Banyan Tree Phuket

We decided to stay here right after our wedding. We were looking for a relaxing getaway, and as soon as we entered this property, it felt like another world. Right from the start, we were greeted warmly by the lobby staff. The check-in process was so relaxed and comforting (served a refreshing sugarcane juice and thai cookies), and we were given our villa slightly earlier by the helpful front desk staff. The buggy ride to our villa showed us how massive and beautiful the property is. Our villa was bigger than I expected, luxurious and comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor was very nice, clean and inviting. The service and staff were quick, efficient and very friendly. We felt like we were in the lap of luxury, away from the world, which is exactly what we needed on our mini-moon.

This was our best holiday ever- our accommodation, service, location, food and beverage- everything was 10 stars! Thank you to whole staff of this company, the felling of care which we had during our stay was fantastic! Me and my wife would like to say a big Thank you to Tiffy from Waterhouse! Her smile, attitude and care make us feel like we are at home! Highly recommend special place and people!

One of the best experience. Service is the best, stuff makes all for your enjoying during vacation from meeting in the hotel lobby until parting. In the cozy rooms everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Breakfast is the best ever . Highly recommend

We had the most amazing time at the Banyan Tree in Phuket. The villa was beautifully designed and spacious. The pool is wonderful with sunny and shaded spots. All staff were kind and smiley especially in kids club. Our kids were in kids club every day. Peach the the facilitator made them feel comfortable and welcome. She engaged them in different activities and made sure it will be fun every day. We can’t wait to be back soon!

By far the most amazing hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. The staff went beyond anything I could have imagined. It was our honeymoon and they went to every reasonable length and then beyond to make sure we were having an unforgettable stay. The staff was a level of nice that you feel only exists in commercials. Coming from NY, where nowadays almost everyone in the service industry is rude and still expecting the max tip for doing the bare minimum work, the Banyan Tree staff will work hater than anyone just because that’s what they do. I have no problem singing their praises and recommending them to anyone and everyone who wants to have the time of their life.

I also recommend the couples bbq at your villa if you really want to make the night special. We had Mr Mafia and he was the BEST! His cooking was excellent, incredibly friendly and made the night so special for us.

I used Invilla BBQ. Please use it. It may be a little expensive, but the taste, atmosphere, and service were all perfect. Our chef tonight was name is nu. I've used many places and received service until now, but this was the first time I gave a tip because of the service. I was so touched that I couldn't exchange money, so I didn't have any baht, but I gave him Korean money. I was so touched I want to say thank you for making good cooking memories for my family

Stayed here for my birthday. Amazing villa with amazing staff. We had a private villa bbq On our last night and Dam, our chef was the friendliest guy. Highly recommend!

Love the signature pool villa. We had in-villa bbq dinner. Served by Dam, he was sensitive and attentive. Food was excellent. The steak deserved special mention. Juicy and well cooked. Not often i get medium rare cook to such excellent standard. When it got dark, he brought in the light on his own without being prompted.

We spent a beautiful week end of march 2024 with our family in a two bedroom villa with pool.
The beds are very comfortable, the pool is a great asset, the service was perfect and very responsive! The breakfast was delicious. We had dinner twice at the watercourt restaurant and enjoyed it! The only thing is that there is no direct access to the beach. But we took always the bikes to the exit and in 10 minutes were at beach and enjoyed the sunsets! Would definitely recommend Banyan Tree Phuket ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food is very delicious. The atmosphere in the evening is the best. Cocktails are very easy to drink. Very suitable for the evening atmosphere. The bar guys are fun to talk to. Talk to you like a friend. I like it. I will come back to use the service again.

Absolutely incredible stay at Banyan Tree Phuket! We stayed in a Signature Pool Villa for our Honeymoon. Everything was exceptional, all staff go above and beyond to deliver 5* service.

Breakfast was consistently amazing; as were all food choices at the numerous restaurants (Saffron, Veya in particular). The villa with the pool and sala was great. Daily turndown service with complimentary gifts were a very nice touch. The resort seems very well laid out and the bicycle hire was very helpful as was the complimentary golf buggy and Laguna shuttle bus transfers.

I would highly recommend Banyan Tree Phuket, we will be sure to visit again!

Had an all purpose massage / urban daily and Margy is amazing! Perfect amount of pressure, strong hands, and gave me the best tips when sitting at the desk all day. Will definitely come back!

Banyan Tree is a paradise on earth. I could never ask for a finest, most perfect honeymoon in my life!
The pool villa where we stayed was an absolute dream! Clean, spacious and with all the amenities one would need. Worth every penny.
Staff go above and beyond to accommodate any of your requests and they are very kind with a smile always on their face. Received a complimentary honeymoon decoration. Also, 3 more gifts: a honeymoon gift and two Christmas gifts.
We stayed for 3 nights and we ate at every restaurant there and every time the food was amazing!
Lots of activities to do. I also participated in the daily candle ritual and I got the chance to get dressed in a traditional Thai outfit.
We had the massage and Kim was fantastic! It was not just a massage- it was an experience!

I was blown away during our entire stay & my expectations were so far exceeded. This was the most incredible experience from beginning to end! We came on our honeymoon and every detail was pure magic. Life is beautiful here! Pools, gifts every night at turndown, smiles, every wellness and fitness activity you can imagine and the service is beyond perfection 💕 We did a private chef option in our villa one night & we had Mr. Mafia cook for us/ I’m vegan and there were so many options for all! He was skilled , friendly and absolutely amazing!!!!!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The pool restaurant was a highlight with excellent service from Tiffy, O, Men, Toast, chef Pau, and Pang. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the pool area was simply amazing. Five stars for an unforgettable experience!

What an amazing night! Every plate of food was like a piece of art and every minute, every meal that we ate was so full of flavour, and really let the healthy ingredients shine. We have come back twice to enjoy more of the menu because the first time just wasn’t enough. The ambience the service and the menu was absolutely first class. An incredible experience, we highly recommend it.

Top notch experience at Banyan Tree. It’s so beautiful you would want to spend your whole stay at the resort, many food options, amazing spa, pool, and the service is so perfect. They are always ahead of your needs, especially when it comes to the buggy service around the hotel.

Superb hotel, shuttle bus & boat made a big difference. Loved the transport carts and our bikes. Food in the Banyan cafe is the only complaint, not that good. Saffron restaurant excellent. Overall staff are fantastic. To improve it would be good to have a free shuttle bus to Villa Market. Pool bar staff, Tiffy, O, J, Pang and Poo were all great

We had a 2 bedroom grand pool villa and it was great! It was pretty big and more than enough space for my family (2 adults, 3 kids). We were all able to relax and lounge by the pool, etc.

Service was also excellent. The property is big so it's too far to walk everywhere so you need to call a golf cart buggy to take you places. Usually they came within about 5 minutes of calling (but during peak times it did take longer sometimes).

You can also rent bikes for free and the bikes are a great way to get around.

The property is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is very good (especially the Thai food section), and the golf course is really nice.
