Richmond Pamukkale Thermal Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Richmond Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued.

The room I stayed in was clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring the Pamukkale. It feel like a home away from home.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs and ensure my stay was comfortable. she was always available to provide recommendations, answer any queries

The breakfast buffet was a true delight. catered to all tastes and preferences. The quality of the food was outstanding.

The hotel’s central location was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated within close distance of popular attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the Pamukkale without worrying about transportation.

Overall, my experience at Richmond Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail, top-notch service, comfortable accommodations, and great location made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and I look forward to returning myself in the future.

Love the facility, indoor and outdoor thermal pool, 39°. The hotel has so many things to enjoy, mini golf, dance club with a belly dance performer, nice garden to walk after meals, and basketball court.
The downside is the mattress. It aged, I feel like sleeping on cardboard. It truly is a resort spa, a Turkish bath, and a massage is worthy.

The hotel is highly recommended if you are visiting Pamukkale, the best is the outdoor thermal pool that is open till midnight. You can relax while enjoying the music. The rooms are decent and comfortable with air conditioning. They have a good food selection at both breakfast and dinner. Had a wonderful and relaxing time.

Very nice place. Helpful receptionist. There wasn't kettle in the room. So we asked, in 5 minutes we got it. Lovely meal in the restaurant. Lady made amazing pastries . Big choice in restaurant, waiters with a smile. Definitely recommend it. 👌

Excellent hotel with good food and service

The reception staff here are amazing , Kubilay and Metehan honestly made our experience worth while. The airport had lost my luggage and Kubilay and Metehan had gone above and beyond to get it back to me , they called all night and day long and made sure it was delivered straight to my room. They both made our experience beyond amazing with their kindness. They were welcoming and lovely when we had any questions or concerns. I would honestly only come back here for the both of them as they were so kind and helpful! If you are ever coming to Richmond Pamukkale thermal I highly suggest looking for either one or both !

What an amazing experience here, the beautiful sights of nature, the quiet and the lovely weather during end of june, the rooms are simple and lovely, the food is good, the thermal pool is out of this world but thanks to the two most amazing staff here named Kubilay and Metehan who both spoke perfect english and helped us even when our airlines lost our luggage these two men who are at the reception gave 5 star service and very friendly, i advice anyone who needs help while staying here ask them😊

Great hotel on a very nice location 15 minutes from Hierapolis. Choice of food excelent for breakfast and dinner. Hot spring pool working until midnight.

The food was very good, unlike the other hotels I've been in on Turkey, the rooms were nice with a terrace but the ones on top dont have one, as a smoker I really apreciate those, music until 00:00 and good people.

Thermal pools are nice and clean. All in all one of the best options in Pamukkale

The resort is great with great amenities! Kublai who works there goes out of his way to help. He helped me and my wife tremendously by helping us to navigate the website which was in Turkish while we were in Konya trying to book our buss ticket.

Thai massage from Muni and Bodi fantastic. Well worth the money.

I recommend this hotel, because of good pools, service and food

Amazing property. Great rooms. Fantastic service. Well trained staff. Great breakfast. The hotel has an in house hot water spring apart from the basic swimming pool and gym. They also have a great spa. Huge property. The only problem we faced there was lack of English speaking staff. The staff didn't understand English.
