Maya Phuket Hotel

A very nice, walking distance hotel to the airport.
Rooms are massive, the bathroom is modern and spacious.
Breakfast is good.
Nice pool.
Only danger I could see is the balcony, do not lay on the glass is flexible and it could beak. If you have kids just be careful.

If you are looking for a decent hotel within 5mins walk to and from the airport, this is it!
The rooms are spacious, the pool is big and relaxing, the breakfast was good and the price is right!
There are restaurants, convenient stores, massages, cafes around the hotel, it’s about 10mins walk to the beach or 28mins walk to the Naiyang beach town. Grab taxi costs around THB300 to airport or to Naiyang beach town.
There are free bicycles for use from hotel but many of them are not in good conditions, some have faulty seat, no brake or unstable front wheel.
We had a lovely 4 nights stay here and definitely will return whenever in Phuket.

Excellent hotel with a clean bedroom and great shower. The place is located 300m from Nai Yang beach, which is in a National Park area. Breakfast is decent, and there is a large pool right in the middle of the property. I would recommend that the toilets around the pool be cleaned more often. I couldn’t use them because of the spider webs and visible dirt. Last but not least, the staff is really nice and helpful. For 150 baht they take you to the airport on their shuttle bus. It may seem a lot because it is so close to the airport, but when you are tired from the trip and have to lug your suitcases up to the entrance, it is definitely worth it.

Hotel was few minutes walk to HKT Airport. Alot of Restaurants, Massage Parlor nearby. There's a Bicycle at the hotel to borrow and roam the seaside.

Realistically this place is worth 4 stars but seeing the other unfair reviews made me be nice

This is a cheap and modern and well designed hotel that offers nothing to complain about. The building is nice the staff friendly and the price is very fair. Maybe it’s more like a 3 star in terms of what it offers service wise but this is a perfectly good place to spend a night before a flight. I’d be very happy to stay here again. I have no idea how anyone could really complain about it unless they are posts that rivals are making. I did find the idea they want to charge people for a 1 minute lift to the airport rather nasty. Come on. Either tell people to walk for 5 mins or offer it for free and make people feel happy . Don’t charge $5 for 2 mins work when you are an airport hotel

Nice hotel with a little too loud airconditioner. The aircon is oversized for this room, it can cools down the room in a minute but even on the lowest level the fan is still loud. However the rest was nice for this price. Easy to reach from the airport, absolutely no need for a taxi. Even it is close to the airport you dont hear any planes. Friendly and nice staff. Can completely recommend. Breakfast for 250 baht is okay, but you can also eat outside fot this price.

Convenient airport hotel with a beautiful clean pool and gym.
Rooms are comfy, it’s quiet. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast option is fulfilling and fresh when taking a quick stop after or before a flight. There’s also a convenience store 50 metres up the road.
Staff very helpful when we needed to plan a few things like taxis etc.

Would stay again if I needed an overnight transit.

Perfect place for a stopover after your arrival at the airport or if you have to catch a flight early. You can even walk to the airport in 5-7mins.
Room was spacious, clean. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool area I didn't use, but just to look at it was nice.
I have been traveling a lot and had much worse hotels for much more money.

What else you expect for 30 EUR incl. breakfast in an executive room? I am happy.

2nd time here, last stop before leaving Thailand. Great choice since it has everything you need before you leave. Shops, beach, places to eat, pharmacy, 7/11 are close to the hotel. Hotel itself is clean, beds are comfortable, AC works well, no noise, you can't hear the airport. Staff is very nice ,room is large, has water heater and fridge ,also hot water. Towels and bed sheets are clean and in good condition. Comfortable! 5*

Nice property, great rooms, good staff, hygienic. Breakfast is warm if you visit early hours after 8:30 no hot meals. They provide bicycles for free which is the good part.

Rooms cleaned everyday. Service is excellent. Location is near market as well as Naiyang beach.
Reception staff is specially very courteous and blessed with their good behavior and hospitality. I will mention some names of helpdesk, i.e. Ms NaNa, Sun, Muai, Ariya. Also the hotel driver Mr Tan. I congratulate Maya Phuket Hotel and their lovely front and back staff.

I have entered Thailand under 7 day Sandbox program in Phuket. Once I arrived in the airport I realised that the vehicle from the hotel must arrive at the airport to pick me because we are not allowed to take a taxi.

A staff of the airport has called the hotel and a driver with a van arrived just in 5mins. Because the hotel is that close to the airport.

The staff has welcomed me extremely friendly and guided me about the room, facilities and the wifi password etc.

Room was very large and neat. Bed was superb. Air conditioning is great. The bathroom was very clean.

As I booked BB, I have enjoyed their breakfast buffet. The buffet is well balances with soup, rice or noodle, American breakfast, salad, fruits and beverages.

Their pool is absolutely brilliant and large. I have enjoyed swimming in that. It looks amazing when you see it from the lobby.

5 minutes walk to the beach and the Srinath national park. There are so many food outlets available near the hotel. The laundry is next door. The supermarket is only 2 minutes walk.

I can recommend this hotel for anyone who is interested to have a great time in Phuket.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would. The rooms were very clean and air conditioned. The best part though, were the staff and receptionists. They were so kind and went above and beyond to accommodate their guests. I really appreciated their generosity and willingness to help me with whatever I needed. I will definitely be coming back here.

Perfect for travellers who have early morning flights, this hotel is right opposite airports main entrance.

International terminal is 650m from the hotel.

Knowing that we(My wife and I) would arrived Phuket quite late (from Australia via Bangkok), at 10.30pm, we though that it might be best to book a place around to refresh before going to Patong. We found Maya hotel online and booked it with breakfast. The place is like 5-10 mins walk from the airport, super super convenient and super close by a 7eleven for some late snacks. On checking in, we were surprise and happy that they have upgraded our room. The place was nice and tidy, the pool was enjoyable and clean, staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. Overall it was very nice place to stop over for 1 night. Would recommend it and go there again

Very Chill at lobby area.. staff is nice!!swimming pool is clean...hotel room is big and clean. Shower water is strong and hot enough...however, the bathroom floor is easy to get wet becoz of the small partition at shower area..the air conditioner is too noisy...but everything is fine with this price!!
