Nai Yang Tour is a tour agency but also offers private rooms at their branch opposite Proud Phuket hotel in the first and second floor. This review focuses on their private rooms only:
It is a great budget place to stay in Nai Yang. My private room was pretty clean and came with a small balcony. Staff is very friendly and helpful along with the common thai smile. The room was cleaned daily and new towels and two bottles of water have been provided on a daily basis, too.
Do not expect a resort with pools, spa and fancy gardens for around 1000THB. But if you prefer to spend your money on water sports as diving, kiting rather than accommodation this place offers great value for money. I would stay there again.
It is a 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the centre of Nai Yang with its beach restaurants and shops. A small supermarket is just 50 metres away.
Opt for a room at the backside to avoid any disturbance of the street in case you are a light sleeper.

I stay there for a night and I will recommend it. Room was bright calm and confortable. It was very close to the national park where you can enjoy the beach / surf during high tides if you have a board (it is difficult to rent boards). Plus you have very good restaurants around.
Very good value for the money. Staff was very friendly and professional.
They organize a tour to similan Island with check in andamam and it was great.

RE: Accommodation - Walked in off the street as I needed a room and everywhere was full. 800 baht for a pretty decent and clean room with aircon, wifi, balcony. For a night or two this is really good value. Can't comment on tour service. Lady is not overly friendly but smiles and is nice.

Нормальная чистая тихая бюджетная комната со всем необходимым в 3 минутах ходьбы от пляжа и рынка. Большие окна с хорошим видом на храм и горы. Из недостатков - постоянно приползают муравьи, не особо удобная кровать. Жил здесь месяц, всё устроило. Остановился бы здесь снова, если бы поехал на Наи Янг. Но в следующий раз скорее выбрал бы соседний Наи Тон.

Хозяева сдают на прокат велосипеды, но они китайские и очень низкого качества. Ездить на них можно разве что по району, по шоссе - просто небезопасно. Я ездил до пляжа Наи Тон, по пути у меня слетела цепь и полностью стёрся задний тормоз на спуске с горы. Второй раз на такую поездку точно бы не отважился.
