Beach Jungle

The owner greeted us warmly and introduced the facilities we could use. When we entered the room, the air conditioner was already turned on, so it was quite cool! The bed in the room was very comfortable, thick, not hard or soft, and supportive. Although the room was not big, the design was very reasonable, including a small living room with a refrigerator and a sofa. The whole space was divided into two spaces. The toilet was very considerate and used non-slip tiles. The washbasin was also very deep, which was good for washing clothes. The lampshades in the room were two bamboo hats, and the light was very warm. However, we only stayed for one night because the next 20 days were fully booked, so we found a new place to stay, which I also recommend. The hotel is called Wild Hippie Chang! When this one is fully booked, you can choose it because it is a stand-alone hut in the jungle! There is also a swimming pool. It is hard to imagine that it has a swimming pool to enjoy at this price!

We loved everything about the Beach Jungle. It was our first stay in hostel on our travels in SEA. And it was absolutely great. Our plam was to stay 3 nights and then move to another island but we decided to stay longer in Beach Jungle. Adam is such a nice guy and very helpful. We stayed in a big dorm. Beds are comfy and very cozy. There is really a lot of place for your personal stuff. Even when there is a 12 beds you feel you are there alone. It doesn’t matter if you are party person or if you like more chill and relax. You gonna feel there like at home. There is ping pong table, gym, enough shower and toilets. Please keep this place nice and relaxed as it is now. Adam and his family are doing really great work! Thank you

The rooms are spacious and clean, and Adam the owner will get you comfortable and give you lots of information about the area

We had a fantastic stay at Beach Jungle. Adam and his family/crew are auch warm-hearted people and we felt very welcome from the beginning. They have many advices to explore the island, the community within the hostel is super friendly and the rooms are exactly like the description and pictures show them. Obviously it isn’t a five star hotel, but it don’t has to be to be such a beautiful place. And it’s very cheap!

So all in all, it was the perfect choice for us to stay here for 8 nights and have the best time possible. ❤

I had a wonderful time with Adam at the Beach Jungle Hostel. The accommodation is centrally located on Lonely Beach but still very quiet. Adam and his team put a lot of energy into making sure that all guests have a great stay. The new bungalows were super clean and very comfortably furnished. The vibe in the hostel is great and I would come back any time!

I recently stayed at Beach Jungle next to Lonely Beach in Koh Chang Island for 3 nights, and it was an excellent experience.
The owner, Adam, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.
The room was comfortable, and the price was very affordable for backpackers.

This place is amazing! The owner Adam and his wife are such great people as is the rest of the family that keeps this place up. Anyone that doubts staying in a 12 person dorm….DO IT! This is by far the greatest dorm room I have ever seen!

Very relaxed and easygoing hostel. Adam is always reachable via WhatsApp and happy to assist you, arrange transfers, or recommend restaurants.
Please note the hostel is in a quiet, small village, but everything from restaurants over small supermarkets to bars is right next door and you'll need a scooter anyway to explore the island.
Make sure to check out the awesome, newly built dorm! Although there are 12 beds, you'll feel like you're the only guest as soon as you close the bed's curtains.

The most comfortable hostel I have ever stayed in Thailand. Whether it is mattresses, bedding, or pillows, they are all IKEA products. Very comfortable and very close to Lonely Beach, 5-10 minutes walk. I highly recommend this place if u coming to koh Chang, and if I back to koh Chang, I will still stay here again. All staffs are welcome and smile. Love this place!

We stayed one week in the Beach Jungle ultra deluxe Bungalow and it was one of the best stays we had in Thailand! The host was so caring and communicative, the staff was very friendly and we Feld very comfortable in the bungalows! The Wi-Fi was the best we‘ve ever had, which was very nice for us as digital nomads! Thank you Adam & the Beach Jungle Team 🏝🙏🏽

I had really big expectations on this New Bungalows, and i was mad impressed.

The standard is 10/10

from outlets to bed, shower and AirCon, everything New and working like a charm!

The bed is from Ikea, best one ive slept in during my stays in thailand 🇹🇭

One of the owners Adam asked me if i missed somthing. Wich i said it would be awesome with an fridge and a table and chair for the bungalow.

Swoosh, same days later a new fridge, chair and table got delivered and installed🔥💪

Fantastic bungalow at a good area in Lonely Beach. When I arrived everything was very clean with comfy bed. Small terrace to relax a bit.

Spent 3 weeks here, in the dorm. Felt like your own small room. Beach Jungle hostel is a like a dream. Met two groups of friends here. In the little jungle garden, where occassionally some friendly monkeys visit, we sat at the table, played guitar and singed along. There is a guitar which you can play, an outdoor gym and a ping pong table.

Adam, the owner of the hostel - such a cool guy. Played pingpong with him & his wife, talked about life in general. I cannot say a single bad word about the staff either, always so helpful.

Lots of memories were made here, whilst traveling Thailand for the first time. It was a delight. Till next time :)

Great place to stay in Koh Chang at Lonely Beach. Great location and the hosts are very friendly and hospitable. They also host events which brings the community together and feels like a family!

We had an amazing stay at Beach Jungle! Adam and his family are so lovely and welcoming you feel right at home as soon as you arrive.It’s a great location with lots of awesome and cheap places to eat, an easy walk to the beach and lots of cool bars on walking distance too. Super quiet at night and very comfy beds! We had an awesome stay and cannot wait to come back again!

I really enjoyed my stay at beach jungle, I stayed in the dorm for nine nights which was great value for money and also had air con ! The beds had their own charging sockets and curtains which is always a bonus. There was a couple of shared bathrooms with running hot water and racks which were clean and pleasant. The hostel is in the town just a short 10min walk from the beach (the friendly staff advised me how to reach lonely beach but there is also a video on their Instagram page as it can be a little confusing), there are also lots of restaurants within 200m of the hostel (I can recommend café del sunshine) and it was easy to find vegetarian/vegan options☺ Adam who owns the hostel was very personable and organised some group trips and events such as an open mic, and snorkeling tour which made the hostel a very social environment, but also I think this is a very family friendly stay! Overall had a lovely time here !

Beach Jungle had been a home to me. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was how appreciative and attentive Adam was to his team. When I saw his gentle kindness, I knew I was in the right place for my 2-week stay.
Overall, Beach Jungle is a well-balanced mix of retreat/tranquility and social activity. On the one hand, there is the table tennis community and the functional outdoor workout station, but also fun and creative activities like art classes. On the other hand, there are the beautiful, well-equipped bungalows and rooms for your privacy and a restful night's sleep.

I have travelled a lot in my life and the vibes that Adam, Jeen, Ocean and the team spread are just wonderful. If you are travelling with your family, friends or alone, this is your home in Koh Chang.

I stayed for a couple of nights in the family bungalow and wow, what can I say? This was the best room I have ever had in Thailand!!!!! It was super clean, had a very comfortable bed and I felt directly like home. I really liked the details they put into the room, just amazing!
The owners are really really friendly as well and they try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
I can only recommend everybody to stay in Beach Jungle, if they want a pleasant stay in Koh Chang. The location was also perfect! 5 stars totally recommend!
I will come back for sure, see you next time :)
