Angsana Laguna Phuket

We came back here 10 years after our first visit and it was just as great as we remembered. Fantastic service, huge pool, nice rooms.
The location right by the beach is brilliant.
Breakfast was great at both locations.
Only thing I’d say negative is that the rest of the food is pretty ordinary. Better to pop out to eat.

There’s also now a huge kids club and loads of activities for kids so I highly recommend it for families.

For non families looking for a quiet time, good idea to be away from the main pool and in one of the designated quiet zones.

Extra Thankyou for the welcome decorations and cake that the hotel prepared for our wedding anniversary.

I stayed at Angsana Laguna Phuket and I have to say that I was very impressed. The location is amazing and very beautiful. The beach is very close by you can walk down and enjoy the premises during the way. I had a great help from a staff there (her name is Firsty) she was paying a genuine attention and care the guests and it was very impressive. I would definitely come back and stay here the next time I visit Phuket. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel, the pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Amazing location and service, everything you need there including swim up pool bar and loungers on the beach. Happy hour available with 2-4-1 cocktails! Easy to get taxis to Phuket old town, patong and boat avenue (night market). The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I’ve had with so much choice including Thai and Indian options as well as full English/continental. The grounds of the hotel are simply stunning. It is easy to do a boat trip to phi phi islands from here as well as the hotel as an excursions desk. The prices for food are a little bit high in the hotel due to the service charge and taxes but there are also many options outside of the hotel for food and drinks. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again! Staff were a delight wherever we went.

We have been coming to Angsana hotel for years. We feel like at home. I recommend the 1 bedroom suite at the hotel. The beauty, cleanliness and view of the room are magnificent. For breakfast, Botega restaurant should definitely be tried. It is a privilege to have breakfast there. The cake surprise for my wife's birthday was very kind. thanks for everything.

This place is amazing. All staff is friendly and helpful. I never locked for anything in my room. Sometimes it's not enough water available but nor here. The pool was absolutly amazing and being so close to the beach. I treated to myself to a pedicure at spa. I've had a lot of pedicures but Nida did an amazing job and I rank it best I've ever had. Alice in the spa reception was so kind. I got right in and was serve welcome drink and she helper me pick just the right color for my toes.

We had a wonderful 1 bed room loft and loved our 4 day stay!

The hotel had some renovation going on but it didn’t really make too much of a diff to our holiday! Probably meant I drank less at the pool! Very easy access to the beach and beautiful pool that went all around the resort.

Service was brilliant from the front of desk, to the pool and activities team and all the lovely smiling breakfast staff and housekeeping! The executive chef and GM were so friendly and kind to our big group. Big thanks to June who kept worrying about us and ensuring we were well fed!

I would definitely go back to the same resort again.

Amazing experience - the staff go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and are very helpful. Great facilities and lots of activities for kids. Tonnes of dining options at resort and closeby.

Location is good for those who want to be away from Phuket city. Quite a walking space, beautifully set lagoon and feel, nice beach side, food a little on higher side but again it’s premium stuff here… good management and follow up if any challenge is faced. Excellent breakfast, kayak, bed comfort, pool and lagoon side by side swim…. The lotus around and the breeze is amazing….

We’ve been here multiple times since it was previously called Sheraton Laguna Phuket. Each visit is always different and the experience gets better each time.

We spent 4 nights here on our anniversary at the 2 bedder island suite and most time was spent in the resort. Plenty of things to do especially lounging around the pool bar and floating along the 300m ish winding swimming pool that goes through along of the property.

The spa was also amazing, we’ve got a complimentary spa for 3 as “compensation”due to some urgent repair works during the day. And I must say, it was well worth it!!

The compound was still in pristine condition despite its age. Plenty of greenery, space for kids to run about and overall relaxing.

Highly recommend breakfast at Bogeda Grill if you wish for more personalized service instead of the market place. Due to the lower footfall and service option (Ala carte buffet, instead of full on buffet), staff were much more attentive to guests and the restaurant was much quieter.

