Proud Phuket Hotel

We stayed for 1 night at the superior pool access room. It was definitely worth it. Rooms are clean and are indeed for a 4-star hotel. Amenities were good. Breakfast was good for a 4-star. Very good price/quality ratio.

I had the opportunity to stay at Proud Phuket twice on my recent travels. Very friendly/accommodating staff; inviting/expansive rooms and opulent gardens.
There was some light snafu with the airport shuttle arriving; but it was handled professionally. My second stay I took advantage of room service and that was very well handled and food was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel if in Phuket

Very good service from the hotel representative at the airport, the driver who picked me up to the hotel, to all reception staff. The room is so spacious too!

I think it took me less than 10 min. from the airport, very convenient

Really really lovely hotel! Rooms were luxurious, and everything you might need was provided. The pool was very clean and there were lots of other amenities on offer that we didn’t have the chance to try out! The service was fantastic, and the proximity to the airport is ideal for those flying into/ out of Phuket.

My only comment would be the dinner was very spicy, which was not mentioned on the menu (I tried to pick something plain as I was feeling unwell), so maybe worth checking with the waiter before ordering if you are not a fan of spice!!

However, I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I would love to return some day!

5 stars for the price value. It’s a good upper 3 star hotel as long as the price point remains at this range. The staff really try their best. A lot of issues like room service orders going missing and slow response but it was all resolved in the end so you can’t stay upset. Nice night market round the corner and massage places opposite. Pity the massage in the hotel is just 2 beds in a pavilion. No privacy so I chose to go opposite.
Possibly good for those to relax before their flight out.

Best value, gorgeous hotel, great food, free bikes to ride around town! I used mine to take my clothes to a local laundromat before heading to Phi Phi. It’s right next to a local market so I could get noisy sometimes. It’s also right next to the beach so put in your flip flops and walk right down there. For the value, our pool we can walk into right outside our room and truly delicious breakfast everyday it was a dream for my partner and I.

So close to the airport so when you're tired of traveling you can relax before heading to phuket town or into the islands. The hotel is right near the beach that has a beautiful swimable coastline with perfect waves and lots of shops, food carts and massage places. The hotel itself is clean beautiful and laid out perfectly with the Thai massages in the center of the grounds between the swim up bar and the restaurant. Our room had "happy honeymoon" written in flowers and leaves on our bed! The swimming pool was right outside our second floor room!!! Everything was perfect. Breakfast - we paid $7 a day extra for- was well worth it. All in all, it may not be the place for a well long vacation but it perfect for a stop after a long flight before you head to phi phi!! It was a little noisy in the evenings due to the market next door but ear buds took care of that

Updat: Recently stayed during off season... no crowds, light rain. The ambiance is amazing. We woke up to a double rainbow view from our balcony and it was magical. The service here is beyond 5 star, as they provided umbrellas when needed, mosquito repellent, help in upgrading our rooms, and making sure our stay was absolutely comfortable.

This hotel was great and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Also the airport transfer was made super easy. The morning buffet is also definitely worth getting, so much to choose from. Definitely will book again

Proud Phuket was a nice welcome after a long flight. I love how this hotel is close to the airport but you don’t hear the planes annoyingly flying up above. The ambiance of the hotel is very aesthetically appealing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in close proximity to local tea/coffee shops and a 7-11. During my stay I opted for a room with the swim up pool option and I highly recommend this. Waking up and watching the sunrise while taking a swim in the morning was so refreshing. They do also offer a floating breakfast for an additional charge if you get the swim up room option.

Great Hotel. Was only here for one night so not long enough. Room was great, separate bath, nice design, pillows were the most comfy I have had in 2 weeks ! Swimming pool right outside the room. Staff at hotel were professional and friendly. A very peaceful place to stay and would 100% recommend. Very close to airport which suited me very well

Rooms were clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a short getaway. Staff were warm and hospitable throughout our stay. Not a wide pool of breakfast choices but the staff do try to switch up the variety each day. The batik turtles on the bed were adorable! Great hotel to stay if you are looking for close proximity to the airport and somewhere quieter, away from the hustle and bustle of the Patong area. They also have bicycles if you need to cycle to somewhere nearby.

This hotel is really lovely. The pools are large and clean, the hotel rooms are big and comfy and the baths are deep and warm.
The location is right next to a market which is great except the market can produce a fresh fishy smell in the evenings. It's not unpleasant, but noticeable.

The beach is less than 500meters(public free beach and national park beach ) .if want to enjoy the national park which has a very clean beach you can go after 16h30 to avoid the fee which is quite high and enjoy nice sunset and dinner in one of the few restaurants along the beach .
The hotel provides bicycles for free .
Airport is about 1km which makes this hotel a convenient place to stay.
Very clean rooms and hotel.
The design of the room is nice with bathtub which let you enjoy a bath while watching TV or outside .
Breakfast is a nice buffet .
The swimming pool is ok .

This place wasn’t perfect or by any means a “5 Star Hotel”, but I’m giving 5 stars because of the comfort, location, amenities and services for the price. My wife and I really enjoyed our weeklong stay here.

The location is quiet and not as busy as other tourist heavy areas like Patong and Karon. Nai Yang Beach is highly underrated for the privacy and natural beauty there! It is just 5 mins away by foot. Tons of restaurants and food to choose from on the beach. Great location to book an elephant visit from.

The hotel itself is modern and well updated. The bathtub put out yellow water and the AC was leaking for a few days while we were there. Nonetheless the staff was quick to address our issues except for cleaning service was a bit difficult to schedule.

What won me over most about this hotel is that the restaurant is happy to cut fruit for you free of charge! Other hotels charged 100+ baht.. The cafe is wonderful itself and well worth hanging out in. Highly recommended for value and quality.

One night stop over, right next door to the airport but amazingly haven't heard a single plane fly over. Very friendly staff and a great little Cafe. Now the breakfast in the pool the next morning was delightful. Very quiet hotel great place to stay for long or short periods. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful stay with amazing service they also have a restaurant which is quite good , the hotel is located just 10min from the beach and a national park. They also have a free cycle which u can take to reach the beach and enjoy your time. Overall i loved the stay in this hotel .

Everything was great. The breakfast is awesome! The room look nice and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The pool and the gym are quite cool as well!
It’s bad that the library closes at 19 in case you might want a focus area. The wifi worked well

This was such a beautiful hotel!! So green with flowers everywhere. It felt like paradise. The staff was also so nice. We were greeted with peach juice and warm hand towels. The room had perfect space and a comfortable bed. Plus....I recommend staying on the second floor. As you open the patio slide doors, you have a private entrance to the pool!! It was so beautiful!! The hotel is also conveniently close to the airport, 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive. That is the main reason we booked this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
