Koh Chang Hospital

Slipped over at the swimming pool yesterday, landing on my hip and face on the floor. Came to check nothing was broken as it's very painful. Service was excellent. I already did a Google translate of my symptoms for the booking in in case their English wasn't so good, but they understood the message clearly. Quickly booked in and saw a doctor quickly too (I came early morning). She assured me all was ok and patched me up and gave me the necessary medication and all the info I needed about flying, swimming etc. Left feeling very reassured and my total bill was B800, certainly much more reasonable than any private medical facility. Very happy.

Went to this hospital with our son of 2 years. It was the third time in one month he had gotten diarrhea. So now we were getting worried he had picked something bad in Cambodia. We had to register, the nurse's comprehension of English was quite limited. But once we were seen by the doctor our apprehension changed. A young but well-versed female doctor diagnosed our son and prescribed antibiotics and some other medicine to battle the infection. A week later now and the diarrhea is gone. The cost for the consult and the medicine was less than 500 Baht. Much much cheaper than a visit to the International Clinic would have cost. Just seeing a doctor there would have set us back 4000 Baht.

Fast and easy checkin, diagnosed quickly, cost of healthcare here in thailand is so affordable for foriegners. Seen doctor for ear infection, was examined by physician and received two perscriptions for less then 12 usd.

We were there for our child's ear infection. We were helped quickly and effectively, and the treatment was inexpensive. The lady at the front desk speaks English well.

После татуировки пошли гнойники, видимо вода грязная или еще чего.
В общем поехали на эту сторону отсрова и посетили клинику. Завели электронную карту, все померили, взвесили, первичный прием провели.
Далее уже врач смотрел, через переводчик прекрасно общается.
После этого всё обработали, выдавили, замазали, упаковали и забинтовали.
Дали таблетки все нужные.
Счёт итого 700 бат!
В аптеке только лекарства вышли бы на 400-500 бат без всяких приемов, уж знаю я их цены на антибиотики.
Всем рекомендую, очень позитивно и профессионально.
Момент только добраться, на байке легко, а вот с сонгтео в виде такси будет уже не так выгодно.

Ich musste wegen einer Lebensmittelvergiftung in Behandlung. Hierbei entschied ich mich aufgrund der Nähe für das lokale und einheimische Spital.
Fazit: guter Service, schnelle Hilfe, bemüht und freundlich!

Hospital with good reputation (according to Lonely Planet) and reasonable prices. I went there after a bike accident and they treated my wounds and bruises well, also stitched one wound, but the didn't do any x-ray. I did that one week later in Bangkok because my chest and foot were still hurting, but everything was ok. They didn't speak much but enough English. I payed around 1600 Baht (THB=53 USD) in total and would go there again.
