Twinpalms Phuket Resort

This is a superb hotel. Lucky to stay for a three day break recently. The rooms are spacious and well designed, and the central pool courtyard is the perfect spot to chill out and swim. Not loud, with lovely big palm trees and lush gardens. The staff were excellent - friendly and efficient. Surin beach is pretty quiet, but there are still many restaurants nearby. Very highly recommended.

With a group of 16 people, it could have been quite the challenge for a hotel to accommodate all the various requests of a group this size but Twinpalms did an exceptional job of welcoming and hosting our group! The property itself is incredibly beautiful and peaceful, with many areas to relax, recharge and enjoy a lazy day by the pool. The rooms are well sized with comfortable beds, and the Duplex Suite is worth the upgrade if you want to splurge! The location is great as it is a quick walk to Surin Beach and a quick ride to one of their beach clubs or other areas of interest in Phuket. For the price, I don't think you can beat a stay at Twinpalms!

We are sadly heading home tonight after 9 wonderful nights at the Twin Palms. From sparking wine served at breakfast, to smiling helpful and happy staff, a gorgeous room and sparklingly pool that was never over crowded the whole vibe is simply deluxe!!! Ryan at the front desk deserves a special mention but housekeeping, pool bar and breakfast staff were all fabulous too.
We are already planning our return trip in 2025.

Calm and peaceful place. The whole staff (reception, restaurant, house keeping, gardener,...) was amazing. Thank you a lot for these days and your service.
The rooms were clean and the architecture is a modern thai mix we liked (room view see picture).
Sadly the beach directly in Surin (across the street) is not with sunbeds or a Twinpalms area. If you wanna use the beach 🏖 there ist a shuttle to catch beach club (beach picture) or Kamala Beach (sister hotel).
The breakfast on all days was brilliant and our dinner at Oriental Spoon really really hot (due to the weather) and the food awesome.

Wow! I mean... WOW! Beautiful, stunning place. Very attentive staff with smiles and they want to make sure everything is just to your liking. Choice of different pillows, what kind of flowers you want in your room, pool availability everywhere you walk, crazy nice facilities, always a chair to lounge on, etc.
I had an AMAZING candle massage while I was here with a very lovely massuse that wanted to be sure I got what I wanted out of the experience. No disappointment, go here for the true beach vacation experience.

This hotel has amazed us.
Its just our 2nd day here but we love the modern boutique vibe of the hotel.

They make you download a hotel app which is convenient for ordering food and other queries to be answered quickly. Wifi is also great. Gym is quite large and well equipped.

The breakfast buffet is tasty, bakery stuff are amazing. Almond bread was yum yum, tried it only bcz it was recommended by another guest!

Beach is 5 minutes walk from the main gate.
Many road side eateries, massage options there. There are night market few days of the week were local gather for food.
If you walk via the back side of the hotel, penthouse building and wagyu steak house, you have a shortcut to the 7/11 shop.

Though we loved the hotel, I started writing this review basically because of jeeravat the front office staff. Hes been so amazing helping me sort of some issues ordering some stuff to the hotel. When i had some issues paying using thai bank, he immediately used the info and paid on my behalf without asking any questions.

I must say the staff are very warm n kind whenever i have seen them.

My only request to the management will be to provide cooling fans to the reception staff, its inhumane to make them stand there with really no air flow in the area. I happened to stand at the reception for 15 minutes and broke into sweat bcz of the humidity.

Never left a hotel felling so sorry my stay came to its end. The most friendly staff I have ever seen, amazing architecture and a pool with a setting that will stay unforgettable. Breakfast was incredible too. The free fruit offering at 15:00 every day a nice surprise. The tranquility of the sounds and the birds’ sing at 05:00 incredible.
Our honeymoon trip to Pucket will stay in our memories for ever! Our stay in Twin Palms as well!

