I forgot my card in the ATM slot and noticed only a few hours later. The next day I asked at the kasikorn counter if I can reclaim my card. They were super helpful and charming and managed to retrieve my card within 15 minutes.

Money exchange: they have the logos of Visa and MasterCard yet don't accept cards, only cash. To top it off, there's no ATM in the airport past security. Personnel not helpful

Couldn't get dollars (or any currency) for my travel destination because they don't accept any card at all, even though they have big MasterCard logo that attracted me in the first place.
