Incredible experience with this hotel! You will have everything you need, comfy beds, clean rooms, all the amenities needed, shuttle around the hotel if needed.

Staff is welcoming and helpful. We got the welcoming drinks when we arrived. We enjoyed our private pool in the room with an amazing view.

Breakfast was amazing! Huge variety of different things, it was decided into the sections like Arabic, local, meats, veggies, berries. Everything was delicious.

The location is a bit far from the Main Street but it’s reachable with a bike or a taxi easily, the area is quiet and that what we were looking for.

We would love to come back!

Booked a pool suite for 43 nights and been upgraded as soon as we checked in.
Suggestive location on a cliff with spectacular view on Patong and its sea.
Staff was always kind and ready to help any time needed.
Rooms always well cleaned and serviced on daily basis.

We have just left the Wyndham Grand Kalim Bay after the most incredible few days and already want to come back. The hotel is stunning, our room was so so beautiful, but most importantly the service was incredible. All of the staff were so kind and polite and professional. We stayed in a top floor pool villa and I could not recommend it more. The villa is huge and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight for us was the pool directly outside of our room. It was so much bigger than we had imagined and could access it from the bathroom and the large patio and it also had a bench and jets to turn on. It felt very luxurious and private and the views were breathtaking 😍 Adding the floating breakfast is a must!! The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious and had something for everyone. We loved the views over the sea from breakfast too. We also did the romantic dinner at sunset one night too and the 5 course meal was an amazing way to try some delicious Thai food whilst watching a beautiful sunset. The Thai cooking class was so much fun. We started with a tour through the Wyndham orchard and then cooked ourselves a delicious 4 course Thai meal. Definitely recommend! Our spa treatments were amazing, we wish we could have gone back for a massage every day. It is such a tranquil setting and the staff were so professional. Also recommend adding the airport pick up and drop off as it is a much more relaxing way to start and end your holiday than trying to get a taxi! We have just left but we already can’t wait to come back! Thank you for such an incredible stay ☺

If you are looking for something a little special, romantic and private this is the perfect place. We enjoyed our honeymoon at Wyndham Grand in the private pool villa with ocean views. It was stunning. The staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too difficult for them. The food was fantastic. The resort facilities and activities ie, day spa, Thai cooking class, and afternoon tea are definitely worth experiencing. Will definitely be back!!

What an incredible stay. All thanks to the amazing Van. He is so respectful and incredibly attentive. If you are so lucky to cross paths with Van you will be put on a pedestal. He is the epitome of hospitality and if he’s not already managing this hotel, he should be:) Special shout-out to our incredible bartender Ton and chauffeur New, their humor and attention to detail are second to none. And Chef Misha, the great! The food was amazing and he is such a charming guy. Loved speaking with him each morning at the buffet. We cannot wait to come back soon!

Wonderful. However, room 8526 has a weird banging noise in the bathroom wall every 20 min or so. You don't really notice it until it is time to sleep...or it wakes you up at 3 in the morning.
Otherwise it was a fabulous stay. We would definitely recommend it.

Such an amazing stay over 6 nights at Wyndham Grand. We had buffet breakfast included and 100% would recommend this, great quality food. The overall quality of service was sensational, daily room service, staff, facilities and transport to rooms. The location is breath-taking sitting right over the sea, great bar and pools. Absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend for your next one!

Amazing property.. the photos don't do justice! Beautiful ambience, the most friendly staff, hygienic, lovely buffet bfast and the best massage at Zana Spa! We're certainly coming back!!

The hotel is nice with good facility overlooking the beach.
The spa services and atmosphere were excellent, and the masseuse skills were good with thorough massage to relieve any stressed muscle nots.
I would definitely recommend getting one of there many services.

The experience with Whyndham was absolutely fantastic! We were well taken care of from the airport pickup and throughout our stay. The staff go out of their way to cater to your needs, they're very polite and respectful. Our room had a private pool but unfortunately didn't have an ocean view. All the same, we couldn't fault our experience. Hotel has ocean view bars, pool, and a massage spar on site. 5/5 stars!

I don't know what to say about this resort, whether to praise its beauty or to praise its staff. I spent 4 days there and the value was very reasonable. The resort is very beautiful, but the people who work there make it even more beautiful. They are always smiling, kind and working hard to make you enjoy your stay at this resort. I highly recommend if you visit Phuket to come to the resort. There is no specific person. All the people working there are very nice, friendly and smiling. Me and my partner will be staying here on the 18th February for 4 days for the first time. We were recommended this hotel by a few of our friends, so very excited because all we’ve heard so much about it and how amazing and romantic it is. 🥰🫶🏻

We are on our way to the airport as I’m writing this review and can only say positive remarks. This hotel and its staff are wonderful. Our room was lux and clean and the staff were so accommodating. Nothing was too much effort and the service was prompt. The food was awesome and the view from Latitude 98 is incredible. I can’t thank them enough for our 11 day stay We will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends

The hotel is located about 10 minutes from Patong just far enough away from the craziness

Amazing. View of Phuket, private infinity pool. Daily staff clean and re-supply. Was fabulous. Met the amazing Chef Mischa Bitz, who provided the most amazing breakfast every day. Staff were amazing. We loved it.

Check in was easy, we immediately booked a massage service at Zana spa. My masseuse was Tai, I had an hour deep tissue massage and after a long day of travel to Thailand I felt relaxed and stress free. I would highly recommend the spa services along with staying at the hotel!

We had a wonderful experience at Zana Spa. The staff and the facilities were superlative and so was the massage. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.
