All was done quickly with very simple procedures, and the car was clean and well maintained. I especially liked being able to pick up and drop off wherever I wanted. Suprisingly, the price was cheap.

I rented a car for 4 days in January 2024 which is peak season and I reserved only 2 days before. I was impressed with the excellent service of Apple, the Manager. Communication was fast and precise and the car was delivered and picked up on time. The car she suggested was the best for my needs. The car was clean and in top shape. The documents are in English, simple and clear, without legal fine print. I have rented many cars in Thailand and the experience with Phuket Wheels was one of the best.

Simply the best, Apple was amazing to deal with, her and her team dropped off the car to us at our hotel room over an hour away with only 6 hrs notice.

The car was clean, full of fuel and also the aircon was running perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend Apple again.

The transition was very quick and easy, no questions asked at the end during hand over, Apple had our deposit money ready to go and didn’t try take extra money off us for any silly reason.

Excellent service ..on Time and Seamless. Best and affordable prices with good cars in their line up. Recommended for anybody looking to save time and requires a hassle free vacation. They even have a Airport pick up and drop. To our surprise they even delivered the car at our hotel since we only booked after arriving there. None of us had a credit card but there was no problem for deposit as they took cash. Looking forward to driving yet another one soon. Keep it up Team ! Would like to share my review. This is the most cheapest Car Rental In Phuket that I could find! The deposit also is the most affordable compared to other company.

One of the best car hires I’ve had on holiday. Apple was very helpful and provided all information for pickup and return of the car. They have a wide selection of rental cars at very reasonable price (20% cheaper than the airport price). They provide the rental car (with tank full) at the airport within 10 minutes of your request. Great service and professionally run. We booked on short notice and had the car delivered to us at the hotel - Saii Laguna within an hour and a half. Drop off at the airport was seamless. Highly recommended.

The service provided was top quality, and I would highly recommend Phuket Wheels! The typical stress associated with car rental companies was non-existent.
We submitted a request to hire a car for later the same day, and within 10 mins the booking was confirmed.
Our contact, Apple, was friendly and on time (early!) for both the pick up and drop of the vehicle at the airport.
We were given a relatively new Suzuki Swift which was in great condition.

Had a wonderful trip, no trouble with the vehicle and process of handover from airport and returning back was smooth. Person was courteous to explain everything and driver was waiting us as soon as we came out of the airport. Overall we had a good experience.

My experience with this company was very good. At the airport I checked with other international car renting companies and their rate was almost double than what PhuketWheels was giving. I paid for a hatchback and they provided me with an automatic gear sedan, which was a free upgrade.. car was in perfect condition and well maintained.

pick and drop at airport was very smooth..just arrive at their mentioned area and their rep will be there within 2-3 minutes. Tank was full to full.
i opted for full maximum insurance and even with that their rate was reasonable.

will definitely go again next time.

Highly HIGHLY recommended. It was so easy with Apple because she is so efficient and keeps everything simple - no need to fear the fine print, no nickel and diming. What’s more, she is super responsive, particularly when things go wrong, which is really telling. I had a few mishaps over my 2.5 month stay (a dent in the car, flat tyre, dead battery - all of which was my fault) and she didn’t miss a beat. She always sent someone straight away and even loaned me another car while the dent was being fixed at no extra cost. I didn’t even have to ask. Pricing is very competitive, especially considering how amazing the service is. It’s a no brainer. I will definitely book with her again on my next visit.

Very easy and straightforward dealing. The person will pick you up from airport straight to their location. Returning back also very simple process. Deposit is refunded immediately after handing over keys. Highly recommended.

So I left my Ipad in the trunk of the car and I only noticed it when we were at the airport almost entering security check when I noticed. They came back no problem, as soon as they got my message and found the device in the car. Even when they specifically asked to check your belongings I forgot it there and they were kind enough to help me out and even apologising to me that they haven't noticed it there (it was hard to spot a black case in a black trunk so no wonder they didn't find it first and I forgot it's there) We rented a car at the last minute and there was no problem at all. They were really helpful and spot on. Sent me a message with all the info before the drop off and also when we picked up the car. Many thanks again 🙏😊
