Very convenient location. The service is at the highest level. The rooms have all the necessary amenities. There are no complaints. Many thanks to the hotel administration, they always lend a helping hand when needed. Especially thanks to Jamal and Shakeel, who serviced the rooms. They came at the right time , brought everything fresh and clean

Great location. Amazing AC. Pricey food @room service but to be expected for a 5 star hotel so I'd just head over next door and enjoy the offerings in the clock tower ; great food court via the general lifts. The Masharef lounge however is very good.

Reception male staff needs refresher training how to serve people.I was in the queue and as soon as my turn came he said this desk is closed.i asked you didn’t informed me when i joined the queue.i urged when is the desk close sign you even don’t bother to put that as well.simple answer we don’t have and go to other desk and he walked away.went to another desk asked for check in by name as couldn’t find booking refernce due to mobile signal and he don’t want to work more they want cake in the plate and a women put in their month what a rubbish people they have and they are representing the hotel wow and also send me to next counter so finally a good lady name Mona Served me very well also retrieve my booking through my name and did everything smoothly.Mona was actually represent hotel and doing her job in a proper manner.

Excellent place to stay and a very professional customer service. It is just a 2 minute walk from Haram. Staff is welcoming and flexible. I particularly remember a staff member Ahmed Khair who brought our baggage to the room. He was a very polite and helpful guy and shared useful information with us.

I stayed at Room 3707. Very clean and comfortable environment. The house keeping boy Rafiqul is an excellent person. I will definitely book again due to his hospitality. Your hotel location, rooms and everything else is exemplary.

Great service, smooth check in and always on around to help with any questions. Hotel is quite large and connected to food court and supermarket, takes a couple of days to get your bearings and figure out which route is best to the hotel from where you are and with multiple lifts and escalators as well we being connected to everywhere but once you get the hang of it, you’ll be in and out all the time. Lift also straight down to mosque so very convenient. Jamal bell boy friendly service

Excellent location, breakfast buffet very large and with many options. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The Haram View - rooms are worth since you’ll never get tired of the sight of the Kaaba. Only negative thing here is that the windows can be a bit dirty but the view is still breathtaking.

It is very close to Mecca, The sound of every namaz comes in my room and the feels are very nice. The heart becomes very happy
The housekeeping service here is very quick and nice. The staff is very helpful and cooperative always doing their work with a smile on their faces and making us feel welcome. They have dealt us with full attention. Everything was delivered beautifully and in perfect order. The quality of the service itself was outstanding

Excellent hotel from every count, and super courteous staff. Jamal SB, the bell boy was quick and efficient and so the guy who used to clean the room(#4109).
The breakfast was good with all possible options.

I visited this place a couple of months ago. I am amazed with the Environment and hospitality. They are very clean and they always greet us with a wonderful smile. The location of the hotel is very adjacent to Kabasharif. Their Lift straight down to the Mosque. Haram view from the rooms is breathtaking. Room service people are very helpful and their service is great they take care of everything smoothly especially Abu Akser and his team. They are very convenient and Very friendly. Great service! A++++

Had a great week stay at the hotel. Good service and rooms. Special mention to Muhammad Hassan and all the house keeping guys on 6th floor who always went out of there way to give us the best possible service. The only dissappointing thing was there was no hair dryer available in our room category.

My room is 3718 with Ka’bah view. Very beautiful. And I would like to express my appreciation for the cleanliness service provided by Mr. Kautshar. My room is always spotless and tidy every time I stay at this hotel. Mr. Kautshar consistently maintains cleanliness exceptionally well, from changing linens to paying attention to small details like cleaning the corners of the room. I feel comfortable and secure staying in this hotel room thanks to Mr. Kautshar’s hard work and dedication to cleanliness. Thank you for the outstanding service Swissotel.

And I would like to offer a suggestion regarding the responsiveness to guest requests such as when requesting a hairdryer. While I’ve had a wonderful experience overall, there have been instances where the response time for a hairdryer, was slower than expected. Improving the efficiency in fulfilling guest requests would enhance the overall experience.

Honestly, probably the best hotel I have stayed at. I came for an Umrah visit last week and stayed here for 4 days. From the reception staff to house keeping amazing customer service. They took care of all our needs. Room was very clean housekeeping (Absar) did a grand job maintaining the room whilst we were out. Our window view was just sooo beautiful!!!

The breakfast was great a wide selection catering to adults and kids. The location was perfect very close to food/shops. I think the best thing about the Swiss was the elevator access straight to the Haram just for Swiss customers very fast and frequent just made the whole process so convenient. InshaAllah will be back soon and will only stay at Swiss Al Maqam.

I stayed for 3 nights with my wife from 5 - 8 Feb and it was amazing. We had some issues with the booking that we did through online third-party agency and Bayan, the person that helped us at the reception desk was graceful and very helpful to help resolve the issues. The hotel location is within the clock towers complex and very near Masjidil Haram. And the breakfast spread, just wow!!! We'd love to come back and stay at the hotel again next time...

Everything about the hotel was perfect. We stayed on the 37th floor, room no 3710 and 3711. The housekeeping staff Rafiq and Kawsar were very courteous and did their job extremely well. Insha Allah will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed at Al Maqam for 3 nights with family. Needed extra bed and found the service extremely efficient. Especially, MD Reyhan was very helpful and prompt. They also offered us complimentary snacks and laundry. Can't wait to come back
