Nice hotel, spacious rooms. Breakfast had a good selection also. Location is good, everything you need is in walking distance (restaurants, beauty treatments, massages, waxing etc.., groceries [inc. 7 Eleven], clothing, swimwear, souvenirs, good little Muay Thai gym with decent gear you can purchase, a pharmacy). It is also easy to get a cab from the hotel to other places if you want to explore a little.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. My mom is in a wheelchair and Ving (the travel agency) did not inform the hotel about this.. But the manager Mario was amazing and instead of putting us on the top floor with no elevator where we were suppose to stay, he helped us to a room on the ground floor with an amazing pool access much more convienent forr a wheelchair.

We also hade the Maprang, best lady ever, for cleaning our room. She help fixing it easy for my mom when cleaning and always made the room super fresh! She even picked us flowers and put on the counter and made beautiful animals out of the towels (I love animals so this was an amazing gift). On Christmas Eve we even got a gift from her, she is so cute and I have never had a person giving this much magical service ever. Maprang is the BEST ❤

We are so grateful to both Mario and Maprang and all the other great staff helping us so much with everything on this stay. We could not enter the restaurant on the second floor, so the chef even came down with food for us when he could!

I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND you to stay at this hotel, it has been the most luxurious stay of my entire life. Thank you so much ❤

Maprang did an excellent job, she left the room spotless and was extremely flexible (we have a baby that needed to nap in the room) and efficient. Cannot have asked for better service!

This is a very well managed hotel.
Every member of the staff understands his/her role. Front office is very kind and efficient, their service is beyond the expectations, reservations agent is very helpful, breakfast service excellent, housekeeping is caring and always on time. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Location of the hotel is outstanding. We loved everything and would recommend to anyone.
The only little remark concerns pool villas - they should be “ quiet zone”

The best holiday ever. Nice and clean Big rooms. The food very good ... Location on the beach absolutely fantastic...we love it so much ..we stayed on the 2 beach villas so the view was great. The all staff very polite and friendly

Pleasant place to stay. Staff and the locals are extremely friendly. Beach is right at the hotel. Recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere quiet to relax as a holiday.

We have just spent the most amazing time at the emerald. Its a fantastic resort. We stayed in the beach front villa this was a fantastic location. The villa was good and cleaned daily. We had a outside shower but we were unsure whether the top apartment could see us having a shower.
Breakfast was good with a good selection of items. The Wai Wai restaurant was brilliant. The food was lovely and cooked and well presented. For All inclusive you had a choice of the buffet or off the al carte menu. Staff at breakfast and Wai Wai were all very attentive and could not do enough for you. We also had the cocktails at the Taonga bar and these were good and decent selection under the AI. Near the resort there are a good selection of bars and restaurants. We ate in a number of them and all was good.
Thailand is beautiful and we did the James Bond island tour and the elephant sanctury. Both amazing experiences.

Lastly a big thank you to the staff who helped my son have a fantastic birthday from decorating the room to the birthday cake and singing happy birthday to him.

A bit old but bigger room. Very kind staff (front, room service, restaurant and security guard).

Kid's club is not 100% too few and not well maintained. Pool for kids open 8.00 but close too early.

Other pools are great.

The perfect little relaxed resort in paradise... staff were all amazing, the food and drink excellent, and the company wasn't too shabby either! Can't wait to go back, all inclusive all the way, cheers for the most awesome holiday to all at Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort and Spa! 5🌟

Maprang cleaned our room nice. Good hotel with nice rooms and great service.

Very nice resort, well maintanced, green area. The beach is beautiful, the restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in walkable distance. We stayed in a renovated, very nice and comfortable beach villa. The breakfast selection could be better, but we never stayed hungry.

The resort is bit old, but still has not lost its charm. Beautiful beach and quiet too. Friendly staff, satisfactory complementary breakfast. It has a small water park with swimming pool as well as a toy room for kids, it helps a lot for family with small kids.

The hotel staff are very top... I got sick and they were very helpful...

It's a beautiful resort with great pools and easy access to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good too.

Very nice resort in a perfect location in Khao Lak. Beach front villas are amazing value for your money.

Shops, restaurants and massages just outside the hotel.
Hotel is not fully recovered from covid. Weak wifi. Restaurant not great.
