Returning to Suay is always a pleasure, and my latest visit reaffirmed why this restaurant is a must-visit for fusion Thai cuisine in Phuket. Suay has consistently impressed with its innovative approach to combining traditional Thai flavors with modern culinary techniques, making each dish a unique experience. The scallop with pomelo salad stands out as my favorite dish. It’s a refreshing and beautifully crafted dish that I highly recommend.

Last night's first rate Italian Wine Dinner at Suay Phuket. Experienced several so-far unknown wines, and really enjoyed the food, presentation, service, and ambience. This place is a class act 🥂🍷

A wonderful place with delicious food, pomelo salad with grilled sea scallops, braised beef check in massaman curry, grilled sous vide duck breast, sea bass steak with green curry and coconut tiramisu are recommendable and must-try

The food at Suay is probably the best we have had at our trip so far. It is slightly out of the way but it is definitely worth it. I always thought I would find my favorite pad Thai and mango sticky rice at a local joint but Suey’s take on them hit the right spot for me (ie. Must order). Beef cheek was perfectly cooked also. We didn’t try their taco or any western style dishes so can’t really comment on those. Definitely not a place to eat if you are only looking for authentic Thai cuisine. HOWEVER Definitely worth a visit if you are after something delicious. If I really must nit pick will be the complimentary palette cleanser was a bit too solid/not thawed enough when brought to the table (but it was very refreshing regardless).

Amazing place. It was easy to get to. Parking is available. Reservation thru email was quick and easy.

When we got there, the everyone was super polite and professional. They came to check on us every so often. We came to celebrate our honeymoon and this place was perfect.

Apps- crab cakes and chicken spring rolls
Both apps were delicious. The crab cakes were huge. If you order crab cakes, this is enough for 2-3 people.

For entrees- sea bass steak w/ green curry and black rice risotto, the cod steak (special)
Both very delicious but the deep fried prawn was a bit of an overkill- would’ve liked something on the softer side and not fried- but that’s just me

For dessert- we ordered the brownie with coconut ice cream

The restaurant is located in a quiet and cozy area and it is beautifully decorated both outside and inside. The seats are really comfortable and the atmosphere truly romantic, it has been ideal for our Valentine's celebration. We ordered the Premium Set Menu for 2 and the food was really fresh and greatly presented as made by a signature Chef with high professionality. The service was fast but not too fast so that we could enjoy few minutes break between the different courses. On top of this the price is not cheap but not even that expensive. And dessert was a delicious homemade brownie.

Despite being pricy, this was our best meal in Phuket. We would highly recommend the green curry! The staff were so kind and helpful, we loved every moment 😍

Have dinner here and the chief recommended beef cheek, it is very nice. Also try their fish with Tom yam source, good. Cozy place with soft background music. Well trained waitress and excellent service.
Plan to have company dinner here on Feb 2023.

Missed out on PRU but was luckily invited to this place by my uncle on 7 May, I'm not surprised as his favourite Thai fusion in Phuket (he's a regular). Everything we ordered were delicious, the beef cheeks with coconut gnocchi practically melts in your mouth and goes beautifully with the edamame and orange salsa, also love the candied nuts adds. The Dover sole was a special, fresh, and flavorful served with beautifully roasted potatoes and veggies. The prawns and mangosteen somtum were a highlight for good fusion. Scallops and pomelo salad went together nicely. The foie gras Miangkham was an interesting take, but with all the other menus we ordered I was kind of foie gras-ed out 😅 (came in the salad, on the beef)... I was bursting at the seems by the time desserts order was taken but had massive dessert envy when they served those. Definitely a place to go back to just to try the rest of the menus. Service was impeccable and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the food. If only the menu had allergen keys, might be able to get more adventurous with the desserts than the pineapple sorbet...

I travel for food and this restaurant hit the spot, made my trip to Phuket worth every dollar. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came across Suay from the Michelin Guide listing and I have to say I loved it so much I went 3 times in the same week. Several must try items on the menu so I’ll let the pictures do the talking. - The staff and service are great but the food is what takes the glory.

Fusion Thai food done really well. Worth the hype and price. Most dishes have some wow factor! Beautiful restaurant as well! Will always visit when in Phuket.

Thai fusion at its best. Excellent hearty cooking paired with fresh seafood. We had the lobster with paella - the lobster was a very good size sufficient for 2. The pomelo scallop salad was a huge burst of varying crunch and taste, the duck was crispy and served with a mild curry sauce, and the clams was uniquely paired on a light bed of risotto.

Suay is a cozy restaurant with sufficient attentiveness. The only issue is the flames from the kitchen gets into the dining area making it smoky later in the meal. The toliets are also very basic, compared to what was being cooked. Otherwise a delicious and hearty meal, prepared with a lot of dedication.

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food served. Tried some of their signature dishes and wasn’t disappointed with the flavor & portion except for the Aussie Grill Beef salad, which is not their signature dish & was a let down. Service is excellent & didn’t had any trouble getting a table without reservations on a Friday nite. The Lamb is da bomb! Tender, tasty without the gamey smell of a lamb. The foie gras wrap is also a must try. Total bill with a cocktail & a mango sticky rice with sesame ice-cream dessert was about THB2,850 including taxes. Highly recommended!!

In comparison with many places I rated with 5, it’s more like 5.5.
Very tasty food, fair prices, great atmosphere. I understand why there are always so many people (visited during weekends).
I only don’t understand when you get free water and when you get a bottle for 150, after waiter asks u if you want some water 🤔😂

There is a reason why restaurants get Michelin stars and it always clear why they get it as soon as the experience starts. This restaurant it’s a savory experience that you will enjoy we ordered a set to share between 3 so that we could taste as many plates as possible don’t leave without trying the Tom Yum lobster bisque.

It was the second time we visited Suay and we were still impressed by the delicious food. Some great twists on traditional food and nice flavour combinations. We will come again. Just be aware, the portions are huge!

Excellent place for dinner. Amazing Thai haute cuisine! Must visit place! Everything is very delicious. Tasty cocktails also. Crab cakes and pomelo salad must try things.
