Had a lovely dinner at this secluded place. Food was nice but everything tasted a little bit too sweet. If you prefer more of a normal taste make sure to ask them not to add sugar or sugar syrup to the dishes.
Prices are reasonable and setting is right at the beach. It’s a definitely a must stop when in Khao Lak.

Have been to Khao Lak since many years now but came to this restaurant first time after a local friends recommendation, fresh and quality seafood with authentic Thai flavours, a family run business with perfection and hospitality in every aspect. Pricing is very reasonable as per the food quality, portion and the location. Would keep visiting this place now onwards!

If you are in Khao Lak and you are looking for a thai food experience, this is one of the best we had. We ordered a lot of dishes only to try them out and we ended eating them all. Highly recommended ! The prices are cheap, we paid 1350 for 10 dishes and 2 beers so ❤🙏

Awesome find. I love this restaurant! Great for beers and local food. Their spicy pomelo salad is so yummy! Prices are pretty reasonable. Plus the view of the beach is great.

Krua Thai was an amazing experience! The fried fish in the curry was amazing. You could taste the lemongrass and fresh coconut with the spices. I would suggest getting the papaya salad in extra mild!

Been here many times for both lunch and dinner. Imo. this is the best restaurant in the area, genuine great tasting Thai food. Located by the beach with a very nice view. Staff is very friendly.

Had a nice evening meal tonight: squid with black pepper, Prawns with broccoli, morning glory and a really tasty red prawn curry. Some rice, a few nice cocktails and 2 desserts for less than 1000baht. Really enjoyed. Nice ambience and very close to the sea. Would recommend.

During our stay in Khao Lak we visited " KruaThai Restaurant" Twice. Both times the food was extremely good.
Very generous portions. You will not leave hungry
Very delicious seafood dishes.
We recommend the "Pomelo+ Prawn Salad ".
Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially the young couple " Pause + her boyfriend "

Fantastic food with a beautiful sunset view. The staff are really lovely and the food is great value for money.
It’s a little way out of the town but it was so good we went four times in two weeks.

Excellent food, beautiful location and extraordinary service. I came here many times during my vacation and was very satisfied. They are also open to customer wishes and made all of my meals vegan on request.

We visited Krua Thai twice this week and I'm pleased to say that it's just a good as when we visited two years ago. We also checked out two other nearby beach restaurants.. Bambis and Chill-lay both seemed more expensive than Krua Thai and maybe not as good; which why we went a second time.
We had whole fish and crabs... so it's never going to be a cheap meal. All were delicious.
One of the waitresses spoke reasonable English and all staff were most polite. They provided transport from and back to our hotel which was handy as the foot bridge across the river was broken in a recent storm.
If you're seriously into seafood then it's not to be missed. If you want a cheap meal in a lovely setting then it's also a good choice with lots to pick from the menu.

Food is very tasty, unexpensive and the service is great.
The location is the one that you will see at any exotic postcard.
Sunsets are great, decorated with little light bulbs and bamboo chairs
It was a highlight of our day.

Ah! They do have cocktails too, cheap.

Best Thai food and experience we have ever had. We ordered fresh seafood 24 hours prior and it was delish!!

A lovely place with the best Thai food so far. Beautiful setting on the beach, fully stocked bar, amazing local food! Phad krapao was full of bright green basil, the beef salad fresh and flavoursome, perfect morning glory!! Highly recommended when nearby or from afar.

Two lovely authentic Thai meals matched with well priced (and made) happy hour cocktails. Recommend the prawn dishes and free pick up and drop off if staying at Robinson Club.
