Swissôtel Hotel Makkah

This was a very nice hotel to stay in, the rooms were cleaned and maintained well and the location was brilliant. Most of all the staff working at the hotel were very kind and this made our stay pleasant. Everyone was so happy to help in any way they could. We were treated very well and made to feel at home here. The supervisor in charge of our rooms his name I believe to be salah really made sure we were looked after well. I would like to thank the whole team for providing us with such excellent service and making us feel so welcome as guests at your hotel.

Stayed here in February and I have nothing negative to say. Hotel is a stones throw away from the Haram and the local shops. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was amazing so much variety. I could not fault this place. They had these amazing massage machines which we used after completing our Umrah. The staff were so polite and helpful. I literally have nothing bad to say about this place.

Sounds like you had an amazing experience! From the clean and comfortable room to the convenient location near the clock tower mall and the Haram, it seems like everything was perfect. The room service and staff were both exceptional, and the breakfast with its huge variety must have been a highlight. Overall, it sounds like a fantastic place to stay.

We had a great stay, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was awesome. ROOM service Cleaned the rooms everyday. They had a great variety food at breakfast time and separate area for Kids. The location to the haram is very close just few meters. The bathrooms needs to be upgraded.

Excellent location with just few minutes walk from the haram. We were able to pray the five daily prayers at the haram. The rooms are very good but a little tight. The restaurant buffet had variety of excellent food selection. The front desk representatives were helpful, courteous, and friendly. The service desk was great in delivering bags on time but not really helpful for other advice, especially on how to get a taxi.

I love this hotel ! It’s so nice and the service is amazing. You can ask for anything and they’d give it to you, and so fast as well, but the best is the housekeeping. Habib cleaned our room, and he was just amazing. I requested house cleaning expecting it to be done at least in the next 3-4 hours understanding it a huge hotel, no he literally cleaned within the hour !!! Gave us so much free water, and so many towels. This place is wonderful, definitely stay here !!

One of the best hotel to stay in. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very cooperative and kind. And the best part is that it connects to the clock tower through the lobby. There’s no need to change multiple lifts to get to the ground floor. Literally just 5 minutes walk to Al Haram
The breakfast was very good. Has multiple options and it tastes good too. All the rooms view Haram.

this is the second time i stayed in this hotel, the room was good i booked the ka’ba view and the view was amazing, the clean service was friendly but not the one who knocked my door all the time it’s so disturbing he knocked night time he didn’t bell he knocked so for me that is the minus, and the reception is not helpful when we want to check in and they’re service was so slow. but overall the room was great!

Ahmad and Mehmood looked after our needs very well. They were friendly and polite and cleaned our room on a daily basis. I have no qualms about staying at this hotel again. Breakfast was good. Sherif Ramadan Supervisor was also very nice and offered great local knowledge

We stayed at this facility during a very busy schedule. It was during the Ramadan. All staffs of this hotel are very active, sincere and hardworking. All our requests were noted and well executed. Specifically, the house keeping, where Mr Hosne Jaman helped me to satisfy up to the fullest. I will definitely visit again. Best regards….

Pros: Extremely clean, water is always topped up with regular room service. Nice smelling room, and beds are very comfortable.
Breakfast is amazing, lots of options and kid friendly. Omelette and pancake service. And Fridays has many children options.
Price is high, £1200 for 6 nights for couple however we found this worth it due to ease travelling around. Domestic staff are very helpful and polite. Direct access to clock tower masjid. Teas and coffees are always topped up. Very safe.

Cons: Luggage staff can be rude, reception is always busy and noisy took a while to check in.

Tips: remember what lift takes you to your room as some of them are limited to certain floors. Outside market is cheaper than the clock towers but make sure to haggle prices.

Food was amazing fusion of Asian and middle Eastern really enjoyed 100%
Manager Faizan went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I will come back again....lovely experience.

We stayed in room 3619 and had a wonderful experience.

Cons:
Our reservation was canceled because we didn't see the invoice on the way to Makkah. They give you 24 hrs and we were on the plane and couldn't make the payment. Reception eventually gave us one room in place of the 2 we booked and I had to pay more.

Pros:
The location is perfect. There is a mall and food court attached to the hotel. Hotel staff were amazing. They kept the place clean and made sure our stay was comfortable in every way.
Hope to come back here soon.

5 star! Alhamdulilah, staff and service was great. All helpful. For parents please do not mistake the cooler as a fridge or freezer.

They have nescaffee coffee machine, would be good if they can renovate the shower rooms in the near future.

Room number 2025! Excellent service and amenities! Housekeeping staff is super nice and efficient. Ahmed in particular was always quick and thorough to clean our room.

Perfect location, literally a 5 minute walk from Al Haram. The rooms, and service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet included just about everything you could think of! Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Would definitely book again

Hotel was excellent highly recommended from start to finish was great, location was very close you can use clock tower or side entrance.

Room service were amazing, cleaning great, breakfast was excellent as well with 0630-1030 weekdays and weekend 0630-1100.

Overall great place to stay, single lift to your room, 43 floors.

Would I stay there again yes if I came with family or as a couple...
