It is a wonderful tourist place to spend family vacations. Everything from accommodation to food to location to service to cleanliness to hospitality was exceptional. The food options during any meal were uncountable with each one equally good. The watersports and swimming options at different pools were cherry on the cake. Beach time during leisure from dawn to dusk had full day commitment in itself. The options of drinks to relieve ones thurst during quenching sun were marvelous. Children had their own day and night activities. The poolside live music and different performances kept the guest busy and active.
I would love to come here every year with my family and friends.

I want to leave e very special positive review for the hotel and the team of reception. The hotel has huge green area. The room are well furnished and very pleasant.
The food is plentiful and varied.
However my thanks go to the reception team and to reception manager. I forgot my Mac notebook and they did their best to return to me to Bulgaria.

Had 10 days here in June with family age range 2-60 fantastic stay something for everyone to do. Aqua park area brilliant for all ages spent many happy hours there. Entertainment outstanding. Food choices exceptional. Will definitely go back.

This was truly an outstanding holiday from start to finish. The hotel grounds are well maintained and immaculate throughout. The pools are entertaining and suit all preferences, from the Aquapark to the chilled out pools, there's something for everyone and every mood.

The evening entertainment was fantastic each night, we couldn't believe our luck. There were acrobats, a traditional cultural show and a kid's carnival to name a few. And we were fortunate enough to be there during the fortnightly beach party which included music and foam being blasted out of cannons.

The food options were varied and always fresh and delicious. The only thing to mention is the main restaurant gets unbearably busy and it was often difficult to find a table but the food more than made up for that!

The hotel is located right on the beach with plenty of sunloungers and shade. We paid to do a parasail which was fun. There are several parks dotted around to keep the children happy and although it is busy, there are quieter spots to be found if that's what you prefer.

Our room was a little small but clean and nice enough. For a family of four we should have perhaps had a slightly bigger room as our room had one double bed, one single and a camp bed. I would expect four proper beds for all guests.

All in all, we had an amazing time for our entire 7 days. Thank you!

We have had a fantastic family holiday at Turan Prince. We had the VIP select rooms and the service had been outstanding. The staff are so happy, helpful, welcoming and friendly. The restaurant manager, Necmettin Ihtiyat treated us to a steak cooked on a skillet in front of us and gave us a really special dining experience. The kids have enjoyed the water slides, beach, entertainment, ice creams, food and drinks! We’ll definitely be coming back.

We arrive late in the evening, we were kindly welcomed at the reception and we checked in easily and quickly. They took us to the side room of the Duplex with a small car. The room is simple on two floors, only the younger daughter did not have bed linen to sleep on the pull-out chair, but it was delivered by calling the reception. I recommend choosing a room starting from 2000 because they are inside with fragrant flowers at the door. Great pools, if you don't like loud music you can go to the sea, there is great silence and the sound of the sea. The choice of food is rich, of course children are interested in fast food.😬

Perfect hotel for kids & parents. Awesome aqua park, awesome restaurant, awesome reception and also great other sections. Luna park should have different hours because after lunch it’s not perfect time to play with kids under heavy sun. Called several times for mechanic to fix few things but never came, thanks to Akin who was ready to help by providing another room as we requested. Thank you Akin. Everything else was perfect.

Great location for a family vacation, with lots of fun activities and great swimming pools and water slides.

Very clean and very good food.
Staff are very friendly especially Sinem from the kids club animation team. Drinks are good. Pools are top just the beach gravel you need swim shoes and it goes deep in which is no good for kids to swim in the sea. They should level out the beach a bit more.

Fantastic hotel. Highly recommended. Excellent water park with very good slides. Lovely pools. Beach front with bar. Food selection the best we have come across and best quality as well. Lobby bar is open 24 hours. We had room one up from the basic one...it was really comfortable, plenty of room and had tea and coffee facilities. Fridge in room, stocked with water (still and sparkling) and pop (Coke, Sprite and Fanta).....refreshed daily as used. Most staff friendly and helpful. Chinese and Mexican a la Carte restaurants good (cost €10 per room per visit), fish one not so good. Ice creams served daily around 4pm.....cones or Cornettos etc available. Rooms very clean....our cleaning lady was lovely! We travelled as a group of 4 with two 21 year old who love the place. Note - journey time from airport is 1.5 hours on shared quick shuttle.

