Nice gym with a lot of equipment I haven't seen in ages. You get everything you need and more. The owners serve shakes at the entrance and the obligatory gym pugs are also present. Definitely a good gym to visit.

Well maintained and run gym, good selection of equipment for most workouts. Very central location in Kai Bae. Reasonable day rate, 500 baht for 3 days or 200 a day. Towels available daily as well which is a nice touch.
The coffee shop outside also comes highly recommended.

Best gym in koh chang. Located at Kai bae beach. Nice and clean atmosphere. Good service. They have a bar here to, so you can get a quick refill of protein and fruitshakes straight after workout. Wonderful place

Very decent gym with alot of different machines to stay in shape. Staff is very friendly and rates are very fair. 200 Baht for a full day including a fresh towel. Water and protein shakes are available at the front desk. Check it out and have a session to get a feel. Njoy

Excellent gym space! All the equiptment looked brand new. Was 200Baht to use for one day which is very reasonable and well air conditioned. You can also buy Protein shakes after which is a nice extra that are on 69baht

Nice gym with 200 baht per day! They are so kind!!! I forgot my outfit there. They kept it, and they were willing to give me back in lonely beach another day.

I was looking for a gym on Koh Chang to try real Muay Thai. Came across this one. Great guys and option to train with real Thai fighters.

Good gym with lots of weights and machines.
Great owners too, very helpful.
Afterwards you can enjoy a protein shake, fruit shake, good coffee hot or iced and fresh young coconut juice.

Fantastic Gym has everything you need for decent workout very clean and the Machines well maintained both the owner and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful for my money the best Gym on Koh Chang .

Is a great gym and location perfect. The owner very helpful and nice. After training can buy coffe or protein chake and site down outside.

Nice gym. Good solution for people who are on holidays but still want to lift some weights. Prices are resonable and you can buy packages also. You get a fresh towel every entrance.

The owner runs a great value for money consession card system.

Good gym with smoothie/coffee bar outside. Owner is always around to answer questions- when asked who owns the place, he pointed to his son.

Amazing gym! Lovely people that are down to have a chat and make a protein shake for your workout. The gym has all the essential strength training machines you can think of and lots of airconditioners! I would defenitely recommend to anyone!
