Great start for the second Umrah from masjid Aisha. You'll get so much crowd here. Washrooms are very neat and clean. You'll get all local items from here. Only 5 SR charge for taxi from Aisha to Haram.

I went to Masjid Aisha on my second Umrah.

This is the place closest to Masjid Al-Haram if you want to perform Umrah and you want to start your state of Ihram. We put our Ihram on at the hotel, took a taxi ride to Masjid Al-Aisha, prayed our Turaqats and made our intention for Umrah, not too far from Masjid Al haram. Just grab any taxi.

What a beautiful and tranquil place it is. The Masjid has this beautiful off-white colour with the minarets that shine beautiful in the night. As soon as you enter, the grandness just... ...blows your mind. Unfortunately, I couldn't spend too much time in there as my taxi was waiting outside. This is one of the places that my heart yearns to go back. Alhamdulillah.

Masjid Aisha, also known as the Taneem Mosque, is a sacred place of worship located just outside Makkah. This mosque holds great significance for pilgrims performing Umrah, as it serves as the Miqat (boundary) for those entering Makkah with the intention of performing the pilgrimage.

The mosque itself is spacious and well-maintained, with separate prayer areas for men and women. The architecture is simple yet elegant, reflecting the serene atmosphere that envelops the entire area. The courtyard provides ample space for worshippers to perform their prayers and engage in supplication.

One of the most notable aspects of Masjid Aisha is its historical significance. It is believed that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) performed the ritual of Ihram at this location during his lifetime, making it a revered site for Muslims around the world.

Visiting Masjid Aisha is not only a religious obligation for Umrah pilgrims but also a deeply spiritual experience. The sense of unity and devotion that permeates the atmosphere is truly profound, reminding worshippers of the significance of their journey and the blessings of performing acts of worship in such sacred surroundings.

Overall, Masjid Aisha is a place of tranquility and reflection, where worshippers can connect with their faith and draw closer to their Creator. Whether you're embarking on a pilgrimage or simply seeking a moment of peace and contemplation, a visit to Masjid Aisha is sure to leave a lasting impression on your heart and soul.

Masjid al-Taneem The Mother of the Believers Aisha Mosque has unique architecture and is one of the nearest Miqaats to Masjid Al-Haram, we visited on a weekday and it wasn't too busy easily accessible via public transport but we used a taxi to keep out the sun as much as possible, with limited shoe racks bring your own small bag to keep your footwear with you so it doesn't get lost. It was my first time visiting and InshaAllah I will visit again

Lovely Mosque just outside of the boundary of Masjid Al Haram. It's a good idea to take a prayer mat with you as the women's prayer area gets filled up really fast, and you end up having to pray in the courtyard on the tiled floor. It's usually clean but one of the days we went it rained so it was a little wet.

A very beautiful mosque near Haram Shareef. It is one of the nearest of Meeqats from where you can do Umrah. I visited there twice. It is well built and looks beautiful in a day time and nights too. It has a huge parking space.

Masjid Aisha is a point outside Haram Makkah area.
People who live in Makkah, they have to come here for Umrah intention then go to Haram to perform Umrah.
You may get Ihram, thongs and accessories etc here on reasonable price.

The best as always. This Masjid is known the nearest place to perform Umrah for the people who are present in the Makkah. It is said that at the time when Hazarat Muhammad PBUH came to perform Hajj in Makkah alone with Hazarat Ayesha RA but due to some issues she remains unable so upon return from Makkah Hazarat Muhammad PBUH asked her to perform Umrah from this place since then this place is known as Masjid e Ayesha. Some people like to go to Masjid e Jerana keeping in mind that the actual meeqat limit starts from Masjid Jirana and not from Masjid Ayesha. However, almost 70/80 percent people go to Masjid Ayesha that is why we also went there to wear ehram. It is a big Masjid and very beautifuly designed keeping in mind the crowed which can be gathered here.

3 .pakistani drivers were also good as they were driving good and was easy for me to talk and instruct them as i belong to pakistan.
4 . Never give yaxi charges before dropping to your destinations decided with them otherwise they drop you on the way making lame excuses.

one of the historic mosques where we take the miqat before putting on ihram clothes to start the Umrah pilgrimage, the mosque is clean and the toilets and bathrooms for changing into ihram clothes are quite numerous and clean, there are traders selling souvenirs in the mosque yard, the parking area is large, taxis are available can take us to Mecca, or we can take the free shuttle bus next to the mosque

Miqat for Umrah. Masjid al Aisha (ra).
Pros: good calm environment. Excellent!! 🎉🎉❤❤
Cons: the water in the ablution point / room is not air-conditioned. Its hot, really hot. No cold water also in the men's washroom. Hot days the water is pretty hot.
Taxi fare from Makkah (Haram) is 50/- sar (up-down). Always bargain. Thanks.

Masjid Ayesha is one of the designated Miqats (places for putting on the Ihram) for pilgrims traveling to Mecca. The mosque is named after Ayesha, one of the wives of Prophet Muhammad, who is said to have stopped at this location to put on the Ihram before performing Umrah.
