The Naka Phuket

We loved our stay at the Naka! We got a suite with pool and view of the waters, the room was so spacious and very comfortable! The bedding was very nice and easy to fall asleep in too. We really loved our own private pool where we also got floating afternoon teas - the afternoon tea setup is amazing, so many different options and yummy snacks!

The food at the Naka was delicious - breakfast everyday was amazing, the staff remember our names and even the tables where we sat at and would always ask if we wanted our drink of choice. Definitely don’t skip breakfast here! So many delicious choices!

We also enjoyed lounging around the hotel’s infinity pool, walking near the beach, and checking out some of the arts and crafts activities. I would definitely suggest the hotel expand some of the arts and crafts offerings to adults (not just kids) as some of the activities would definitely appeal to adults too, like gel candle making and batik painting.

The Naka ranks as one of the best places in the world I have ever stayed. The villa experience is nothing short of superlative, with a private pool and breathtaking views over the bay. Every aspect of the villa contributes to an unforgettable stay, blending luxury with serenity.

It is an impressive hotel, we liked the hotel very much. It is very nice, the room is very good, it has a private pool, excellent attention from the staff.
The breakfast was very good, the beach has rocks but you can still swim. It is very nice for couples, I would definitely come back. The only "bad" thing is that I did not like the bed but the rest 9/10. The architecture of the place is excellent.

This hotel is everything you could want in an upscale property. Lovely, helpful staff. Large, open rooms. And attention to detail. I stayed 4 nights in an oceanfront villa - it was amazing. The room is very large with plenty of space. The staff were all amazingly helpful and polite. The privacy is unmatched. Highly recommend this resport. If you are looking to get to Pa Tong - it's a quick drive and they can arrange transport for you at a good price. I never had issues getting to and from the property.

We have been searching for the perfect wedding venue all over Phuket, and when we first arrived here, we made a quick decision to choose this stunning venue for our March wedding.

I have no idea how the staff will help us on our special day, but the team at The Naka Kamala really went above and beyond to ensure our day was nothing short of magical.

Great hotel with excellent service. A bit off the beaten path, but quality and service make well up for that. Grab is easily available. Opted for the seaside private dinner, highly recommended. Great pool.

An excellent and amazing resort with a very nice view on ocean. Beach and pool are perfect and you can take many of wonderful photos. Special thanks to Mr.Mehdi for his service and support during our stay.

Absolutely beautiful place.. spend the extra for a luxurious place to stay for a getaway. It was super quiet and comfy I was able to sleep so well. The staff are nice, coffee is great, breakfast choices are ample, they even had champagne at the buffet I think. Golf carts to take you around the complex. The location is amazing, super cute place to get family photos done or professional couples photos..can even see a proposal or wedding being amazing on the lawn at the beachfront. We enjoyed the Naka so much thank you ❤

Great experience with excellent staffs, the room is huge with private pool and hot tub, some of the cons in the comments are true but can be ignored. Fully recommend this hotels for couple, after staying in this hotel for a week the friendly staffs end up remember who we are and still remaining the same smile at the first day we check in. We enjoy our time in Thailand and big thanks for them from S123.

The best hotel in Phuket!
The employees at the hotel are very kind, they fulfill every request very quickly.
The rooms are always clean and air-conditioned.
The hotel has a central infinity pool with an amazing view of the sea.
The only drawback - the hotel is in a rather isolated location and there are no restaurants within walking distance and you have to take taxis to eat outside.
The prices of the restaurant and pool bar in the hotel are a bit expensive. We were very disappointed that the hotel does not give free water at the pool bar, In every hotel I've been to, we always got water in the pool area for free. It was a hot day and we had to buy every small bottle of water in the pool with a lot of money.
Other then that everything was great! I want to thank Sak for the amazing service we got from him!

Very good service, very comfortable and pleasant 4d3n stay for us. Kids friendly, privacy is great. Due to its private location, the only negative point is transportation, Very difficult to get a car out (grab isn't friendly at all). However, the resort does provide transportation service. Will definitely come back.

2019: I’m back at this amazing place!!!! Stayed at the JW Marriott on my first 3 nights in Phuket but this place is something else!

2018: What a stunning resort. Loved the design and the service. Amazing place if you want a quiet and peaceful break. The one bedroom pool villa is probably one of the biggest rooms I've ever stayed at in a resort! So worth it, especially the for the pool overlooking the ocean.

We loved our stay at Naka! We suggest getting a villa located higher so that you get a better view! It makes a huge difference. Concierge is 5 star & Jamie was excellent!! She communicated well and made our stay the best. Our mini room fridge was stocked daily with free soda & beer. The beach is nice & great to swim & snorkel. The pool is large & an infinity pool. We had the best sunsets & it was a nice relaxing stay away from lots of tourists.
