very smooth transaction. reached the airport and get straight to the counter and collect car. procedure was no brainer. car pretty new and the drive was smooth. When i return to phuket or any place in Thailand , I will rent from them again. Well done.

What an experience we had in Phuket. Surasit and team at Drive Car Rental Phuket Airport were awesome. They even assisted in returning my wedding ring back to South Africa, which I'd forgotten in their rental car. Awesome service, and will definitely recommend them for superb customer care service!!!

We hired a small car for our 8 day stay. Collection and return was a breeze. The car was just what we needed and the turbo was good for getting over those steep hills. The car was clean and tidy. Unfortunately for us the battery died a few times and we needed to get a jump start from our hotel staff. While we were out we needed the insurer to send someone to jumpstart it. After this it was clear the battery really needed to be replaced, but instead they offered to swap for a different car, which was an upgrade to a new SUV. Communication and responsiveness from the staff was excellent and we had a great experience regardless of the issue.

Amazing their service, Smooth and fast. Car condition was so good and it was new. Staffs are good and cordial.

Very satisfied with the arrangement, they will send whatsapp message the day before to confirm the details, with counter photo, car details...etc.

On the day of pickup, the counter is located exactly outside the gate, very easy to find. The staff is with good english speaking person.

Bonus for my own experience is I am taking a brand new car for this trip.

Drive Phuket were very impressive. Booth is right outside international exit gates. They whatsapp me 1 day prior to arriving, and I was driving away within 10 mins arriving as the checkout process was so quick and cars parked outside in dedicated carpark ready to go. Team also resolved a query within hours. The car itself was very clean and well presented. Not all cars have a reversing camera, which i rather feel should be a mandatory feature for a rental car these days, esp for a mid range car. I would reccomend a 4wd of suv that sit higher, as road surfaces are uneven across the island, and we did come close to scraping the underside of the car a couple of times.

Service at Phuket airport was quick and efficient, the car we rented fir 3 months was exactly what we meant and had chosen and in perfect condition , not any problems till now. Good service and good car.

We hired a car for a month and were more than pleased with the price, the car and the service. The car supplied only had 13,000 kms on the clock and was clean and in good condition. The rental desk is right in the airport and the car was ready and waiting outside.

renting a car with driving car was very magical and wonderful experience. when i pickup the car, the staff called me to remind me, and then the car was delivered to my hotel to me, staff kept sending me some travel information on whatsapp. finally, when i returned the car, they came to my hotel to help me take away the car. this experience will never be the same for me again. i will definitely rent a car with you next time.

I am satisfied with their service.
As is typical of Asia, they put a lot more effort into service than we are used to in Europe.
There was no queue either when picking up or giving away, everything went quickly.
The car was relatively new (mileage was probably 28 thousand), it had some small scratches, but in general everything was OK. The engine was very weak, when you pressed the gas, it slept hard, but there was no acceleration - at the same time, there is very heavy traffic on the island of Phuket, and it is very rare to drive faster than 50 km per hour.
Since I took full insurance just in case, it also eliminated the usual problem with car rental companies, that when you return the car, they try to prove to you that you have made some scratches somewhere (usually on the roof or under the bottom, where you didn't check when you took the car).

Easy communication, all terms explained. I asked for car to be picked up at the hotel and it was accepted immediately. They arrived in time agreed. All plain sailing. Good new car too.
