Yok Inter Trade (Chiang Mai)

Just decided to pop into this store today as we were passing by. It is a store that sells baking and cafe supplies amongst other miscellaneous grocery items. A lot of bulk items as well.

I have been looking for a dairy free whipped topping for a long time and I finally found several brands at Yok! I am so happy to have found some dairy free items here for dessert making!

Great stores and excellent service!
There were a lot of people
but the lines were not long.
The store is clean and the shelves were well stocked. We are from Nan, so it is always fun to see what other stores have.

I went to purchase an Espresso Machine for my home.

The staff member that greeted and served me was wonderful.
I explained what I was looking for and he showed me a product that would suit my requirements.

He then demonstrated the machine by making my friend and I an Espresso.
He also demonstrated how to warm and froth milk, so we had a Macchiato as well.
He explained step by step everything about the Gaggia Viva Deluxe.
This person was one of the kindest and knowledgeable store employees I've ever encountered anywhere.

Another bonus was the 1,000 baht discount.
Of course I purchased the machine.

All of the staff at this business are friendly.
It was a pleasure to shop here today. 🙏 😊 🤗

I was shocked to find several items that were hard to find in others stores. Love the layout as they do wholesale and retail. They have commercial grade kitchen appliences as well as a built in "buy in bulk" feature with listed pricing. Well organized and wortg a visit. Also saw American brands I havent found anywhere else. Worth a visit and in a conveniant location.

This was the original bakery supply shop for decades.

It as kept up and expanded it's range of producer to meet the ever expanding market place.

It's prices are very competitive and selection is as good as I know of in the north.

I can say is the best place be you a restaurant or coffee shop that wants to offer a wide range of deserts or even drink choices to ensure your customers are coming back.

My daughter good bakers of home made dessert s and Yok is their one stop shop for most all their ingredients and related items.

Nice supermarket but most selection are focused on baking ingredients, materials, tools and equipment. If you own a coffee shop, bread & pastry shop or dessert specialty shop, i believe this is right place to go and check all the things you need for your business.

When Yok opened, the selection was smaller. Now, it is fully grown. Awesome selection of baking and cooking supplies and equipment in one store. If you like to cook or want to open a restaurant, this should be your first stop. Worth the visit.

A very interesting shop. A store made for those who love to do decorate cooking or cooking of any sort along with many other items of interest. On this trip, I purchased a big block of butter and some frozen chicken breasts 🙂

This is the best bakers and cooking supply place in Chiang Mai, it's big modern and staffed with knowledgeable people who are always ready to assist. It's not the cheapest, but it's not over the top on most lines. Some of the kitchen white goods are very expensive, but they are what can only be described as high end. Their after sale service is also very good. If you're into cooking, then this place is worth exploring.

Great place to shop for small business shops or even just individuals as they carry many internationally products

The place to get baking supplies. They've got a good selection of nuts. I was also very pleased to find organic flax seeds. There's a little cafe inside which is nice to relax after shopping. Very pleasant!

YOK is the hidden treasure for any cook and/or chef. Fantastic choice of professionally crafted collection of ingredients that you might not find anywhere else. Whole grains, wheat/rye/gluten-free flour, yeast, mixers, burners, any size any application. Beans, nuts, you name it - it is all here waiting for you. Thank you very much. AAA+++++

The best place to shop for baking equipments and ingredients. Only negative thing is that many products have no English label or list of ingredients and the Thai label word is so tiny that translation app can't recognize.

Yok has an extremely wide variety of ingredients, supplies, and wrappings for all of your baking needs. They also have a wide variety of appliances for sale upstairs. I usually buy our nuts, dried fruits, flours, and marshmallows here. They also have decent prices on peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Good. Lots of products and a great food machine shop upstairs. Everything good but very expensive. If they don't have what you want, then you don't need it! Parking ok but very busy...

I usually find everything i need at this shop. From Pizza bases, Cheese, to flour, chocolates, sugars, and almost all bakery ingredients. Well priced as well.
