Arinara Beach Resort Phuket

Wonderful 5 nights spent here. Probably the most kid friendly resort we've been to. The location was perfect with a private beach that had the most beautiful sunset.
We had the pool access rooms which were perfect, with 2 big beds, where my kid had a whole bed to himself.
The breakfast spread was great with kids menu, cutlery etc. the place truly has many things for kids to do and is ideal for a family vacation. There are many eateries around the place as well, making it easy to go around. The Beach club facing the beach is good to chill in the evenings with their vey Starbucks as well.
One area of improvement would be the bathroom and bathroom size, starts to feel claustrophobic at times.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt it was absolutely value for money. Would love to be back here someday again

Our daughter & now son in-law had their wedding at the Arinara in Dec 2023 & we could not fault it in any way. Wayu & Roody were just wonderful planners and listened to all of our special requests and plans and executed everything without a hitch. The resort and event area looked spectacular as did the ceremony on the beach (at sunset) and the party area was decorated & lit up just beautifully. The food, cocktails & service were all impeccable, and the AV equipment and dance floor & table decorations were perfecto too.. Most of the wedding guests stayed at the Arinara for approx a week & everyone was super impressed by the facilities, service & location. We look forward to returning to this gorgeous resort for a holiday one day soon. Thanks to all the staff.

All are superb!!! The room is large and clean , facilities are well prepared for family, friends and couples, staffs are well trained and nice. The serviced boat is excellent with nice staffs. Their photograph’s skill is superb !!
The sea tour is perfect for snorkeling. You can drop by the banana beach. One of the memorable vacation 👍🏻

Was hard to check out of this hotel having stayed 4 nights. Spectacular pool and surroundings with great layout and design of the whole area. Our room had great view of pool from the south end, room very spacious. Just the bathroom was starting to look out dated and worn out, top shower head not working properly. Before we left was a letter saying we are upgrading the rooms and sorry about construction noise, so nice to know thats happening. Breakfast was great selection, Beach restaurant was amazing food, pool bar great service and a cool table tennis room. Didnt go to swim from the beach as the pools were so good. Good little fitness room for a workout before breakfast. And cant forget the cleaners of our room, great job, very clean and tidy every day. Look forward to staying here again on our next Thai trip.

Amazing resort, would stay again
When checking in we were given a different room for the first 2 nights with a pool view, then moved to our booked room which was pool access garden view, so got to experience both. The garden view gave more privacy for swimming and quieter but a few mosquito's around. The pool view was noisy on the balcony with everyone in the pool it was a lovely view. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

On arrival we were warmly greeted ,given a complimentary drink before being escorted to our room. This was very spacious with a free bed for putting our stuff onto. The view and balcony were fab overlooking the pool with the view of the sea nearby. Excellent housekeeping and I wish I knew the maids name for room 4311. All the staff were very obliging, polite and appeared genuinely happy to help. I very much enjoyed the yoga, pilates and body conditioning and stretching classes held by Joob and Yam. Lovely waterway filled with tropical fish as you leave reception to the rooms. The public beach where you pay a small amount for sunbeds and parasols was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the Thia massages there. Breakfast was between 06.30 and 10.30, varied and plentiful. Play area and kiddie food there.

My wife and I stayed here for our first 5 nights of our honeymoon flying into Phuket. We decided on Bang Tao and this resort as it was a slightly quieter area.

The resort itself is huge and has everything you may need. The beach is lovely with some local restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

All in all a great place to stay if you are looking to get away from the more party areas such as Patong.

They have a private beach and it's super cool place. They have Starbucks and bar and restaurant. But very very less options here for vegetarian people. Non veg and sea food is available and many varying that. Staff is good and helpful. Good ambiance and spacious rooms.

Facilities: Perfect pool for kids and family. and have a very stylish beach bar.
Food: Very good food. Pasta and pizza is good. Southern Thai food also very good.
Services: very good staffs.
We used a sailing boat service to the one island. beautiful boat, good service .

We had a wonderful stay at Arinara. Yesterday we went there for happy hour pina coladas to celebrate my birthday and once again the staff, especially Iee, Rvee and Earnie, were absolutely fantastic. They made my day special. Thank you team 🤍 we will be back

It's right on the beach and really gives that resort feel. Lots to do during the day, great music vibes at night. Really easy to pass the days. Prices are on the expensive side but had a meal in the restaurant on the last night and was incredible so you get what you pay for.

Kids club was great with 3 different rooms to play between. Staff fantastic and deserve 5 stars for their effort.

Pools are very well set out. Big pool up top which most of the older folks went, middle area was for family and the lower pool was a good mix.

