The Beach Cuisine

-Updated as we revisited tonight because the food was really lovely. A much more improved experience & they made it special for my daughter’s birthday. All food was AMAZING & staff a lot more smiley and attentive. THANK YOU!

The food was generally lovely & a 5 star. We had bruschetta & chicken satay to start. The Beef Takas for mains were amazing - very lovely. Spaghetti Bolognaise was very bland. For pudding Oreo ice cream & mango sorbet. Both nice. Unfortunately what let this place down was the service. No one looked happy. We had to ask for a second drink, ask for the dessert menu then ask to order the dessert - there was no attentiveness & the restaurant wasn’t that busy for an evening.
Unfortunately this really put a downer on what otherwise could’ve been a lovely meal.

great restaurant for sunset in Phuket. the food is delicious but the food takes time to arrive. I tried tajin was perfect.

An OUTSTANDING local restaurant that provides a lovely beach side atmosphere with delicious local food (and great Western grub too of you would prefer that!)

We kept coming back to eat here during our stay in the area almost every evening - their Pad Thai and Tom Yum were excellent, and my wife (with her, uh, more 'home grown' palate) really enough thier pastas/pizzas.

I also greatly appreciated that they had Vedett beer on offer, rather than just a generic macro lager.

Prices were also very reasonable, and staff friendly and helpful, with food arriving in respectable times. VISIT THIS RESTAURANT!

Wow wow wow what a great restaurant in the waters edge, amazing views brilliant people and excellent food. This restaurant is a must visit, the seabass freshly picked and cooked was amazing. The owner was a great lady and the service impeccable.

Probably the only not poshy expensive great restaurant at Bang Tao offering Mediterranean cuisine. The location is perfect for sunset watching, and the design is bit reminiscent of Greece with its white n blue shades. The portions were really generous, we had salads and probably the biggest tuna tartare I've ever seen in my life. All delish n I would ddef recommend for those living in the area

What an amazing place! Beautiful views, nice efficient staff and the best food I have had in Phuket so far.
The ribs are delicious and their bruschettas as well.

Amazing beachfront restaurant with great food and outstanding service. An extensive wine list very interesting. Great for any occasion. A must in the area.

Seriously, the food was so good. The tuna tartar/tataki, the ceviche, the mango gazpacho, and the Panang curry were all divine. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Top tier beach restaurant. Meats/sharing platters are phenomenal. Food quality is out of this world. Excellent value. Staff are exceptionally friendly and service oriented. Beach views I will fly back to Phuket for.

Anytime you can get fresh fish, on the beach, during happy hour, while the sun is setting is a big WIN!!! The mojitos were tasty, the garlic shrimp was excellent, and my main course was to die for. Never have I ever had Dory fish, pan seared in olive oil and lemon. The fish is sooooo flaky and delicate. Definitely want to eat here again. Hopefully, that's tomorrow. My side was fried potatoes, also known as skillet potatoes. Next time in getting the fried vegetables as that has the baby corn I love, in it. I could go on and on, but to sum it up, EAT HERE!!!!

5 star location, best for sunset view. The food is very tasty. If you have time try the smoked fish (one whole fish takes upto an hour to cook). Personally I like the bruschetta.

I was just scooting around the island, when I saw a motorbike turn down this little road, I decided to follow. And here is The Beach Cuisine. Welcoming and inviting, so I decided to have a Cocktail and maybe eat something. What a surprise, delicious Thai Green Curry and a ice cold Strawberry Daiquiri. The food is really good. Tasty just Devine. The vibe is awesome and the views are breathtaking. I was lucky to be there at sunset. Friendly owner and staff. Felt comfortable and relaxed. They have a great menu with specials on certain days. You must visit when you are in the area. It's worth the drive. I totally enjoyed it. I will go back, for sure. I have back and had the Fried Dory Fish, again cooked to perfection.

One of the best meals we had on our trip to Bang Tao. We tried the chicken which I would love to have again! As well as the steak and fish which my friends also loved. My friend also had a vegetarian breakfast here which she rated highly.

Lovely setting right on the beach. It was raining and the staff went out of their way to help us shelter from the rain, even providing umbrellas for us to use to get to our taxi at the end of the night.

Highly recommend and we will be back!

Incredibly good food and service! We had the tuna tartar and smoked fish menu (which took around 1h to cook, but we knew it beforehand so np!). At first the (red) algae brought us a pretty stingy smell but we got used to it. All in all, full recommendation to this place for sea food. It had great view, food and service!
To be noted: they add the VAT (7%) to the final check, so don't be surprised.

Amazing and relaxing ambience with great music. The 9-hr smoked chicken with sauteed potatoes and harissa sauce and lamb racks are out of the world! The food look so good we dug in immediately, no pictures needed. Highly recommended to be here early sipping reasonably priced cocktails whilst enjoying the stunning sunset. Overall, this restaurant is not just good food, great sunset and positive vibes to spend the evening.

Don’t let the unimaginative name fool you as this place actually has some really good food to whet your appetite and to fill you to the brim. The serving sizes are ridiculously huge and some dishes can literally feed a village. Prices are very decent and the overall experience and vibe is fun.

Located in BangTao beach, this great beach front restaurant definitely won't let you down. Love the atmosphere here, but of cause the most amazing is the food. The chef really created a great menu, I tried the snails, greek salad, simple but so yummy. Service is very good, all staff here are very nice. High recommended.
