Amazing holidays at Meryan hotel! Staff, food, beach, spa was wonderful. Especially want to thank to massage therapist Mahmud. He is professional! Best recommendations. Just One minus- moldy smell in the room

Comfortable hotel with lots of nice food and good bar. Free wifi everywhere. Comfortable rooms and no problem with check in!

An excellent and very clean hotel. Being an all inclusive 10 day stay, once we arrived we didn't leave the hotel but in spite of this we never felt that we needed to go elsewhere for a change as every day felt different.
The bedrooms were clean and adequate for two people, although one English TV news channel was rather limiting! Excellent water pressure and shower facility.
The food, quality and choice was excellent at all meals and also in the small out of restaurant hotel remote locations. Similarly the restaurant staff could not be faulted for their attentiveness and willingness to help.
The entertainment and activities were good and staff really made an effort to make things special for the guests. However the regular piano music in the reception area at night would benefit from more up beat popular music rather than some of the depressing unknown classical music being played.
The pool & lounge bar staff were brilliant especially Ali in the pool bar who could not be faulted for his top quality customer service and friendliness.
Unfortunately the beach bar was not as good and usually serviced by one bar staff man who choose to proactively manage his tips by serving people on the beach rather than managing the actual bar facility. Very difficult to get a drink there and when you did, it wasn't 'service with a smile'!
Obviously the climate helps any sun worshippers as the temperatures and sun were amazing, even in September.
We would definitely book here again and recommend the hotel to anyone else.

My family and I rested in this hotel from June 13 to 17.
I was very worried about how our vacation would be, because there were a lot of negative reviews related to problems with the gastrointestinal tract.
First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff, who explained the cause of the problem in great detail (via email) and what measures the hotel is taking to improve the situation.
Secondly, upon arriving at the hotel, we made sure that cleanliness was treated very responsibly here. In fact, everything is cleaned here - handles, elevators, etc. That's why I give a big plus for cleanliness and thank you very much for that.
the food was also good, our picky little ones were also fed every day. A minus for the hotel for making too tasty baklava, it is now reflected in a couple of extra kilograms.
This morning, while making breakfast at home, I really missed the lovely woman who used to cook me an omelette in a small pan every morning.
Huge thanks to the entertainment team. Especially the mini club team (hello, Elena, you're cool). The little ones were happy to twist their bottoms at the mini disco.
The shows were also interesting. Really enjoyed the Friday (June 16) fire show.
In general, the vacation was successful, I would like to visit this hotel again.

It's was an experience of the finest.
The staff was very friendly and super talented in speaking multiple languages fluently. The cocktails were amazing, the selection of food was overwhelming but great and the activities at night were well planned and organized. If I might have one suggestion, the mattresses at the beach could be cleaner. Apart from that every thing was beyond clean.
One thing that surprised us is, that internet was not included. One has to pay 1€ per day, per person..

The only downside is the bad smell of the air sometimes in the evenings, but it's probably not just a matter of this hotel.

I have been to Meryan Hotel nearly 20 times since 2007. I was only a child when I first went, and this year I am choosing it again for my honeymoon! I have a lot of memories here, and I always enjoy the experience. The food and drinks are consistently delicious and varied. The rooms are always comfy and spacious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. For me, summer means a vacation in Meryan. I recommend this hotel to everyone from the bottom of my heart.

Hotel is really grate. It was first time in our lives that we dis not want to move from that one location. All clean, piece and quite, food amazingly delicious, special servings on the beach, by the pull. Traditional dishes as well as international ones! All kinds of foods and beverages.
Our kid had stomach virus, stuff at hotel helped and offered medical help in very convenient way. Also they brought special meal to the room for our sun, including thermometer. On request they have cleaned all even during night. Really doing all n their power for our best accommodation and stay!
All with a smile and high efficiency.

Pay special attention to hotel hammam! The best experience ever! Full body massage wooow! Please do not skip this part! Its a must!

It was a bit strange that we needed to pay for internet per person. And also nee beach towels to change were 1€ per towel.

