Polat Termal Hotel

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The room were elegantly furnished and provided the utmost comfort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, from the impeccable room service to the excellent concierge assistance. The hotel's amenities, including the stunning pool and well-equipped fitness center, added an extra level of indulgence. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly luxurious and memorable stay.

The place is quiet.
I liked the kindness of the staff.
I thought it was crazy for tourists to chat rudely and make noise as a group. Indonesian group guests are too loud. But the food was delicious.
The facilities are so good that I want to go again, but I'm hesitant

The Spa was wonderful and relaxing. Busra was very professional and attentive. It was a very good Turkish bath experience!

Very good hotel, the environment is very nice. Rooms are good and comfortable, also very clean. I really liked the thermal pool and spa. A really good choice in Pamukkale.

Hotel room are big but they don't have slipper. Heater not working properly
