. It was relaxing and nice. They had a jacuzzi which I thought would be hot but not as hot as the pool, surprisingly. The whole thing was fun, they also have pools outside. We had dinner in the dining room which was huge. Like HUGE. Many tour groups have stayed there and it doesnt feel overwhelming or crowded. Lots of food provided and the staff was very attentive in cleaning up or taking orders. We luckily also enjoyed a small show of belly dancing which was a great sight to see and enjoy the culture.

We had an excellent room well geared up for people with mobility issues.
It was very busy particularly in the dining room.

A very warm welcome by mustafa sert, the hotel was better than expected. There is hot water springs and a mud bath, a gym which i enjoyed using. The rooms were very clean. It is a bit far from the main city if you want to do some shopping, you can easily take a bus which can take 45 minutes.

What a dining room. It can adjust more than 700 people at a time. Room are good with indoor swimming pool. Other activities are also there. One should come excusively for a couple of days to enjoy the property only.

Colossae Thermal is one of the best hotels in the Pamukkale area. A short 15 mins ride from the Cotton Castles and Hieropolis, Colossae Thermal provides a great experience to its guests. The hotel staff is very courteous and the food served is quite great. There are many activities one can do inside the hotel premises and still would enjoy.