Breakfast area is amazing and so well set out. Never seemed like it was too busy. Great selection too.

If your undecided, take the plunge. It's a great hotel, great staff, great location though not much else about.

I will definitely stay again.

Really nice location. Very friendly staff, always giving top service and trying to help. Very kids friendly. Nice swimming pool.
Rooms are big, tidy and clean. Lots of room even for a family of 5.
Front desk staff is really friendly and helpfull. Trying their best to answer any questions.

3rd hotel on our first ever trip to Thailand. First impressions were that the staff were very pleasant, friendly & helpful with a good level of english speaking (much better than my 'thank you' in Thai). The hotel was very clean in general and our room was a good size, (we had a swim up pool garden view), although (and this seems to be a thing in Thailand), not enough draw storage for clothes so lived out of packing cubes! The room we had (5101) was next to the pathway, which staff used to take laundry, etc, to the service area & there was a staff shortcut / walkway next to the swim-up pool. Therefore, you can get a lot of noise from carts, etc, around 7 am onwards and lack of privacy in the room due to the staff using shortcut / walkway as no nets in room window was a little off putting. Apart from that, l while it's the first room off the main walkway to/from reception, general 'people' noise wasn't too bad.
Thus is a family hitel & pools etc appear to be set up for this, so if you like a quiet adult only area, you'll have to stay on your balcony & not in the main pool areas. The location of the hotel is great, regarding closeness to the beach, literally walk straight onto it. For eateries, there are a few with 2-10 min walk with good mini golf next door, which does good food to.

We spent 10 days here. We were really satisfied. The staff was really nice, polite and helpful. Everything was organized as we discussed with them im advance. The room and all the facilities were clean. The food was delicious. It's a family friendly place with many possibilities for children. I can only recommend.

Loved our stay at the Arinara hotel .. our waiter Preem was an absolute joy , the best service and so attentive nothing was ever to much trouble for him , quick , smiley just a great feeling about him , he is the best waiter without a doubt there !!

Lovely beachside hotel.
Very large picturesque swimming pool with swim-up bar. Lots of poolside loungers and umbrellas available during our stay.
Room was very spacious and captured the tropical vibe beautifully. The wardrobe drawers were problematic and we requested maintenance to mend them, they tried for an hour or so, but next day they broke again, so really need to be refurbed or replaced. Shower area was massive and though not high pressure, the rainforest shower head was very pleasant. Cleaners did a great job each day. Complete absence of insects which was great. Hotel was fumigated one afternoon - we had prior notification on the hotel app, however I was sitting on 2nd floor balcony when it started and smell was awful - I closed patio doors and curtains and turned off aircon but could still smell and taste the chemicals.
Food was fab. We opted for half board. Breakfast was very varied, with European and local Thai delicacies. The omelette bar that made custom omelettes was delightful. Evening meals all beautifully prepared - the head chef a delightful man who was happy to talk us through the choices and took a massive pleasure in discussing the dishes available - lots of credit to him and his team for producing consistently high quality food. Our only real gripe was the absence of fresh water with our evening meal which seemed incongruous with the effort put in to ensure we enjoyed the food.
We used the hotel massage services on several occasions and it was superb - very good value and very professional.
We used the hotel shuttle bus to both local markets - fantastic service and couldn’t help thinking it would have been great to offer 2 or 3 runs to/from the markets each night as it seemed a very over-subscribed service.
The new beachside bar and restaurants very swanky and cool looking, but we thought most people would have preferred chill out music rather than the fairly loud disco-type / r&b music played most days.
Overall we thought the hotel was beautiful, with easy access to a fab beach, lots of nice bars, great restaurants and above all a very pleasant staff who all seemed very eager to ensure the enjoyment of all the guests.

Had our wedding at the hotel! The staff and team organising were incredible from day one. I could not recommend staying or hosting a wedding at the Arinara more!! Amazing people, great food and restaurants are delicious at the hotel including the Starbucks! Enjoy your stay here!!

Clean and well maintained Hotel right in front of the beach. Several restaurants and supermarkets outside close by. A lot of options for the kids to play and a great variete a pools. Nice breakfast. Some nice tables require a minimum consumption which is too high for just 2 people. Friendly staff. We will defnitely come back if there is a chance.

Really lovely hotel, fantastic staff too. Remembered my name the next day which always goes a long way with me. Rooms were great looking over the pool. Pizzas were lovely and the pool bar was just brilliant.

Wonderful location! One of the first big Thai-family oriented hotels on Bang Tao beach. The gigantic pool is the center of this place, with swim up bar. New beach restaurant is amazing! Sunsets to die for! Rooms are slightly dated but spacious and comfortable.
