Excellent service. My motorbike is a competitors brand, but they still did the work that needed doing and the kind mechanic did a few small things for free too.

I have always found the engineers, respectful. and very helpful.. And I have lived on the island for 12 years. treat people with respect, and it will always be returned.

Came in for maintenance - oil change. asked to change the oil in the final gear. after "changing", the final gear began to howl. came back, the master says: you need to change the clutch bearings. The bike is under warranty, but this repair is _not on warranty_. changed bearings, i left, drove another 10 km - the final gear howled again. I decided not to contact them anymore and checked how much oil there was. about _60 ml of muddy_ slurry drained. the oil in the gearbox was not changed, although it was included in the bill (180cc transmission oil)

Put my bike, which is under warranty, in for a new brake light on Monday morning. It is now Thursday afternoon. Not even a phone call to update me. Nothing. Absolutely shocking service.

The engineer are not good and they don't want help , they are lazy