10 10 10! The room was spacious, super clean and if u stay on the lower floor, you can access the pool in a footstep. The overall ambience was peaceful and relaxing. The pool was spectacular.
The staff are superb! Very attentive to details and they do it from their hearts. The breakfast was good, decent options for healthy meals. Love their mango smoothies. Definitely gonna go back there. 🙂

We love Twinpalms for the peace and quietness yet you are just minutes away from Surin Beach, restaurants and other amenities. Service from staff is excellent. The spa is great too and is priced more affordably compared to the international hotel chains. The gym is as well equipped as any commercial gym out there which was a pleasant surprise. This is definitely a resort we will be returning to (hopefully!).

Our wedding at the Twin Palms Resort in Phuket was a dream come true. We stayed there for two nights and booked the "Just the Two of Us" package. It was ideal for us. The room, the flowers, the venue and the food were all superb. We want to express our heartfelt thanks to our wedding organizers MJ and Kmo, and our attendant Yah, who went above and beyond to make our day special. They were kind, helpful and professional, and took care of everything we asked for. We loved every moment of our stay at this resort.

We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful resort. The staff was amazing! They all were super friendly and took care of anything you needed! Rooms were wonderfully equipped with everything you need. The pool was breathtaking. The best breakfast we have ever had on vacation and we have been to a lot of resorts. All the food was excellent.

Things to consider:
1-This place is away from the night life and all the busy action which is what we wanted!
2-It is not directly on the beach. But you can walk about one block to one or ride a short a/c van ride to a nice one with two beach clubs to choose from. It does cost to rent chairs. But that is true of any beach you go to. They both have amazing views with a well stocked bar and clean restrooms.
3-Taxi rides run about 10-15 usd to about anywhere you go. You can reserve a taxi that will stay with you for 4 hrs for around 60-80 usd.

We spent a week before our wedding at Twinpalm in the loft room. So spacious , clean and beautiful. The buffet breakfast was variety and we enjoyed it so much. To top that we had our personal butler ( Bank ). she was amazing and very helpful. Our group of family and friends over 40 people had the best experience and time there. Feel so special to be in the resort. Would go back again for the future.

Beautiful hotel with free access to local beach club. We got upgraded to a penthouse because we visited on our honeymoon. This room was 3 floors, one with a private swimming pool. Chart was our private butler and made our stay so special and seamless. Breakfast was great but too busy after 9:30am. We had room service one night and it was excellent. Can’t wait to come back for our next stay :)

Twinpalms was fantastic. We stayed at the duplex loft for our anniversary and it was the trip of a lifetime! The hotel staff are very polite and did everything to make us very happy. The breakfasts are legendary! I probably gained 10 pounds from the breakfast alone. The hotel also has Catch Beach club, and we really enjoyed the food and fire show. They have a regular shuttle to take you around to other restaurants owned by the facility. The beach was also very close and there is massage and various food options if you want to venture out and try new things outside of the hotel. The gym was also clean and well equiped as well. In all a great hotel 🙏🏿

It was a Fantastic holiday in a beach resort on Kamala beach.

The location is wow. The service staff at the reception are Superb but the restaurant staff are not service oriented. We had breakfasts and a lunch there.
The breakfast spread can be elevated ten times atleast. The staff can be better trained to serve people. They are like "Take it or leave it " attitude.
Front office and housekeeping is excellent 👍.

Perfect place to get away from all the stresses in your daily life. Rooms are so nice especially with the lagoon right in front! Service went above and beyond expectations and a great location local to the beach and serveral shops/markets.
Made me miss visiting Thailand

It is absolutely perfect 👌..The service, the walking distance to the beach ⛱...The meals are fantastic. It's a solid 10/10.

6 Nights at this wonderful Resort with my Family were absolutely fantastic! We stayed at the Family Duplex with swimming pool - The Room was perfect ! Coffee Machine and everything you need and more 👍🏻👍🏻Our butler was Bank : she was Great: Helping us with all the Reservations for restaurants and Day Trip to Phi Phi Islands. All the Staff were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this Resort

We stayed 5 nights and were very wonderful. The resort is very clean, rooms are spacious and located in quiet area if you prefer to be away from noisy. They have excellent gym and big swimming pool even for kids. Beach is nearby by walking. Highly recommended to visit.
