Wonderful experience in my life

We are here to take photos. When we arrive at the cafe, we can pay for the photo shoot at the main entrance. After payment, staff give me a number and shooting time, and I could wait in the cafe. 500 baht for 1 person, 800 baht for 2 people in the photo, 1,000 baht for 3 people in the photo & more.

After entering the cafe, it looked amazing. The waiter arranged a table for us, but the table was facing the wall......

They were very professional and teach you how to post. After the shoot, they asked for my email address and sent all the photos to my Google Drive on the spot.

Beautiful place, but sadly it's so beautiful it's become Instagram Central. People hogging the pier to take a thousand selfies whilst others stand there watching as they wait their turn to do the same thing. 🤮

Aside from that, the ambience is great, service was attentive despite the busyness, and the food tasted really good too.

Keep in mind that due to the popularity of the place, we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, and this seems to be a common thing because they have a ticketing system for it.

Amazing view, relax with the mesmerizing view of Lotus leaves, Room were spacious and good with balcony view, loved it, only option they could have kept vegan food for breakfast that be better

Awesome ambience, Different types of lotus leafs and flowers, freshly made food, great presentation... it was a good experience for photography and ambience......., but there is hardly any menu for Vegetarians... we had evening snacks... prices are little high....... Must visit once for photography..... but not for food. to have a great experience...

you need to come here by morning. it was full of people/ tourist to stop here and enjoy this amazing place. If you come around 2 or 3pm and you want to take a photo with a professional photographer it will be fully booked.

Go there. It is fantastic .... had no hassle and waiting time ... no need to draw a number (11:30) .... just a few people wherer there ... i dont know what the other people had problems with .... perhaps a bus full of tourists? Waiting time für drone fotos 1 1/2 hour ... perfect for taking lunch!!! You should do it - its amazing .... staff and photographer nice .... a must !!!!!! For the Drogen Fotos you need a email-adress and the Mail you a link for googledrive, where you can download the pictures. There is free WiFi on the grund, so it will work without sim card too

We went here to eat and to take a drone photo, for a couple 8 drone photos costs like 800 bth (u are not allowed with your drone) they also makes u a video if u pay 1300 bth. Food not really good... also the staff not so good: we wanted to smoke, and ask where we can smoke, and they said outside, we said that we will come back after we will smoke, and when we came back all the table was clean(no more food and drinks), and also they put someone else to our table.
In conclusion: nice photos, but terible restaurant, and the time to wait for a photo was like 2 hours

Nice place for pictures. Can be a bit hot, probably the establishment can add more fans. You’d have to purchase something to take photos here, but food prices is still reasonable.

Sarah the greeter is exceptionally friendly, guest service begins with her, she is very bubbly and energetic, the food is very scrumptious and the staff is very pleasant. I will recommend this place to everyone who visited Phuket.

Cafe is good but if you want to do professional photography then you need to pay and wait for.hours as it is long line.

The ambiance of this restaurant is incredibly beautiful, akin to something out of a dream. It's a perfect place for capturing some stunning pictures. However, I have to dock points for the service I received during my visit.

I was seated at a table that appeared to be reserved, and unfortunately, the experience took a negative turn from there. The waitress made a mistake and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, which significantly soured my mood.

Despite the lovely atmosphere, I would advise future guests to be cautious about the service. It's a shame that such a stunning location was overshadowed by this incident. Hopefully, the management can address this issue for future diners.

As we planned our trip to Phuket, Thailand this cafe was on the top of my list for a visit.

A small place but with absolute beautiful views of large water lillies in the surroundings making it a perfect spot for pictures.

They also have drone photography options where they assist you to pose & guide for memorable photos & videos. We took our family photo here through the drone photography & have it as a beautiful memory from Ma Doo Bua.

Breakfast was just ok. There is no fee for the the entrance so you can go for photos or drinks if you like. Ma Doo Bua easily makes it to instagramble spots in Phuket to visit.

Ma Doo Bua Phuket is a cafe and restaurant with the sole purpose to provide an irresistible background for selfie lovers and Instagrammers but for us the sole purpose of booking this place was their SPA. They offer various massages on an absolute professional level. You actually feel lighter in your own body after the massage.
The main catch is an artificial lake covered with giant circular floating leaves called Victoria Amazonica, a species of flowering plant.
Ma Doo Bua has some beautiful cottages facing the pool area.
The rooms are spacious and have a balcony.
The pool is accessible only to in-house guests.
The food is absolutely amazing.
They offer a variety of food in the restaurant.
We had to leave early for the airport and the staff actually packed us breakfast so that we can eat on the go.

A must visit place in Phuket! But come early if you don’t want to wait. Along with the photoshoot you can go for a massage or enjoy a coffee and meal there. The photographers were very friendly❤❤

Nice snack and drinks! The place is phenomenal however do expect a huge crowd and waiting queue if you want to get professional photos with the lily pads.

Wonderful place to stay in Phuket. Has a lovely restaurant. People go there for photo shoot. It has rooms to stay. Food is also great.

Beautiful place to visit if you’re in Phuket! The Victorian lilies here are absolutely stunning! Instagrammable location! Take note: you’re not allowed to fly your own drone as they’ve got photography & video services available here (with drones)

Service staff wasn’t very accommodating or happy to serve… most didn’t smile & were super busy, put my hand up for quite a long time before someone attended to us. However, food was good and came fairly quick!

If you only come for photos you are missing the best part, the massage! Tourists come here from all over for that perfect photo, so it is busy. But don’t be rude, it’s a business and not a public park. If you plan to come and take photos, you need to make purchase. The drinks were delicious. We scheduled a photo session and while we waited we got a massage. The massages were professional and well done. We left very relaxed.

Mrs. Tan was so nice , helpful and polite in hear dealing with us as a customer
