The Bell Pool Villa Resort Phuket

These are the best villas we have ever been in. Absolutely gorgeous accommodations. The villas are better in person than they are on the website. Their shuttle bus is convenient for anyone staying here, but we felt very little reason to leave.

Food service inside was prompt, but not as good as local cuisine. The bar makes fantastic cocktails, and "The Bell Martini" is best we had in Phuket.

The Bell "app" is very convenient and made the whole stay a breeze. We will be back and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Absolute luxury. Our first time in Thailand and couldn’t have chosen a nicer place to stay. Ben I think her name was, was amazing. Never had any problems with the shuttle service either. Was lovely and quiet, breakfast was good too (I had the omelette but selected vegetarian) and there was housekeeping every day and pool maintenance as well as pest control spraying the plants to get rid of mosquitoes.

We received incredibly attentive service and great food here. Everything was perfect and as expected. The Honeymoon pool villa is as advertised. It may be getting close to time for some fresh paint here and there and a kitchen refresh but it is still very nice and a good value.

Beautifully decorated, private villa. Beds are so comfy! Food was divine! Service was top notch. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! Our room was stunning, very clean and service was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and the service we received was amazing. We used the app to communicate with the staff and they promptly responded and were able to assist us with anything we needed. The pool amazing and the main reason we booked the place. It was extremely private and cleaned everyday. Although the villas are far from a couple places, The Bell offers free shuttle buses into Kamala which helps! Definitely recommend

Love this place! You have everything one might ask for. Villas are completely private with a pool and a nice garden.

All villas are actually 3 bedroom but they lock unused rooms depending on the occupancy. You can order everything you need from their app, including food, spa, drinks, excursions, transport, and some other amenities. Very well organized to provide you with an unforgettable experience.

Fantastic villas in great condition. Superb service and feels very luxurious to get you made to order breakfast served in your villa.

I stayed in The Bell for 2 months with my girlfriend, the Villa is amazing, very spacious, calm, you really feel in connection with nature 🌴 with all these plants, the birds coming on the terrace, no noise. My stay was very relaxing.
I also invited some friends and family for a few days and I can tell that this villa is perfect both for a couple or a family 👨‍👩‍👦

In 2 months of stay I have nothing bad to say.

The location of the villas is perfect, located in Kamala the best city of the west coast in my opinion, small, calm, with a beautiful beach, a lot of shops and restaurants where you can find everything you need and not far from Patong (too busy in my opinion).

The villa is 5 minutes far from the beach, the local market 3 times a week, Carnival and Fantasea 🎠, they offer free shuttle service if you need to go to the grocery store, the beach or the famous bar/beach club Cafe Del Mar 🕺

And for those who like to party, don’t worry it’s not far from all the best clubs in Patong and cheap to go by taxi 🚕 even at night. (Around 8$)

Probably one of the only few places I’ve stayed at that actually lived up to my expectations. The tv in living room is updated to a 45” curved smart tv which was great. Pool is actually fairly deep. The bed like most beds in Thailand was very firm and uncomfortable for me, but that’s the norm here. All in all had a great stay and the room service was great and always on time

This resort is rather secluded and takes a bit more time to get to/get out from, but otherwise offers a great ambience, quietness and hospitality from the staffs. Instead of using the traditional phone call service, the resort has a homebuilt app to request for services or chat with the staffs about our needs and questions. Rooms are clean and well maintained, pool is a tad too strong in the chlorine smell, didn't get to try the food or anything else they provide because its a bit pricey (expected) but daily room cleaning is great!

I stayed there with a few friends. The villa was very nice and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Just consider that you always needs a transport, if you want to go somewhere.

My husband and I had 2 amazing weeks staying at the bell pool Villa.

The resort is located in the middle of Kamala , where you can feel the real tropical vibe of thailand. So peaceful!

We also want to say thank you to all the staff for being always helpful and kind to us. They made our staycation even more memorable.

What is not to love about these beautiful
Villas. They are so beautifully decorated and with lush, cared for, tropical gardens surrounding the individual pools. Amazing shingle roofs on the villas many rooftops offer architectural interest to the palm covered hills behind. We didn’t want to leave. In fact, we might not without a fight!

Our family had a wonderful vacation here and enjoyed every minute in this oasis of luxury. We loved the pool, the serene surroundings and beautiful tropical garden, and found the villa to be very comfortable and well equipped. The shuttle and van were most convenient and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. If we ever came back to Phuket, this is the only place we'd stay!

Excellent place to stay. Quiet and private. Service is outstanding. Have their own app for all sorts of services. A little far from the beach but they'll bring you a driver to take you right there. Highly recommend

Excellent, perfect for a relaxing vacation with family. Beautiful property. Great staff, very courteous. Good food as well. Don't stay here if you want to be close to the city buzz. That's a 40 minutes taxi ride.
Do ask about the local market which sets up near the beach every Monday and Thursday. It's like a farmer's market and a great way to explore local produce and fruit. It's about 5 minutes away and the hotel shuttle can drop you there.

Great villa. Good service. Aged but well maintained. Breakfast was scrumptious.
Location kinda out of the way, definitely need to have a transport to move around.