Beyond the compound, there is a canal village which can be accessed by resort shuttle boats and buses for free. The supermarket in canal village was useful to stocking up snacks and beers for the evening. Plenty of food and massage options in the town area as well.

Overall, fantastic place to get away for a couple of days. Hospitality and service was top notch and definitely recommend to returning visitors again.

We were there on the new year holidays for 10 nights, and overall experience is very good. Hotel is not a new one and need some renovation, but that's not an issue and didn't spoil experience, just don't give a complete luxury feeling). Breakfasts are great with a variety of dishes and a lot of fruits. Beach is clean with enough sunbeds and good towel service. Had only one problem with the sea (but is not a hotel specific) - there were a lot of plancton that bite swimmers a little, but without any bad consequences, only not very comfortable to swim and need to get used to. Great thing about the hotel is a location on a laguna lake.It has a boat service that can get you to another side of the lake, and we used to swim on it to the canal village - a cosy place with some restaurants and cafes, and a local market on tge weekend evenings.

We are definitely coming back here... and here is why. No.1 Although the rooms where slightly small, we stayed next to the kids pool and it was so fun for the kids. They loved waking up early in the morning and getting into the pools. No.2 The location was AMAZING and we could get everywhere and all the activities for 3 kids were all in the Angsana Resort. No.3 We had access to the Laguna Golf and as we are a very sporty family, we had much fun playing golf. Overall, a MUST come next year!

Things worth mentioning:
- service from ALL the staff were commendable
- direct beach access
- clean rooms
- good food and great breakfast selection
- a handful of activities are available within the grounds of the resort
- well maintained common areas
- several swimming pools are scattered in the resort

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Angsana Laguna in Phuket. We rented one of the sea-front villas, which was absolutely superb – modern, right on the beach, spacious and spotlessly clean. Highly recommend this upgrade!

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. In particular, Roman deserves a shout out for helping us with a slightly later check out and a spot to work before our flight.

Hotel breakfast was great too. I can't wait to return for another visit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Angsana Laguna Phuket, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They not only greeted me with warm smiles but also allowed me an early check-in and a late check-out, which was incredibly convenient.

To my surprise, I was even given a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The attentiveness of the staff throughout my time at the hotel was remarkable. They were always available to answer any questions or assist with any requests I had, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

This was our 4th time visiting this amazing resort.
The staff go above and beyond to make your holiday everything you could wish for.
From the buffet breakfast that has everything you could want for breakfast and the amazing June and K that always made sure we were looked after during this time. The leisure activities run by the recreation team , with big shout out to Men ( Superman) for making us laugh and setting out our towels everyday that include kayaking, water aerobics pool slide and more all free. The pool bar staff, Pla you always knew our drink order and how we liked them, along with the amazing Pooh and Dommi as well. The restaurant staff at all the amazing on site restaurants, where the food was nothing short of 5 star, Sandi at Bodega and grill always had such a vibrant smile and made you feel right at home, I will come back time and time again, the resort is a little out of Patong but just a bolt ride away, however it is worth having this luxurious resort to relax at. You also have the luxury of the free resort shuttle or boat ride to the canal village shops to pick up any supplies from the supermarket , pharmacy etc.
xana beach bar and restaurant is amazing whilst you relax on the beach, all apart of this amazing resort.

absolute amazing stay at this resort! We stayed 8 nights and enjoyed the warmest hospitality. feels at home with great facilities and comforting food. highly recommended for your next holiday destination

Hotel is very good, with private beach. But little bit far from the main active places in the city. You need taxi to get any place, or they have shuttle service to the nearest active part where are lits of cafes & shops. and from there you can go by taxi to any other place.

Love this resort, I had the best experience and serve by very professional service from Fristy, she was very helpful and went above and beyond for us by providing information where to go to eat and places to visit, with her great smile 😀. Looking forward to staying there again in my next visit 💜
