Sunrise Resort Hotel

I stayed in the period from the beginning of July for 10 days as a family with three children. We were accommodated in a house separated from the main building surrounded by a garden. The type of room was very comfortable and equipped, suitable for 5 people. The furniture is a bit outdated but everything is functional and in general we liked the room. The accommodation here is in a quieter environment. It is a large complex, with two main buildings Sunrise which is older and Starlight which is newer. If you can choose I think that Starlight is a better but probably more expensive choice. A large complex with many possibilities, a very good aqua park, many different pools, a beautiful beach, sunbeds are plentiful and you don't have to get up early in the morning to secure a place. All day animation for children and adults.There is a wide selection of food and original drinks at any time, but don't expect exotic food. For special wishes, there are many a la carte restaurants. Of the remarks, I would ask the managers to correct them in order to maintain the good image of the hotel. We were not at all satisfied with the cleaning and hygiene of the room (I'm only talking about my room). Almost all the staff speak only Turkish and Russian even the reception and the guest relations department, some thing that is not right for a 5 star hotel. Overall we had a nice time and would recommend the hotel.

I was staying at the hotel in the middle of July. My holidays were really good, the territory was beautiful, green and fresh, the food was delicious. Special thank the waitress Sinem, who was working at the pool. She was really friendly and hardworking.

There isn't any English Jet 2 rep onsite, there wasn't any welcome meeting as we are used to. It's mainly Russian visitors who really annoy me by piling their plate high and not eating it, what a waste, why not take what you want and go back for more

There are cosy dublexes, green gardens with amazing tropical trees and flowers, sand beach, spa, tasty food, aquapark, horses, golf, tennis, etc...

Great hotel near the beach. Everyday pool activities, evening's music shows and friendly staff. Disco show on big stage almost everyday. Ready staff to help you anytime. Gym, Gallery, SPA, front water pool, back water pool, water sports, mid-night dinner, mini golf, beach bar, great food in buffee, everyday amphitheatre evening shows.

Fantastic place I stayed in room 5130 on the 4th of this month until the 14th my son was so poorly ,your staff were really good to us they made food for him I really think you for that ,I am definitely coming back what a wonderful time we all had thank you so much I would give you 10 🌟 stars ...

Hotel is big and nice
Rooms are a bit old but it is recompensed by great food and very nice and helpful staff that is not expecting tips every minute - their help is very discreet

Overall quality is superb, food very well presented and many variations to support all tastes. Very clean and well looked after hotel / rooms. Definitely recommend

It is very nice hotel 🏨!!! I recommend this place!!!!! There is a very good service and food!!!! There is a big territorial! If I will go to Turkey I will choose this hotel!!!! It was great!!!! We had here our Honeymoon!!!

the staff in all areas were amazing. the restaurant was fabulous. the pools and grounds were 2nd to none
