Beautiful place, away from loud music and parties. You can get to the activities in the north and around you so easily.
The location might not be great for some people but to me its great .👍
You will hear geckos during the stay but don't mind them. If you heard it clearly inside the villa call the reception immediately 😂
Of course no one is perfect, but this place ( to me ) is almost perfect.
There is a very nice restaurant also . I like it So much 👍

11/10 service- I can’t thank the staff enough. I arrived late at night and so the restaurant on site was no longer open, I ordered food via the app and the staff brought it to my room. I then had issues with my suitcase- my lock got jammed, they sent someone within minutes to the rescue 🫶🏼
All the way throughout my stay they never said no, and everything I asked/ needed was done within minutes.
Beautiful room, the bath is to live in 🙌🏼😂
I didn’t spent much time in the pool during the day, but it’s a nice touch too.

Clean, very good, wide room. Comfortable. Nice pool; Quiet place. The only problem was breakfast: they offer very limited (not open buffet but limited menu). Also the location was little far from beaches but with motorbike, it is not big deal.

These Villas are lovely, recently renovated and well appointed. Staff are very friendly, happy to help with any requests, and speak fairly good English. We stayed in one of the two bedroom Pool Villas. Plenty of space and very well maintained. If we had one complaint it would be that the A/C units kept freezing over and not cooling. However if you leave them off for a while you can start them again. The location is a bit out of the way and having a rental car or bike is best for getting around. Overall we had a lovely stay with Kiri Villas.

Location is good, but transport is needed. On the upside, Kiri Villas are located central to everything and about 45mins (scooter trip) from Patong if that's your thing.
The front desk staff were very helpful. Cleaning staff were awesome!

Gorgeous place, friendly staff. We stayed in a villa and highly recommended Kiri villas. Clean and well looked after. Little out of the way, however, the Thai people are all so nice. Can't wait to come back.

We loved our stay in Kiri Villas. Very nice refurbished villas,large enough pool,clean. We liked the location since we rented a car, I would say if you choose Kiri Villas for your stay then you definitely need a car or a bike as it is a bit remotely located. But with transportation no issues at all! 10 min drive to the Nai Harn beach as well as the famous Laguna neighborhood.
Villas have all the facilities,crockery and cutlery, fridge,microwave,induction stove,toaster and water heater.
Beautiful red pool,quite unusual,very quiet.
Reception is not 24/7, till 6 pm only. Communication with reception only by Whatsapp.

Super nice boutique resort! Perfect for people looking for a nice, not too big, resort in a beautiful pet of Town Phuket. We loved the Kiri Villas and the small town around it. Everything at your door step and away from the craziness of mass tourism areas such as Patong. Our Studio was well decorated, clean and the staff attentive and friendly. We will come back!

By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing room, beautiful pool, great staff, nice breakfast, great room service, super convenient parking. Also the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Literally everything here deserves words of praise.

What a great place, not your usual tourist spot.

Close to everything, airport 20 minutes, beach 10 minutes @ Layan, Bangtao and Banana & Nai Thon just another 5-7 minutes drive. Laguna 7 minutes. Perfect quiet location with quick access to everything for a great holiday!

The Kiri Villas Resort was a very pleasant place to stay in.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was very polite and check in was swift. The reception area is quite small and homely.

The room was clean and modern; it looks exactly like what you see in pictures. I had the pleasure of staying in the red room private villas. The bathroom was simply amazing, it came with a spacious circular tub (seats about 3-4 people), a rain shower and 2 sinks. My partner and I were very satisfied with our villa. It was cosy, private, well-designed and very clean.

We had a shared pool (shared with a cluster of a total of 10 small villas) but since we went during the non-peak period, there were no other guests in the Red room villas. Hence we had the entire pool to ourselves. The pool had dark red tiles, but it was a nice blue-violet at night. The pool was very clean and the garden area outside was very well maintained, making it a very relaxing area to chill and unwind.

Food and drinks at the resort was decent and affordable with a good variety. (Meals were approximately 200+ bhat per person). It is advisable to stock up on snacks and drinks if you do not intend to rent a vehicle for transport, as the resort is quite far and not a walking distance from nearby convenience stores. Empty glasses and plates are cleared very promptly in the morning.

Spa services are all in-room. Massages range from 500-900 baht per hour and 900 baht for a facial. The massage was decent but you can find better for cheaper outside of the resort (200bhat!). However, this is a plus for those who want to stay in the villa and relax. In my opinion, it is already very affordable for an in-room massage. The masseuses were very professional and polite as well.

The only issue we had with staying in this villa was that it was very far from all the main tourist attractions. The villa is located very far in a rather rural area, where there is no main road to flag a taxi. We had to book a taxi prior to heading out at the reception area. This place is perfect for those who want a getaway far from the bustling city and tourist beach areas, but for those who still want to enjoy tourist-y activities, transport can be rather costly.

To sum it up, the Kiri Villas Resort was a very pleasant and homely place to stay in. Service was great (shout out to the receptionist who was very patient and kind! She is a very caring and polite lady who catered to all our needs.) My trip was generally very fuss-free and I would stay in this resort again, perhaps in their bigger villas the next time. These villas are perfect for travelers who seek peace and solitude in a modern environment, where one can still be pampered.

Best holiday I have ever had. Room service and breakfast in the morning was a delight. The staff were very helpful and very professional. They have a shuttle bus thar can take you anywhere. The privacy of the rooms and convenience of having a pool were out of this world. I think I regained 10 years of my life here. I'm looking forward to going back soon. Stayed in the private red villas. Very relaxing and quite location. Secluding from all the bustle on the rest of the island. The room is great for a couple. Large shower, very large separate bath, king size beds. Grab Taxi can get you anywhere you need to go.

Peaceful and romantic resort villas, perfect for honeymooners! Would definitely recommend. The place is clean, bathrooms are amazing and breakfast is served to your villa’s front porch at whatever time you choose each day.
The only downside is - similar to the rest of Phuket - if you can’t ride a scooter, getting around will be expensive, and the breakfast quality was not good.

Stayed in one bedroom canal villa. Amazing property for the price offering absolute privacy and is secluded from buzz of the town and tourist attractions. Resort offers motorbike rental, spa etc.

Pool has some sharp edges, pls be careful there.

Free shuttle to near by shopping center and Surin beach. The taxi arrangement was convenient. What was great was that the taxi rate was fixed as a list in the beginning so we didnt have trouble with additional rates with taxis. (The resort has a designated taxi driver.)

It’s a beautiful, big nice villa. The staff was so friendly and helpful. But the location was not so convenient so its better to ask villa to arrange rental bike to travel easily.
