These guys made our Phuket trip such a breeze. From dropping the car off at our hotel, sorting out the flat battery while we were out, and picking up the car at the airport with a smile. Communication with Stuart was super easy. A couple of email exchanges later, the booking was all sorted.

Oh, and they give you brembo brakes XD for that extra stopping power. hehe

Was looking for a reliable rental company in Phuket, tried a few different companies but all had no avaliable cars, thats when I came across Braun Car rentals and i certainly had no regrets. From initial email to Stuart to returning the car back to them has been a truly fuss free experience.
Huge plus that they accept airport pick up and drop off , saved us so much trouble!
They picked us up from the airport and drove to their office just 2 minutes down the road. At their office, the staff was friendly and even advised on where we can or cannot park the car here in Phuket. They were also quick to reply when i enquired on the type of petrol to top up as they had gasohol and gasoline, so it was abit confusing. I settled the payment with card thus they did not collect any deposit, so no deposit scares.
I was lucky and was rented a spanking new honda jazz in a very nice colour! Driving around phuket was really relaxing and fun for me and allowed us to explore different parts of the island.
Ultimately i was beyond satisfied with the services of Braun Car Rentals as renting cars could sometimes be a daunting experience but having such a kind and fuss free service definitely elevated the whole Phuket experience for me

Communication and arrangement were really easy and prompt. Stuart took the time to address all our questions during booking which give us the peace of mind as a a first time renter.

We’ve read reviews from other services that they ended up paying more than quoted, but this is not the case with Braun car rental. You will get exactly what was promised - no hidden fees, no cash deposit (if using credit card).

The car that they gave us was comfortable, clean and rather new. There was no issue at all with the car.

The after service support was also great. We contacted them and requested for documents to support our work claim more than a week after we returned home. They responded immediately and were super helpful.

We will definitely choose them again for our trip in Phuket in the future.

The Honda Jazz ran very well and was good for a family of four with three suitcases.

Their rates are very good and they are very responsive. They will drop you at the airport after returning the car too.

It was very easy to set up the hire directly with Stuart. Their website is very clear and I sent an email to ask for some options. A quick phone call confirmed everything and the car was supplied as requested and expected. We had no problems with the car and handled well. Stuart’s knowledge was helpful to get the right deal and car for us. I particularly appreciated the low excess charge which can often be ridiculously hire with other hirers. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Braun Car Rentals again and would recommend them to others.

Have used Braun Car Rental many times on visits to Phuket. Have never had a problem, cars always immaculate and waiting for you at the airport on time or delivered to home when required.

Arrived in Phuket for the second time last month. Didn't hire a car the last time I was there but I wanted to see a few things so decided to hire a car. I had heard that Braun was one of the bet around for reliable service so booked a Vios for 2 weeks. Was met at the airport. The car only looked a few months old and within 20 minutes as I was driving away. Driving in Phuket was a pleasant experience and dropping the car back at the airport was simple. There was someone there to meet me at departure drop off. A quick inspection and I was ready to go. A thorough all round good experience which I could recommend to anyone

Highly recommend Stuart from Braun, hassle free to organise delivery of the car to our hotel prior to arrival in Thailand for the duration of rental and picked up on time once we were done with the car as organised. I rented a car Braun for 6 months and they are honest, reasonably priced & thoroughly professional. Be VERY careful of the cheap-priced bottom of the barrel players -Phuket has a major problem with transport sector scams however Braun car rentals is THE refreshing exception. I WILL ONLY USE BRAUN CAR RENTAL, THEY ALWAYS COME THROUGH. LET US ALL PROMOTE HONEST AND GOOD BUSINESSES!

Wonderful experience with Stuart and Aor at Braun rentals. We hired 3 vehicles and they were delivered and picked up promptly at a place of our choosing . Though the cars werent new ,they were well maintained and we didn't have any issues during our trips. Would definitely recommend Braun rentals to everyone. The prices are also very competitive . As an ex-pat living on Phuket it is a refreshing change to find a car rental firm who deliver what they offer. We recommend Braun to our guests because we know the insurance is genuine, the vehicles always well maintained and the service speedy and efficient from first contact to delivery/pick up and throughout the rental period.

Braun were able to help me out at short notice with car hire. The hiring and return process was simple, and the option to drop off or collect the car from hotels was a real boon. Vehicle fine and rate competitive. It’s slightly difficult to find their office (especially at night!) on a crowded strip – nonetheless, a thoroughly recommended car-hire option in Phuket.
