A very good hotel with the staff always welcoming and friendly. Great pools and surrounding areas with a shuttle bus to take you into the local town.
Always worth a second visit to stay

Really liked this hotel the staff are lovely and the food was really good. Lots of choice at breakfast. Free surf boards, ping pong and badminton. The rooms were beautiful. The location being right on the beach was amazing and the sea was stunning. I would visit here again.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of spending nine enchanting nights at The Graceland Hotel, and we can't find a single fault in our experience. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a refreshing cold towel and a drink, we were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our stay.

Our room was conveniently located on the ground floor, providing direct access to the pool. It was meticulously cleaned daily, and the sheer size of the bed left us in awe of its comfort. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive.

We spent a significant amount of time on the beach, where we never had any trouble finding a comfortable lounger. We struck up wonderful friendships with the leisure and bar staff, with special recognition going to Jame and Tumy, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more memorable. If you have the chance, don't miss the opportunity to challenge the team to a game of pétanque!

We had opted for the all-inclusive package, and we were pleased to discover a wide variety of options when it came to food and drinks. Everything we tasted was freshly prepared, and the restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. On a couple of occasions, we ventured to the Tonga bar next door and another one further down the beach, both offering excellent value for money, friendly service, and a fantastic Sunday night fire show!

Like many travelers, we had read some reviews before arriving at the hotel, which initially raised some concerns. However, we can confidently say that you should overlook those reviews entirely. The hotel was impeccably maintained (we're not sure what more people could expect in terms of improvements), and the staff members were exceptional. Every person we encountered went out of their way to be helpful, and their constant smiles added a special touch to our trip. We're definitely planning to return to The Graceland (hopefully next year) and have already recommended it to numerous friends.

Amazing resort for a reasonable price. Wonderful service and amenities. Smoking on the property is allowed so be warned! Staff is accomodating and friendly. Beautiful beach. Definitely would come back to visit!

A bit remote hotel (going on tours or anything will charge you extra, money and earlier pickup time), but nice accomodation and food.
Sandy beach, plenty of seashells, but nothing to snorkel for.
The rooms with access to the tiny pool look cool, but at 8am everyday the fish fountains start to make insane noise.

Nice resort. Excellent service... friendly and helpful staff. Smoking allowed on the property... So be aware. Decent food options and nice rooms. Some small updates needed but overall good value for the money.

An amazing experience in the Garden Villa.
The room was soo comfortable. Staffs were extremely polite & helpful.
Nature at its best. The mountain air and the salty breeze. The big swimming pool was perfect. I spent almost 2 hours playing with the kids.
Breakfast was plentiful. There was just so much variety of foods you can choose from.
Highly recommend for a vacation stay.

We had the most amazing time here, the staff were absolutely beautiful, friendly and helpful. Cannot fault anything except the location of it, it is far from everything if you want to go to markets and restaurants. But otherwise 5/5 from us. We will be back <3

Amazing hotel! Perfectly clean everywhere, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, plenty of on site entertainment for all ages. Our room was stunning and the bed was so comfy. The pools were all wonderful and never over crowded. Lots of sunbeds available by the pool and on the beach. Will be booking again. Beautiful relaxing holiday.

Except mosquitoes EVERYWHERE and too powerful aircondition in our room, everything is great! The room is well equipped, super with the pool access. The wifi is good everywhere (until the beach). The breakfast offers a lot of choices. The housekeeping is really well done (change of towels and bedsheets everyday). They adapt to your time (even late in the afternoon). The staff is pleasant and helpful. Price in June was interesting. Even if the hotel was quite empty, every facility was kept opened, which is highly appreciated. They offer free shuttle every to markets and Khaolak center. I really recommand to stay here 😃

I had an amazing time here last year. The resort was very quiet due to COVID restrictions but it was fully staffed and the staff could not do enough to help you. I stayed in an amazing room and had breakfast delivered daily, private pool, huge comfy beds - what more could you ask for? My only complaint would probably be is distance from Khao Lak centre, and the selection for breakfast room service (just rice or noodles)

Great staff, specially the older guy at the beach. Reception cool, fast and very helpful. The breakfast buffet has western, Chinese and Thai style foods available. Though missing mango… 🙂
The rooms are well serviced. The rooms are quite spacey and the bath nice. The suite is perfect for a rainy day with kids. The room service is reasonable priced, well made and delicious 🤤
The pools are maybe not the youngest, but water quality is nice. The beach is often nearly empty, the sand light and invites to walk. The surf can be challenging at times, but the hotel shows with signals to its guest. It provides little surfboard 🏄 and swim wests for free.

Excellent hotel ever! The room is clean. Staff are nice and good service. A lot of activities at the hotel. We love archery here. Only THB300/ hr.
Breakfast is variety of choise. Not delicious but manything to choose.
On the beach, there are a lot of local restaurant and massage place a long the beach with reasonable price and good.
Right in feont of the hotel also have local grocery and laundry shop with cheap price, THB40 for wash and rinse with about 8kg of cloths.

I was a bit sceptic Pre booking this Hotel when 1 review said wow 5* and after comes 1* review that said stay away! The Graceland is a beautiful hotel with very supportive and friendly staff. The facilities are amazing with a Huge pool we took the suite with pool access and it was wow don't miss it! . It is Located directly on the beach with beach access and own beach chairs facing the ocean with many activists in the beach such as Pilatis, Thai writing, volly ball (many more activities) and at the kids club the staff are very warm with PlayStation and art lessons and many more activities for kids, movies. The hotel has a couple of nice restaurants and on the beach you will find at least 4 good ones.Breakfast buffet that has their own barista employed who is roasting the beans by himself and making the coffee specialties. Else the breakfast had a wide selection of thai dishes, fruits, bakery, live cooking, eggs etc.Yes this place is isolated and that what makes it unique and magical with amazing sunsets and beaches.
If you look with a telescope you will find a scratch on the wall and yes the hotel needs a renovation but that is not game changer for us since the hotel staff, reception and the front office manager Mrs.Kongchat the was very supportive and upgraded us and made feel at home and also the toktok cars that takes you to the rooms :).

A small tip once you wake up walk 50 metres to the beach put your towels on the beach chairs so later after breakfast you will have it reserved for you. (after breakfast it's hard to get one)

Else the breakfast had a wide selection of thai dishes, bakery, live cooking, eggs etc. We are very happy to stay here again and nice to see that everything is back after covid!
