Wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon via their Romantic Escape Package - fantastic experience! The food, spa, and hospitality was all world class. Highly recommend this place. The cooking class isn’t something we would have ever done on our own, but since it was included in the package we now have a really incredible memory thanks to Chef Nadear. Great fun!

Stayed for leisure 3 nights and I could say confidence that this stay was one of the best stays I had in my life.

Myself and my partner visited Keemela for 6 nights in March and had an incredible experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with every room, swimming pool, garden & facility beautifully designed. Our room was spacious, clean and high-quality. Waking up to the pool at the end of our beds and the sound of the waterfall by the entrance is something we miss greatly!

The design & aesthetic of the hotel is not it's only 10/10 trait. The hospitality and service of every single staff member, from our room cleaners, security, pool staff, restaurant waiters & our own host was exceptional. We truly felt at home and everyone was eager to make our stay the best possible.

Special shout out to our host - Lift - who made us feel incredibly welcome and was always on hand to answer any queries. Lift shared his whataspp with us and responded even when he wasn't at work, such is the high level of service this hotel provides. The entire waiting staff also made our trip very enjoyable. Lek in particular went above and beyond - we hope the DragonFly mojito makes it to the cocktail menu next time we visit!

Booked through the Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts program. The late checkout benefit (4 PM) took a wonderful experience and made it a phenomenal one.

They are currently undergoing renovation/reconstruction of the Bird Nest and Tree House villa exteriors, estimated to continue until May 2024. The noise was minimal to mild, and I think that once the improvements are complete, the resort will more closely match the images seen on Instagram.

While the resort is currently mid-spruce, the interiors are stunning, from the rooms to the lobby to the restaurant. It was like living within a painting. This is a resort that knows its strong suit is its rooms; while the main pool and bar exist, with every option having a private pool or plunge pool, this is the resort to book if all you want to do is live in your room for a week. This is the place to pursue either a Solo "Eat, Pray, Love" type of trip or a Couple's "last two people on earth" sort of trip. If you are looking to explore Phuket and go out most days, many other suitable options exist.

The bathtub was comfortable for a 6ft tall individual, the outdoor shower was spacious and well-designed, and the double sinks were convenient.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the mosquito net did its job, and the view of the jungle was peaceful. A surprising oversight was a lack of options for our luggage--we checked for luggage trays or benches, but ended up using the floor
As such we kept the doors closed to discourage bugs.

The pool on the lower floor was 1.3 meters deep and pleasant for relaxing in. The pools are not heated but do offer jacuzzi jets. As such, we didn't do much nighttime swimming due to the temperature at night. Enjoyed using the JBL Bluetooth speaker for mood music while we swam.

Everything single bite of food we ate was fantastic. Between two people, we ate 8 dishes at dinner on the first night, and then ate our way through the best breakfast bar I have ever come across. We also tried out the in-villa dining, which took about 40 minutes from phone call to plates arriving. Unique presentation and complex flavors made it impossible to pick a favorite. The only downside is that the Indian food menu is available only between Wednesday and Sunday so we didn't get to experience it.

With the menu being so extensive, you could eat for a week without having the same thing twice. I know that prices are hard to find for the food so we spent about $200 USD for dinner and $100 USD for in-room dining for two people. You can certainly splurge on other items (up to 4,800baht) or stick to a single main course for around $25 USD.

For those wondering if you want to stay here, I would recommend 2-3 days at either the beginning or end of your trip in Thailand; the beginning if you want to recover from jet lag and the end if you want to slow down after an action-packed itinerary.

One of the best properties I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. We were greeted by a driver from the airport and stayed in the Tree Pool Villa for five days. Our villa was exquisitely beautiful and incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view from the pool. The food was exceptional, with a vast menu offering delicious umami flavors. We enjoyed rooftop dinners and hotpot meals twice during sunset, which were presented beautifully. We also indulged in a traditional Thai massage, which was amazing (thank you, Kate and Yu, for your excellent service). A special thanks to our host, Mia, who made our visit welcoming, easy, and memorable. She was always available to assist with anything we needed, from arranging rides to delivering rose petals for our photoshoot. Our driver, Mario, was incredibly helpful in showing us the best photo locations and helping us with photos and video. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, welcoming, and spiritually uplifting.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed it. We extended twice!! We stayed in three different room types. Each one was incredible. The treehouse was just beautiful and the service was next level. They were incredibly thoughtful too. Yeam gave us her WhatsApp and was always at hand to help even on her day off. She honestly made the holiday for us. We loved how the non alcoholic part of the mini bar was included too. We had the most wonderful private dinner. Honestly I can’t rave about it enough. Thank you so much Yeam for the most wonderful holiday.

One of the best properties I have ever stayed at. We stayed in the birds nest villa and tent pool villa for one day each and everything was so beautiful we didn't ever wanna leave. Definitely a must visit. Delicious food, beautiful views and amazing service. 10/10

We went to the Keemala for our honeymoon. We had a phenomenal experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - Tony looked after us and made sure we had a special stay and helped us with reservations and activities. He was super responsive and friendly. The breakfast is tip top, the pool is beautiful and the rooms were really special. We were sad to leave but really hope to return soon!

We stayed in the Birds Nest Villa, it was absolutely perfect.
From the design, service, staff, restaurant, and room everything was 10/10.

Where do I start? When the service by villa host March and the entire team is exceeding the already great product that is staying at Keemala, you get what is truly an experience. The New Year’s Eve was exceptional cuisine with more Thai performances than what we experienced at the Bangkok grand palace.

We enjoyed our stay at Keemala. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was amazing and really good quality. Some villas need to be refurbished. Definitely coming back.

Located 10 minutes away from Kamala beach, the resort has a unique jungle location. Inspiredbythe lifestyles of ancient Phuket tribes, the resort offers an experience that none of its competitors do. The room was fantastic, which was spacious and had a very romantic vibe. Every villa has a plunge pool or a large private pool. (Only the bird's nest villas has an actual swimmable sized pool) The Cha La pool, which is the pool located next to the entrance of the resort, is some of the most beautiful pools I've ever seen, featuring a waterfall and a swim up bar. I highly recommend you visit the Mala spa, the resort's spa that was awarded as the best spa on earth in 2015. The venue offers unique treatments such as coffee bean body scrub and Thai herb bath.

OMG!!! The best resort we could have every been to! Beautiful Location, Attached Pool was so serene and scenic. The cottage style resort has so much within itself, wonderful hikes, flowers, Thai Smell within the streets and amazing staff. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Loved our stay, Loved the food and Loved the location. It was close to most of the things we have on our itinerary for 4 days and less than a couple hours drive from major islands! I am sure there are a lot of affordable resorts in Phuket to choose from but if this is in your budget - definitely go!

The most amazing place I've been to. The rooms are athletically amazing with bronze and wood fittings. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough. Their staff had the best response time even though the place is spread over a hill. Anyone who gave this place a bad review might have had a bad luck 😂

The restaurant is pretty good too but slightly expensive. Location is a bit far from the beach and other places but if you're on a honey moon.. You might not even need to leave.
