I’m currently staying at the hotel and have an outstanding experience. The accommodations were beyond comfortable, the services at the restaurant and hotel were impeccable, and the food showcased culinary excellence. The commitment to cleanliness throughout the premises was commendable. Highly recommend for a memorable stay.

The hotel is very spatious and bright with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and cozy. The food is delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. The location is good its close to the tram station, and there are some nice restaurants around. Staff at the reception and restaurant are very helpful Omer and Ozturkmen Bey especially. You will have a pleasant stay and rest for sure :)

I can definitely recommend it as a choice when visiting Gaziantep. The rooms, service and food are attentive and the staff are very professional and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ejder, who welcomed us with a smile and helped us at the reception.

BEST HOTEL in Gazientap, the room was amazing and SUPER CLEAN where you can choose either sleep in floor or bed, doesn’t matter for this!.

It is not a luxury hotel and yet because of that it doesn't have the smell or music in the lobby, in the halls or in the rooms, which is very very positive for us. We don't want chemicals coming into our body through these smells and we always like quietness in a hotel.

The hotel was immaculate and nothing was too difficult for the staff to do. The room service breakfast and the dinner were absolutely amazing and delicious. When we found it difficult to get a car rental ourselves the hotel staff made it possible and helped us out so much. We cannot thank the staff enough for the warm and welcoming way they are. They made our stay in Gazientep fantastic and we are certainly thinking about our next trip there . We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else whilst in Gazientep.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Hotel. Everything is so clean and quiet, even when they had two conventions and a wedding during our stay.. we heard absolutely nothing!
The staff is very polite and helpful, but their English was very bad!! Thank God for Google translate!
The In-Hotel Coffee shop is really nice and the kitchen staff are professionals.
And thanks to Mustafa from the front desck with the quick check-out and ordering a Taxi.
