Hierapark Thermal & Spa Hotel Deluxe

We had great time at Hierapark Spa Hotel, This is a decent very clean superior 5 star hotel with an excellent location, and very hospitable staff at the reception specially Ummu and Müzeyyen !
Thermal water was nice inside and outside facilities available!

Betul Deniz restaurant chef was really pleasant, friendly, always smiling and ready to help. This was the best place ever for vacation. If you are planning vacation in Turkey you have to come to this places

I only went there for 2 massages, sauna, thermal pool and hamam. Very nice atmosphere, friendly and skilled staff!

I have been to Pamukkale hotels many times
But Hierapark Hotel is the best I have ever stayed. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Food is so delicious. Rooms are very well designed and clean. The view of the hotel is amazing! Highly recommended! 👍

Amazing! Gorgeous rooms, excellent food! 2nd best hotel of the tour. Only negative is the WiFi was slow, but it might be the area as my WiFi card was too. A/C was inadequate, which was true of all the hotels, but they had screens on the doors to the balcony, so I slept at a comfy temp still. I travel with my own pillow, ear plugs and eye mask, so I can't comment on that stuff.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy. Staff is very helpful, location is perfect.
I would highly recommend to stay and forget the worries of the world. Hotel amenities including rooms are very clean and sufficient to keep you occupied.
They have Thermal pools, normal pool, 2x slides with a separate kids pool, separate younger kids pool, spa service and what not.
My kids had the most amazing time here.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view over the valley. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. The room was really good, although the bed was a bit small. The hamam was excellent, the thermal pools were relaxing and the buffet food was good quality. Definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect place to stay in pamukkale. Absolutely loved the thermal pool in the hotel, available outdoor and indoor seperate for male and female. Highly recommend staying, the reception staff was so nice too!

I’m staying at this hotel regularly (job purposes) and easily i can say that this place satisfy all of your expectations and demands, spring water pools, good quality food and rich buffet, clean and large rooms, highly recommented 👍🏻

The biggest draw of the place is it's two natural thermal spas.

U can spend the entire day there. The view of the valley is also amazing

Excellent hot spring hotel and a good base to explore Pamukkale. The hot spring pools are nice and stylish; the buffet food is simple and nicely done, good internet; good aircon -- except the spa is not air-conditioned at all, which makes it unattractive. Ample parking. The hotel was able to offer us a quiet room (some rooms facing the pool can be noisy)

I. Loved. This hotel. Truly, the pool was great and the staff were really nice, the only thing was there was only one bed in my room. The restaurant had a variety of food options to choose from, both dinner and breakfast. They helped with our luggage too. I would come here again if I visited again.

Clean rooms. Excellent thermal baths both indoor and outdoors. Turkish spa masseuse can improve the techniques somewhat however still very good. Staff is very courteous , polite and accommodating, especially in the restaurant. Me and my wife are vegetarians. Just tell them what you want and they will make it happen. Buffet had plenty of veg options in form of salads but albeit nothing solid. So they cooked us a grilled veggie sandwich.

Overall , best value for money.

Hotel personnel is beyond nice and willing to make your stay comfortable and calm. As soon as we went out to terrace personnel sent hot tea as compliment. Spa professionals make all peeling and massage enjoyable and relaxing. Restaurant personnel also doing their best for guests. Thanks to management for keeping warm atmosphere at hotel with incredible staff!

Fantastic hotel! The staff is excellent and the facilities also. The thermal pools, 5 of them, vary in temperature with 2 indoor and 3 outdoor. There is also a regular pool that is heated and a kid's pool. The restaurant onsite is also good. I will stay here again.

Property is located in town of Karahayit, about 7km away from the town of Pammukale. Karahayit is a much nicer town, without the tacky tourist feel of Pammukale. If you have a car, this is a far better option for visiting the Travertines and the ruins of Hieropolis. It is a 30 minute drive to the North Gate entrance, the least busy entrance into the park. The hotel has great views over the valley, watching the sunset from your balcony is beautiful. There is lots of free parking. Check in was easy, staff speaks decent English. Hotel is fairly new, very well appointed and modern. Room was large and modern, huge bathtub, robes, slippers, bar fridge with small freezer, kettle with tea. A fantastic outdoor thermal swimming pool about 38°C, 2 outdoor regular pools, 2 indoor thermal pools. Spa services offered at extra cost. Due to covid the traditional Turkish bath and sauna were closed. Breakfast and dinner self-serve buffet style with good covid protocols in place. Good selection of food. Complimentary afternoon coffee break 3pm with good selection of finger foods and live music. I would recommend this hotel over any hotel in the town of Pammukale.

Probably our best hotel stay during our time in Turkey. The thermal pool was exquisite. I just used the word exquisite, Jesus...

ALSO, despite our travelling during COVID, they still had a DJ at night for the three guests that were in the hotel. That's commitment!

Also ALSO, pretty expansive breakfast options, with choices to cater to westerners and those seeking a turkish breakfast.
