Kamala Beach

Very quiet and relaxing beach, soft white sand and the ocean is very cooling and not too deep. Great for swimming for the entire family with restaurants nearby and coconut water and roti snack options! Saw some people riding horses too.

My fav beach in the area. Here you have everything next to the beach: massage, water sport, bars, smoothies, small shops and hotels. You don't even have to cross the road. The beach itself has this stunning view with lots of palm trees and transparent water without any rocks. Water is shallow quite far deep, safe for children. I have been to other beaches down the island. This one is just the one and only.

A great beach with high waves during the bad weather , plenty of restaurants around it , so quite at the morning but got busy during the day , a beautiful sunset view and many activities.

Beautiful beach and quiet not crowded as the patong beach, it’s has some activities like horse riding, banana and Parachute.
The beach beds are for 100 bat and the towel for 50 bat rent.

Best beach in Phuket and very close to airport. Has a great street of vendors and food very little Italy vibe with the cobblestone road. Only rivalled by Kai harn beach.

Very Beautiful beach with nice waves. Nice white sand and clear water Perfect for swimming. Went here for sunset I loved it peaceful and not crowded. The best beach in Phuket.

We wanted to visit this beach but we didn’t find any possible way to get there by foot, no entry. Probably you can get there only with a boat as there was not only one.

Was good, we had a great time. One of the finer beaches, not as crowded, cleaner, less bushes so no mozzies and insects. 👍

It is a beach that has everything I really like, it is worth visiting, full of palm trees around it and it has charming restaurants where you can eat well. A very clean beach must be highlighted.

Much quiet than Patong beach and very suitable for long term stay, not many tourists

Great beach and great service. Sun beds available for 100 baht. Lots of cafes and restaurants in this area. There also massage areas/tents by the beach. Sun is quite strong be careful.

It is a beach where we had a great time. Especially the sunset view and swimming in the sunsent is wonderful.

Beautiful beach that is definitely worth visiting! It is very relaxed compared to patong and you can find plenty of great restaurants and bars along the beach! I recommend it, especially those of you looking for a calm place to relax for several hours. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas for 100 baht

Beautiful, serene beach. Loved it. Restaurants on beach will let you stay in their chairs on the beach for the cost of a drink for hours!!!

Great relaxing beach.

Perfect for family’s as the water is very calm.

If you go to the far right, it’s a great spot to do some snorkelling.

Close to plenty of restaurants and pubs.

Small markets along the way if you want to do some shopping.

Definitely try out one of the pancake stands, they are delicious !!

Will definitely return to watch the sunset one night.

Excellent beach for families with children and/or couples. It's not rowdy & noisy like Patong, but it's also not "dead quiet" like some obscure beaches in the middle of nowhere.

During the day, there's a lot of activities like para-sailing, jet skiing, banana boat, etc. The beach is also clean and the waves are quite calm (safe for young children).

During sunset is when this beach really comes alive. There are a ton of restaurants, drink vendors, fruit smoothie vendors, etc. You won't go hungry on this beach (although the prices are a little higher).

Love this place, the water is crystal clear, restaurants located on the beaches are cheap and serve good food.

Must visit if one is in kamala of Phuket.
