So much beautiful history here, not super touristy either. Bring good shoes because you’ll be walking up hill on uneven paths.

Highly recommended. Very interesting experience and staff in the information center was very helpful. Bear in mind to ask for a free parking ticket and keep left when climbing the hill.

Place worth a visit. Interesting info about history and renovation of the Calvary, souvenirs, restaurant and nice garden with children's playground.

Kalvária je určite jednou z dominánt mesta, ktorú je vhodné navštíviť. Z neplateného parkoviska je to príjemná prechádzka vhodná aj pre menšie deti poprípade domácich miláčikov. Miesto je postupne rekonštruované a upravované. Z vrcholu sú krásne výhľady nielen na mesto Banská Štiavnica ale aj do širokého okolia. Na pokojnú prechádzku spojenú s krátkou modlitbou odporúčam min. 1,5-2 hodinky času.
