I don’t even know how to begin to describe this place. Not only the food is AMAZING, but also their staff is super helpful. They took their time to go over each food one by one to explain so we will order what we would like. It was rush hour when we went there but we didn’t wait more than 8 minutes to get our food. Everything was fresh and taste/smell really good. If you ever end up in Gaziantep you HAVE to eat here!!! Highly recommended

The place is easy to find and is 5 minutes away from the fortress and the market. Among the countless restaurants offering kebab or donner, this restaurant offers something that the city is famous for - nice food. We tried most specialties and I am pleased that we did. I had not tried before chickpeas soup in yogurt with lamb. The stuffed tomatoes and eggplants with rice and spices are incredible. Beyran soup is for lovers of the more spicy food. I can not describe the combinations of tastes in this short text so better go and try by yourselves.
Service is excellent. Prices are very reasonable. I wish I had more time to visit this place again.

The food tasted very home-made which I really appreciated. Great selection of local dishes, hard to pick favourites. The owner is super sweet and helpful and speaks good english. I wish I had found this place earlier in my visit to Gaziantep. Definitely recommend.

We had a great meal and warm welcoming by the sweet staff.
We take a selection of all the offered menu, small plates with a appetizers ,
And another 2 big dishes with verities of main dishes, all were fantastic, the original Antepi dishes with modern twist, the Kebe was delicious it’s the best Kebe I ever had.
Then we had the rice and milk for desert it’s a must to try.
They offered us a basil juice (Sharbat) never had any thing like it, it’s very refreshing
The chef who speaks fluent English, was so helpful and generous with information
The staff was so friendly
The restaurant atmosphere was very nice

What a wonderful experience. Very delicious gaziantep dishes that everyone coming here should try. The restaurant service is top notch ❤ you have to try the Beyran.. wowww. I think our waiters name was kazim; very polite and attentive and told us the background stories to the dishes. Will always come back with every visit.

NEVER MISS THIS PLACE!!!! Absolutely perfect 💯I had umami with every bite. Not so expensive either. We had gastronomy platter which is combination of every pot dish available. Mumbar, icli kofte and dolma are strongly advised.

They offer great vegetarian traditional foods which is not easy to find in this region. Also very nice atmosphere, loved everything about this place

Hand's down one of the best restaurants in Turkey. The food was breathtakingly amazing. We ordered two 5 set piece plates and a few extras. The price came to around 150 lira which is more than reasonable. The staff were very friendly and took the time to discuss the dishes and the importance of the food. One member of staff speaks perfect English. It's well worth the visit. I would love to return.

Nice authentic food and not that expensive at all 15$ for everything, one soup , plate of starters and plate of 5 small main dishes, 2 meatballs and 4 Stuffed veggie ( Dolma ) I liked everything it not the stuffed veggie

I can only recommend visiting Yesemek Gaziantep Mutfağı. It is located close to the copper bazar as well as the castle so it is a perfect place for a break to fuel your body with some home-cooked and flavourful food. It was lovely to meet Hakan who taught himself English so he can host tourists and travellers with his welcoming and kind personality. The staff is helpful with bringing the local food closer and explaining the use of different ingredients and seasonal dishes. They even promote local vegetarian options which is just as rare as an English speakers in the city :D. I definitely enjoyed my time at the restaurant and will bring my friends whenever I will be back in Gaziantep. Thank you!