What was not so good happened in local souvenir shop at hotel lobby. I wanted to pay something that kids wanted to buy. It was in worth 36€. Salesman calculated 44 liras instead of 30 (almost 50% more expensive). When I claimed official rate, he said yes for his boss and the hotel, but for him is this rate. :-(

But overall that did not impact out great impression on hotel and our stay. Even stomach virus was quickly gone and we returned to our enjoying moments! We will consider to visit again one day!

First impression is awesome. Hotel is very luxurious, great food, lot of activities, hotel staff is friendly, helpful. Very clean also. Only 1 problem is gravel beach thats all.

We would like to thanks Kristina for her sympathy. We are really grateful for her kindness, interest and involvement on the case of my sister's accident. Also, we would like to thanks hotel staff and management for help with transport and safe journey to the airport. Thanks to you our holidays were successful and stress-free despite the accident. We are really glad that we came to such beautiful and well-organized hotel.

Just stayed here , beautiful hotel. The people and staff really friendly. It was amazing, the food the pool the people. Best holiday I've had for a long time.

Really nice hotel. Delicious food and during the week we spent there we did not have opportunity to try all of them. Clean rooms and perfect service. They have 2 swimming pools for adult and for children on the other side. Access to beach, enough sunbeds, though the one close to adult swimming pool tends to be reserved before 9-10 o'clock. If you like to spend your holidays only within the hotel, this place is perfect. If you want to go outside to see what is around, unfortunately besides 3 bazaars there is nothing else to see. Recommend to purchase some trips to Green Canyon or Land of Legend ( we booked them from alanyaonline- recommend to visit their website for more information). Dolmus can get you to Alanya within 35 minutes or so to see more. Most of staff understand basic English, if you speak Polish, Russian or German you have more chances to communicate with them better. Mix of Russian, Polish, German some French and Turkish people.

Very nice holiday Ressort. The staff is really good. I had an all-inclusive one week trip and all my expectations were exceeded. The only point to be aware of is, the beach is full of small stones. So some shoes are helpful.

After stay 5 years ago, I had the opportunity to stay for 1 week in the summer of 2023 again. It was a wonderful vacation. Endless thanks to all the hotel staff who have contributed.

Great Hotel, nice view lots of activities. The recurring schedule of activities helps to try out all of them.
Areas for basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, water polo and other cool activites.
Bathing in the ocean is also nice. Bath sandals or flip flops are recommended.
The rooms are spacious and equipped with a very nice bathroom.

Good evening, after 9 years we arrived in Turkey with my husband again. So we got to choose your hotel. Holiday time 04.21 - 04.28 what can I first say this WAU. I will start from the beginning: the first impression when entering the lobby (the grandeur of greatness) is very spacious, but at the same time so compactly furnished, the contact with the staff (very warm and unplayed) is heartfelt. The room is newly renovated (tasteful, modern), the rooms are very well maintained, the bar is added every day. The spa is perfect, for three more days I felt like I was in a massage :)). The food is very varied and really very tasty for my husband to eat fish, here's the news for me;). For 7 days I was preparing to eat pasta for dinner, but I didn't go to it because I was just full :)))). I really liked the whole atmosphere of the hotel, a lot of people, but everyone somewhere in the distance, the staff all have their jobs assigned to them, moving calm and stress-free. A light chillas are played by the pool, and the children’s area is separated by a pool bar (completely unobtrusive). Very clean hotel (toilets always clean, I didn't find a bunch of paper because they were always clean), cozy, staff super, food perfect (+4 kg: p). We will definitely come to you again: ****

Nice and cozy rooms with nice views combined with excelent services and a big diversity of food and beverage. It has pools for everybody: adults, kids and babies. The beach is with stones not with sand so you will need to use special footwear for it. Excelent animation programs. It was my second time to this hotel, and even though I've heard that other hotels lowered their service and food quality to recover after pandemic, they didn't.

We (4 people in family room) stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and I never had seen such a good place. Yes, wifi is payable, i believe its 1euro for one person per day. I dont see tagt as a problem. Amazing food, room is always cleaned nicely with attention to details, outdoors areas are clean and exciting. All workers are very polite and always answers all your questions. Entertainment team/animators were really friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Im glad we chose this hotel. I highly recommend!!!
