Good spot for visiting this island. If you like swimming, take a lot photos this is the place.
The hotel very convenient location, close to convenient store , close to the way go back to the main land.
There are swimming pool if you don't want to swimm at the beach.
This hotel is at Sun set location you can see beautiful sun set every time you stay there.
Good for couples and family

Great hotel with extremely kind and professional staff. The location is really great as it's right beside the night market. I highly recommend staying here; the rooms were clean and pretty fresh to our taste. Bike rental is also just beside.

Amazing location and the breakfast has everything you could want. The prices are reasonable and the staff makes you feel like you are their only customer.

This hotel has 2 locations, one on the beach and one opposite. We stayed at the one opposite the ocean and it's quite dated. No elevator and 3 stories high. Of course we were on the 3rd floor and had to climb 6+ flights of steps. They do carry your bags up which was nice. I hung the "do not disturb" sign but they still came in and made the bed and gave new towels. I didn't want the bed made and I could've gotten new towels later, this was the most upsetting thing that happened. Why come inside? They also turned off the air conditioning and it took a good 45+ min to cool back down. There were also many ants that have now gotten into our bags and my wife's purse. It's too easy to set ant traps where they can't be seen. Not sure how a hotel like this still has so many ants.

This resort is really great. The rooms are very comfortable. I love the bathtub and the shower in the bathroom. The swimming pools are absolutely beautiful. I also enjoy the breakfast. The gym and the staff could be slightly better, but they're still very good. It's a strong recommendation!

We booked for 11 nights. Room was beautiful and large. Checking in at the front desk was easy and effortless, staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. Maid service was good and efficient. Breakfast was excellent and tons of varieties to accommodate most nationalities. Resort is clean well organized and 2 massive pools and family friendly. Location is great, night food, entertainment, etc. Definitely good value for your money. We will stay here again next year.

Very nice and helpful staff, great pool area and directly situated at the beautiful White sand beach. Big breakfast buffet with Thai and western options. We also booked in advance and got a good price. Otherwise, the food in the hotel restaurant is OK. The cleaning could be better but we were happy and recommend a stay!

Excellent hotel situated right on White Sands Beach. Lovely staff and great restaurant. Rooms very big and well furnished. Can't fault this hotel. They also made us a nice packed breakfast to take with us , as we had to leave at 6 am.

Karcha is located at the White sand beach area of Koh Chang. It is split into 2 sections, one on the beach side of these main road and the other on the hillside side of the road. I got the beach front deluxe chalet, which is there one to get if you can add you are right on the beach, next to the pool and on the other side is the restaurant.
Breakfast is included and is plentiful and varied including bacon which some places miss out on. Great coffee as well.
They have lunch and dinner menus which are high quality and reasonably priced.
You can rent a motorbike close by and it is recommended to get around easily if you came by mini van. Car rental is also an option. Most roads are really wide but they can get very narrow as you get further south on the system side.
Be aware that if you do drive your car from the mainland, there may be long queues to get back especially on the last day of a holiday period. Be ready to sit in a traffic jam for hours.
Koh Chang has been affected by the recent shutdowns but it's slowly coming alive as more shops open up.
The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.

I love a great breakfast buffet on the beach and Kacha’s atmosphere was perfect. The rooms were clean and I appreciated the interior’s attention to luxurious details. I was there for two nights for a business meeting and the entire staff’s attentiveness and professionalism made my entire party experience a wonderful trip. I surely will be back to try their prestigious spa.

Very nice resort, with high quality service and helpful staff.

Our room was tidy and clean, although there was a little problem with some ants - they quickly solved it. The bathroom was beautiful and well organized. From the balcony, we got the best view over the park, pool and the ocean.

The sea and the beach is practically right in front of the hotel. In between, there is a park with bungalows and the pool with a restaurant.

The breakfast was great, with plenty of different dishes which tasted really good. Thought the day, you can order burgers, fries, fish, pizzas and many others. The burgers and fries tasted great, only the pizza was a no-go.

All guests have free access to the pool and a fitness.

My biggest problem was probably the separation of their two units by the main road. The reception, some hotel rooms and the fitness are all on the upper part, while everything else, including the sea, is on the other side of the road. The main road is quite full of traffic, which could be a little frustrating for anyone staying on the upper side.

I don’t even know where to start. Our stay was PERFECT! From the first second everyone was so kind and helpful to make sure, that we feel welcomed and happy at any time. We have celebrated my cousins bachelorette party here and she said it couldn’t have been better. Service 5/5, food 5/5, the rooms have been perfectly clean at all time. Pool 5/5, beach 5/5! It was just perfect! Thank you SOOOOO much dear KACHA resort & management for this amazing stay. We will surely come again.

Great room so far. Nothing to complain about. Just checked in. Living on the hill side. They have rooms by the water across the road aswell.

We stayed in this resort for 3 nights in the Beach Side Chalets .
The rooms were very good and the location of the four beach chalets is the best in the hotel.
The restaurant is nicely located near the beach .
The beach itself is very good and is almost flat till 150 mts in the sea . The sand is of white color and very leveled even in the water .
The pool side bar is also very good and reasonably priced cocktails are available there.
Overall we all had a very good experience .
I will definitely recommend this resort to my friends .

We love this resort with two bigs Swimmingpools and fitness centre!!! Can’t wait to come there again!!! Delicious breakfast, beautiful hotel rooms, very nice and smiley staff!!! It’s on the seaside and high street so perfect for nightlife! Beach was very clean with clear water.

The staff is very nice and service is excellent. Best hotel in the island. Very pleased with my stay here. In addition special thanks to Den, restaurant manager for your hospitality. Also the resort is very clean and has a great ocean view.