Big and nice Hotel. Lot of activities for kids. Pool water was cold. All the areas were very clean. It was weird that our table on the balcony broken and was already scrappy when we arrived, but we had to pay 20€ for it. But it was worth maybe 5€. Also New one that was replace was half broken. Other wise great and polite staff. But they are charging extra fees that I think is not okey.

We came as a family altogether there were 13 of us, at the beginning of September, and being totally honest it was just fantastic from start to finish. So much to do for all ages. The accommodations are lovely the staff are all happy, polite and friendly. The food is phenomenally good with a very varied choice for everyone. I really want to return again next year. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, hopefully book for longer next time.

We had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and had 6 courses which were amazing.
The service was outstanding and would thoroughly recommend if visiting.

We absolutely loved our time at this totally stunning hotel.
The staff were top class, couldn't do enough for us,the cleaning team were amazing too,kept the whole complex immaculate.
The food I must admit wasn't quite what we were looking for but the choice was mind boggling,it was more set for russian and German people in all honesty but I can't fault the choice they had.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Turkey, I'd love to go back if there was more food choice for British holiday makers.

Amazing, food fantastic and plenty of choice, very clean hotel all staff were great.
Only downside we had a duplex and no aircon as it was may so was red hot upstairs and the sun came through the skylight with no way of covering it up if you wanted a lie in.
Entertainment great but could do with being on longer at night without having to go to nightclub.

Enjoyed this stay a lot. Everything is available, pools, the beach with sun beds, food and drinks all day long including cocktails. I loved the animation team. They really do everything to make you have a great time.
A few minus points would be the immense food waste and the horrible internet at the resort. Nevertheless I would and already recommended this place.
It can get quite hot in Antalya/Side so I would recommend to go pre or after season.

Spent 10 days in late April, a couple with a 3 year old.
The place is amazing, very clean, a lot of spaces for kids, additionally a mini-zoo and a bunch of carousels in the evening.
We went for a select upgrade which was supper nice. You don't need it to enjoy your time in this place, but it gives you that extra bit of luxury. It's like having your own mini-resort within the resort. I feel it's definitely worth it. Will consider comming back there.

Firstly, I can’t understand some of the bad reviews for this hotel, we’ve just returned from 9 fabulous days here.
It’s a large hotel and it’s for families, it was the school holidays, so yes, it was busy and noisy at times, but mostly of families enjoying themselves.
The aqua park was very busy and most of the daily entertainment is there, but there are 3 other pools and the beach a few mins away so you can move around easily.
There are water points, snacks and bars everywhere so you can always get food and drinks, even at main meal times there was not much of a wait.
The pools were wonderful, warm and relaxing, bliss!
As for the fool, you’ll never go hungry, how people are moaning, I really don’t know, there was so much choice, and I much is cooked fresh, pizza ovens, a lady making flatbread every day, meats, stews, salad bar, cakes and pastries galore, some dishes are it strange for us brits but I tried some unknown dishes and they were delicious, there is also te usual, chips, spaghetti bolognaise, chicken nuggets etc, different pasta dishes, rice etc, there was quite a few vegetarian dishes everyday when we were there. The staff work extremely hard, there are so many waiters, bar staff, cooks, cleaners, gardeners, entertainment staff, all great, a special mention to Salem and Faith in the restaurant who looked after us and we couldn’t want for anything, also Mohammad Ali from the entertainment team, we didn’t have young children but he came and chatted to everyday, we didn’t join in on the activities and we were never pressured to but they still chatted to us.
The private restaurants were lovely, you ave to book in advance and choose your food which I thought was strange, but it worked really well, the service is quick and everyone gets served at the same time, it’s 7 courses and the food was super, we couldn’t fault it.
We had a duplex room, double bed upstairs and twins downstairs, with two grown up daughters the room was plenty big enough, it was very clean and the main came everyday to tidy, make beds and give clean towels, the hotel next door was very noisy until midnight everyday, but it didn’t bother us.
Could improvements be made? Yes, a few suggestions would b to improve the wifi, it only worked in the lobby bar but it stopped my girls being in their phones all day, guest relations is one person who wasn’t very cheerful and there was always a queue, more people need to step in and assist for the restaurant reservations. Some more inflatables at the aqua park would be great, as they were the best rides.
The entertainment was great, live music, dancers, something different everyday, the beach and foam party were a great hit with our girls.
We had an amazing holiday and could of easily stayed longer. Also, go to Side old town to see the ruins, it’s amazing and only cost £5 on the bus for all 4 of us! It as really easy as well.
