Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket

Overall, the experience was excellent. We enjoyed a vacation with our 5-year-old, and the hotel proved to be incredibly convenient for families with children. The beach was just a one-minute walk from our room, and the abundance of trees in the area provided ample shade.

The variety of food available was impressive, and the quality was high, with everything tasting delicious. However, I do wish there were more activities specifically catered to kids.

Everything was amazing. All service was 10 out of 10, especially the pool bar. I was given paper with all their names however, I have seemed to have lost it, but I will say that everyone working on the bar on the 13th of January 2024 were amazing.

If you are a couple or an adult party, expect a lot of kids however in the mornings and evenings, the pool is mostly empty which is great.

Had a wonderful stay here just before Christmas. Perfect place for people wanting a beautiful, peaceful cordoned off beach, beach massage ladies on hotel grounds and very helpful and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment (talented singer) and the atmosphere of the hotel. Prestige shopping, night market and great restaurants nearby at Boat Avenue. Great cocktails and Thai food at the hotel. The afternoon tea included with club rooms was also delicious. General store, currency exchange, pharmacy and medical centre just outside hotel (2 minutes walk). Pool was lovely temperature and staff actively removed towels from sunbeds not being used. Always plenty for guests. Hope to return!

I must say it was an incredible experience, the breathtaking view from the hotel was simply mesmerizing. Having three different restaurants with a variety of cuisines adds another layer to the overall experience. It’s great to have diverse options to cater to different tastes.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only incredibly helpful but also exceptionally friendly throughout our stay.

This is my wife and I's absolute favorite resort. We both got engaged and married here. Big shout out to K. Num who walked us through it every step of the way and organized the event perfectly through hard work and dedication. Could not recommend this resort more.

Very nice place next to the sea. The rooms are very well decorated and the service and welcome in the hotel is also very good. Easy transportation with baki cars and very good food. We only had a small flood one night, but the staff fixed everything very quickly. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Had a great stay at the Dusit Thani Laguna, one of the best service I have ever gotten ! All the staff was friendly and helpful (special thanks to my driver too). Love the breakfast menu, variety of food (from local cuisine to American, and can't forgot the selections of tropical fruits)

I underestimated how far the hotel is from old phuket town or chilva market, but the hotel itself has a beach access so it was worth it.

I had a wonderful 2 nights stay here at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket, good location at Laguna area, few steps away from the beach, breakfast was great, service was excellence!, room is beautiful and comfy bed! I will definitely returning to this property again in the future! Recommended!

Great stay with very peaceful as it was not high season. Very friendly team at swimming pool area, breakfast restaurant team, housekeeper as well as porters. The room was quite dated but not old. Location is quite far from busy town so if you want to stay near by then this is not you should stay but if you want to have relax and enjoy the beach then perfect choice. Also, this huge property has plenty of walking around space.

I’m very pleased to have stayed here during my holiday in Phuket. The hotel though is not new, is very well maintain. There are lots of beautiful orchids in the lobby area. I had a room facing the lake & it was lovely to hear the birds chirping in the morning. Service was great from airport transfer, front office, bell boy, housekeeping, in-room dining to dining in the restaurant. Rung was especially attentive at breakfast & brought me a bucket of ice to the room very promptly when asked. The GM even walks around at breakfast to greet guests & help clear the table - this says a lot about the culture here. There’s lots of outdoor space & activities for children too - the swimming pool, with water feature, camping & camp fire ground, mini rock climbing etc. The beach is just steps away from the resort - so nice to hear the waves & smell the sea breeze. The mango sticky rice is a must eat. They were so good, I had to eat it every day. The resort also has handicap friendly rooms should you need - this is so thoughtful. I would return! ;)

It was my second visit to Dusit Thani (after 8 years) and again it proved to be a great choice!
The experience started with contact from Mr Luca Davanzati who made sure I will be happy with the chosen room. The reservations Team and the entire crew of the hotel did a wonderful job contributing to the experience.
The room was spacious and clean, the breakfasts plentiful and the entire stay memorable.
The only thing I didn't like were merchant stands right on the beach line blocking the sea view - there was nothing like this 8 years ago.

Very professional staff. The groups are definitely beautiful. The breakfast bar Very good but did not care for the food in the other restaurants. Still overall I would stay again.

Hotel employees provide such welcoming service. Room is furnished beautifully and lovely bathroom. Everything provided for. I would not hesitate to book again.

A quiet area compare to Kata or Patong Beach.Coarse sand but the waves are good. Kids around are having fun especially in the evening.

A really absolutely wonderful place, magnificent beach, restaurant, lobby, if I had something to solve/ask, it was solved immediately! the staff is very kind! it's the first time I come here and I will definitely come back!

Honestly, I can't express my feelings as everything was excellent, from the warm reception, from the staff professionalism towards the smiley goodbye.

The hotel is super clean, breakfast amazing & don't miss the afternoon tea plz.

Last, a big thanks to "Supaporn Pana" who kept calling & asking if we needed anything, even if she saw us walking around, she would greet us and make sure that everything was OK.

For sure, I'll come again.

Had an amazing 10 day stay here for our honeymoon. Unfailingly lovely staff, a beautiful beach location and with free shuttle buses and boats to get you anywhere within the Laguna complex. It was magical! The only tiny constructive commend I’d make is that the TV’s aren’t smart so not possible to watch your own content; but that’s a really minor thing. Loved it and hope to visit again.

Beautiful resort with a beautiful view and kind smiling staff that are ready to help you whenever you need them. 3 restaurants available at the resort, nice breakfast, wonderful choices. We had a problem with our first room when we first arrived, it smelled like cigarettes. They were incredibly helpful and changed the room immediately to a better one. The staff’s kindness are the highlight of this place.
