After two months of exploring Chiangmai, i can say this shop has the best quality food and supplies for dogs and cats. There is a wide selection or local and imported products for nutrition, general care and health. The team is super nice and professional. Highly recommended 💯

the staff here treat me better than some friends do! helped me a lot with my senior canadian schnauzer’s diet; i’ve had to change his food a number of times, and finding one he likes to eat, grain free, and doesn’t break the bank is difficult. but they have always managed to figure it out. then they helped me switch to a food that both him and my new pomeranian puppy could eat so i could eliminate the struggle of trying to keep them separate. the shop always has grain free treats, plush beds, bathing supplies, and numerous medications i used to get from the vet (so i don’t know what the person below is referring to), as well as toilet training options i didn’t know existed. i’ve also bought hamster supplies here. i will say that i think their dog toy selection is too small.

today, i decided to bite the bullet and buy a large bag of doing food instead of a small one and my shop went above and beyond; they gave me free sample packets, and discussed tick medication options that i wasn’t aware of before. so i saved an extra 80thb/lb on the large bag of food and walked out a very happy customer with extra goodies for the dogs. i’ve never felt so good about spending a lump sum of money haha

Excellent collection. I found everything i needed including hard to find prescription and maintenance diets for my cats with special needs. The proprietor speaks excellent English and gave me discounts as well as a free toy and a pouch of food. I've been in Chiang Mai less than 5 days and I've already been here twice! Would recommend to any pet owner.

One of the very few pets stores you can trust in Chiang Mai for selling quality in date food. Large choices for cats and dogs, plus toys and cat scratchers, litter trays and a variety of litter. Staff do not speak much English but this shouldn’t always be expected in a foreign country. Show staff a copy of what you want if you can’t find it in the shop, and they will be more than accommodating to help you order it.

I always come here for dog food. They have the same dog food I used to buy in the US. Good selection of many pet things.
