My stay at Khaolak Palm Hill Resort was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived I received a very warm welcome. This hotel definitely has a unique charm that comes from being family-run.

One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the beautiful swimming pool - nestled amidst lush greenery, the pool offers a serene oasis where I could unwind and soak up the tranquil surroundings. The poolside loungers provided the perfect spot to either bask in the Thai sunshine or enjoy the shade when it got too hot!

It's a true gem for anyone seeking relaxation and a refreshing escape.

What sets Khaolak Palm Hill Resort apart is the personal touch that comes with being run by a local Thai family. The genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a part of the extended family. My stay here definitely contributed to a truly memorable experience of my first visit to Thailand.

What also makes this a great place to stay is the location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Khao Lak, with taxis nearby to hop in and visit some amazing beaches and see outstanding sunsets, but at the same time the hotel is so quiet and you can’t hear the hustle and bustle of a happening town.

I wholeheartedly recommend Khaolak Palm Hill Resort to anyone seeking a blissful retreat with a personal touch.

Fabulous quiet beautiful hotel 5 minutes from the main road, but enough away to enjoy peace. Gardens are beautiful and pool amazing. Visited so many times as it feels like home,and staff and owner always so caring and helpful. A real gem in beautiful Khao Lak

Surprised with the enviroment, very quite, comfortable but still convinient. Plan to stay with family next year, will come back!

I stayed initially for 2 weeks, but due to a change of plans ended up staying 3 weeks, the staff dealt with my change of plans quickly and without fuss.
Dee and her staff were very friendly, professional and efficient, they couldn't do enough for you.
The room was clean and serviced every day. The general condition of the hotel and grounds was excellent, the gardens beautiful and well kept ( a true paradise ) the pool is huge and very clean.
I have booked for a further three weeks in January 2023 and I highly recommend Khao Lak Palm hills, 3 star hotel with 5 star service, well done Dee, Joe and the team

Nice location, immersed in the green ,bheind the main road, 5 minuts far from the sea by walk; ..is the perfect place for take a rest, simple, clean, the room is big and comfortable, It has a nice swimming pool where you can enjoy the mountain views and the tranquility!!
The staff very helpful and polite,the breakfast food very delicious!!

Palm hill resort in the best location in town, rooms are spacious and nice, pool is beautiful and yoga classes available as well.

der pool ist riesig und sehr sauber, perfekte wasserqualität
der service ist hervorragend
die chefin organisiert ausflüge und bietet auch eigene führungen an
so kann man versteckte herrliche orte besuchen und das authentische thailand kennen lernen

Hôtel très bien situé, bungalows très spacieux, staff très sympa, serviable et arrangeant. Très bonne literie, propreté irréprochable et excellent petit déjeuner avec choix et bons produits (vrai café vrai lait, bon pain et fruits à volonté). Belle piscine bien orientée. JE RECOMMANDE VRAIMENT.

Sehr schönes hotel mit Garten Feeling. Schöner Pool der täglich gesäubert wird Hühner laufen frei herum . Zimmer sehr gross und sauber das Personal macht täglich sauber und das auch sehr gründlich. Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend und das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage vom Hotel ist top schön ruhig in einer Nebenstraße und trotzdem zu Fuss direkt alles erreichbar und mitten im Zentrum. Zum Strand 5-10 Minuten Fußweg. Würde es wieder buchen .

Ruhiges kleines Hotel. Wer mit einer schlichten Zimmerausstattung leben kann ist hier richtig. Gute Lage. Alles Sauber. Nettes Personal hilft einen immer weiter.

J'aime cette hôtel il est à l écart du bruit très naturel l hôtel je me sent comme chez moi les chambres spacieuses très bien il y a juste le nécessaire dans la chambre très simple sinon j aime la piscine et l endroit pour les personnes qui cherchent le calme 😁😁😁

Schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool. 15 min zum Strand laufen. Superfreundliches Personal. Viele deutsche Stammurlauber.
